Firestreak calmed himself finally, turning to Bloodspill, grinning. Definately a good idea... he mewed, snickering slightly between words. And a cure for boredom. Firestreak meowed, still grinning, still glad that he wasn't bored.

Bloodspill smirked. "Keep it in mind," she meowed. "Always fun to mess with apprentices...they believe what they're told, especially if you're serious."

Firestreak nodded, snickering slightly. He stood once more, stretching forward. Very entertaining. Firestreak meowed, smirking. He glanced around the camp, not sure where the two apprentices had ran too. Firestreak turned back to Bloodspill, sitting back down, continueing to survay the camp from his spot.

Claw had to suppress a snicker at the two frightened apprentices, who had nearly bowled their brother's over as they were eating.

"Yell if you want to do it again," Bloodspill meowed, getting to her paws, still snickering at the prank she and Firestreak had pulled. She lightly flicked Firestreak's ear with her tailtip in a gesture of warm farewell and padded off to stretch out in the sun.

Firestreak nodded, his other ear flicking in a gesture of farewell, standing, padding off toward his usual spot. He sat down, returning to his watch over the other clan cats, ignoring his urge to rest. Firestreak yawned, his tail wrapping around his paws, continueing to survay the camp.

Smokepaw shook his head in disappointment as his two sisters retreated into the apprentice's den. He mewed, "Psh, girls." Sparrowpaw rolled his eyes, but said nothing, instead continuing to eat the thrush he had out fought Smokepaw for.

Snowclaw wriggled. He was dreaming, but not his dream. Loneclaw had contacted him ounce in a long time. "How are you doing brother?" Snowclaw mewed. Loneclaw replied in a pur "Better than a long time. So, Hawksight had her kits?" Snowclaw nodded. Suddenly Loneclaw's mood darkened. "Snowclaw, star clan has given me the job of giving you a prophecy, The cat that upholds it, will enforce the laws of snow. It will cast the light, to bring green leaf in, and protect the clan in the shadow of leaf bare.. Tell Spottedstar, he might know of the cat that fits this." Snowclaw nodded and woke up. He looked at Hawksight and the kits. He thought I cant just leave, she just gave birth...

Snowclaw laid down again, nuzzling his mate.

Streamflower cuffed Smokepaw sharply over one ear. "Bloodspill and Firestreak scared them," she scolded. "Show more respect for your sisters."

Smokepaw drooped his ears. Sparrowpaw snickered and mewed, "Yeah, Smokepaw, they might be urged to kill you!"

Firestreak yawned again, fighting the urge to sleep, continueing to glance from the camp entrance to the ground. He shook his head, his ear twitching in the process, the gray tom standing finally, once again padding over to the warrior's den, sitting down outside. Stay...awake...Happy...asleep... Firestreak mewed, his head nearing the ground. He finally flopped onto the ground, falling into a light sleep, ignoring his surrondings...

darkspot returned to the camp from a hunt and in his jaws was a now dead vole. this time, the victim hadn't noticed the cat stalking it before it had been pinned down and killed with a bite to the neck. the grey and white cat settled down and began to eat his kill, none of the other cats were interested about the dead vole as some had returned with dead mice and voles earlier.

Bloodspill swiped her tongue around her muzzle, staring around the camp. So...this is Clan life, she thought, amused. Warriors randomly fall asleep on their paws, apprentices get scared out of their wits, and there's hardly anything to do. Seems...enjoyable.

Sparrowpaw scratched at an itch behind his ear and mewed to his brother, "Tom, I can't wait until the Gathering! I hope we get to go!" Smokepaw replied, "Well there's a pretty good chance of it. I heard all apprentices get to go at least once."

"A good chance in your dreams maybe, until we're older," Snowpaw mewed with a bitter edge to her voice. "We're only the youngest apprentices. Amberpaw and Auburnpaw are the oldest, and they've already been to a Gathering twice. They'll probably be made warriors tonight."
