Drake chuckled. "Alright, alright. i'll stick to Nyx, then" he said, backing out of the area. "Time to nail another Vampire Lord in the ***. i didn't want to end my little holiday so soon...but if it takes that to rub Siete out completely....so be it. for now though, let's head for home" he added as he headed back for the mansion...

"Who are you talking about?" Nyx asked. Diana sat by the window still sulking about the whole 'secret weapon' thing. And Thanatos put on his thinking face and was lost to his own thoughts.

Van moved off to another room across from the "Thanatos" room, but only found...a bed. Like the other room, it was barren, but had signs of someone actually using it. Growling something under his breath, Van continued to search the room, opening the cabinets, but closed them after searching, wanting to leave as little evidence as he could. If this happened to be a human home, then he didn't exactly want to destroy their home. If it was a vampire's...then he really didn't care. Continuing to search the room, Van made sure not to make too much noise, also listening to every creak of the large home, readying to bolt from the room if its residents came home...

"Hmm," Nyx said. "I think the twins were right when they said 'he won't be found unless he wants to be found'," Thanatos said. "As soon as he knows we're coming, he'll change hideouts."

"He can try. Knowing Brimstone, they already have tabs on every potential spot he has. as soon as he's on the move, they'll pin him down and after that, we just have to follow the trail" said Drake as the mansion came into sight...

Drake pulled in, turning off the engine and stepping out. he had taken note of a disturbed area of grass, the blades of grass split, ripped and flattened, leaving what looked like tread marks leading up to the mansion. He knew for certain it wasn't the Land Cruiser's. the treads had been too small, and too few. "Keep your eyes open" said Drake as he walked forward, heading for the house...

Diana took a whiff of the air and started growling. "Someone's here," she snarled and turned into her wolf form stalking up to the door. "This will be interesting," Thanatos said. Nyx didn't say a word she just took out her switch and stepped toward the door cautiously...

Van stopped suddenly, hearing voices through one of the windows in the room. They weren't on the exact side he was on, but they were definitely there..."They're home...finally..." he growled to himself, heading out of the door quickly, looking around the floor. He saw a room at the end of the hall, rushing over to it and pulling it open. A broom closet...a very large one at that. Van grabbed a bottle of floor cleaner and covered his coat with the strong smelling liquid, which already made the room stink. For now, his scent was overpowered by the stench of the cleaner and the others in the room...But getting out of the house without being noticed seemed impossible now...

Diana snarled as she sniffed through the entryway. She turned into her human form and went into the den to find Raksha out cold. "Raksha!" she said and rushed to the wolf. His fur was disheveled, he had been in a fight and lost. "It's okay boy you tried," she said when she heard his weak whimper. "Spread out, Thanatos you take third floor balcony and stay on gaurd, Nyx you take the second floor, me and Drake will scope out the place," Diana ordered, her alpha instincts kicking in. "Aye, aye captain," Thanatos said and went back outside. Nyx saluted and did the same. Both flapped their way up to their appointed spots and waited for the stranger to show himself. Diana turned back into her wolf form and sniffed around, the scent was leading up to the second floor and she charged up the stairs, hoping to catch the intruder before he could get his paws anything...

Drake followed Diana silently, wary of his surroundings, noticing an oddly powerful smell of detergent coming from somewhere around the floor...

Diana smelled the cleaner and made a few coughs. She could smell every ingredient in that concoction, but she kept walking, following the smell of strong detergent instead...

Drake reached into his coat and drew the Nemesis Magnum, using his aura vision to finish things. "I know you're in there, kid. stop screwing around and tell me what you're doing here" he said loudly but calmly, eying the closet, standing at an angle so he could move suddenly if needed...

"Say cheese!" A voice called as the door to the closet opened slightly, a round object bouncing out in front of the door. Exploding in a blinding light, the modified flash bang grenade could disintegrate any vampire it was near, as well as blind them momentarily. As the light continued to shine intensely, Van bolted from the room, shotgun in hand, heading down the other way, seeing a door leading to a balcony. Kicking open the door, Van looked back at the creatures he had blinded, seeing a wolf near the door, assuming it was the one from below. He stood his ground, for the moment...

"Boo!" Nyx said nonchalantly and leapt at the boy.

Diana growled furiously, though she couldn't see, she could hear and smell just fine and she started to run blindly after the smell of cleaner.

Drake reached for Diana and gave her a gentle pat on the back, as if telling her to wait a minute. seemed this guy was a Vampire Hunter. not being disintegrated by the light that seemed distinctively UV as far as his Vampiric side could determine, would probably confuse him slightly. "You trying to blind me or something?!" he called, though using his aura vision had neutralised the flash almost entirely, only blinding him in the first second of it...
