Kevin yelled in pain, grabbing his broken arm. Kevin looked up at the people still in the store who looked at him curiously, as if he was entertainment. Keving grumbled "You never seen some one break their arm!?" and dissapeared, rocketing out of the store. He thought "How the hell am I gonna explain this to mom and dad?!"
Galaak had found the cities port, the water front ware houses would be perfect for a home. Out of sight of those who had no need to see him. The Ascatis took off his hat, placing it on a wooden crate. He got out of his trench coat and hanging it from a nail that wasnt completely in a wooden support.
Minutes later, Galaak slipped out of an open door, running along the water front, panting. He clenched his fists, and ice bridge forming, the fish like sentient being running up it, ending near the roof of the conjoined warehouses . Galaak jumped onto it, running down it, the bridge melting. Galaak's claws raked against the metal roof. When he came close to the city, Galaak inhaled, dew forming on his arms, then they merged together. It didnt take long for the dew to become tentacle like suspended liquid. Galaak swung his right arm, the water spiralling out and hitting a building and froze, Galaak being lifted off his feet. He did the same with his left arm, the water tentacle on his right arm on freezing and the alien swung off the buildings. Galaak swung towards one 10 story building, hitting the wall on all 4's, water freezing around his legs. Galaak got up and walked upwards, the water unfreezing and freezing with every step he took. When the alien reached the roof, he peered into the park in which he crashed. In his panic, he had abbondonned his life line on this planet, his space craft. An ice bridge fromed from the roof and down to the trees, Galaak hopping onto it and raised his claws, sliding down it. Galaak hit the ground with a soft thud, he rolling foward, moving to a tree and backing up against it. He looked around before raising his wrist, looking at the watch, a blue dot due east of his postion. Galaak ran towards it and it wasnt long before he came across the crash landed ship, the door closed, an automatic system response. It was a good sign, the craft may still be functional. Galaak pressed his arm against the now cold metal, and with a hiss of air, the door opened. Galaak walked into the craft, getting into his chair. He put his hands around the steering wheel, pulling towards his body. A green hue glowed from around the chair, lights flickering to life. Then, the ship lurched, it rising. Galaak made what can be called a smile, happy to know the thrusters seemed to have recovered from their near fatal malfunction. Then, the ship rocked and banked to the right. Galaak forced the wheel to the left, trying to negate the fall. Sparks jumped off the interior metal panneling. Thinking fast, Galaak reached up and pulled on 2 red handles, bring them down. He then twisted them and pushed them back up, 2 panels in the back of the ship opened and jets of red flames rocketed to life, the ship hurdling through the air, grazing the 10 story building's roof. Suddenly, the jets died down, the flames ending in puffs of smoke, the ship, which was just above the water front, plummeted down, slamming into the ground, metal plates denting. The ship came to a stop with a metalic groan. Galaak pressed a green button, the entrance opening. Galaak got up and treaded across the metal floor and out the door. He turned to see the heavilly dented ship and cursed in the Ascatis language. He rose his arms, water rising up and curling over the concrete plat form beween the land and harbor, picking up the space craft and taking it over the ware houses, setting it down outside an open garage door, then gentally placing it in the garage and closing the door. Galaak released his influence on the liquid, it falling to the ground in a splash. The alien ran towards his hide out, hearing the distant sounds of sirens..
