Hawksight bounded up beside Snowclaw and mewed, "We're going across, not down, mouse-brain." She playfully cuffed him over one ear and bounded off the ledge, forelegs and claws outstretched to haul herself onto a nearby boulder.
Streamflower batted her mate's muzzle with a paw and meowed, "Nyah yourself," she mewed teasingly, rolling onto her side and flicking her tail.

Firestreak finally awoke, standing. He arched his back in a stretch, padding out of the warrior's den. Firestreak glanced around, seeing nothing of interest. He yawned, still slightly groggy. Firestreak padded a short distance from the warrior's den, sitting down neatly. He continued to look around the camp blankly, blinking, trying to stay awake.
