Thanatos had managed to sneak away from Pandion's drama attack and about the only place she wouldn't think to look was in Siete's old room. He was slightly curious, so he dug through the drawers and found some interesting items. A few were familiar to him, but others... He thought he saw glimpses of them but that was it. Right now he was staring at a locket with an 'A' etched on the front. It held a picture of a lovely dark haired woman with a baby in her arms and on the other side was a man, holding the same baby. And he couldn't help staring at it. Because he thought the baby looked familiar to him...

Drake had rolled backwards, pushing himself off the ground, launching himself at his attacker feet first, knocking it out of the air from the blow as he langed, attacker under him, rolling back and straightening, eying the creature as his right armblade came forward. "A bit impatient, perhaps. but i haven't seen arrogance in him yet. what you, a Demon, would want with a Hunter who exclusively targets Vampires, is beyond me"...

"I protect the one who will end all of your miserable lives. This one decided to intervene in his resurrection..." Dalvengyr growled, pushing a hand forward as a jet of flames slammed into the hunter, sending him back a few feet. Though the flame didn't catch his clothes on fire, it was meant to simply knock him off his feet and scorch his flesh. Dalvengyr stood, stepping forward, flames exploding out around him from all sides, the balls of fire forming a circle around him, slowly getting farther apart as they flew off in all directions, a few heading toward the hunter...

Van lept behind a stone wall surrounding a nearby house, two explosions sending dust everywhere, the fireballs having collided with the wall...

Drake rolled back onto his feet, his skin slightly burned, though he felt nothing. although he could manipulate fire, it wasn't on a level where he could match a creature which was part of the element itself. "Seeing as this seemingly threatens my own life, i think i may have to intervene myself" said Drake, easily dodging every shot sent at him...

"You brought this upon yourself..." Dalvengyr growled, blasting a jet of flames toward the man, controlling the jet with his hand movements. Van looked over the stone wall, able to see better now, but his aim was still off. He opened fire at the demon, hitting his shoulder, which was responded with a fireball slamming into the stone wall...

Drake dove out of the way of the jet, deciding he'd need more than close combat weaponry for this. he let his left blade slide back into it's sheath as he extracted his Magnum, standing behind the wall of an alley, out of the way of the Demon's fire. he suddenly came out of cover, shooting at the Demon, the shot landing square in it's shoulder joint as Drake returned to his cover behind the wall. at the very least, the bones holding the arm in place would've been shattered from the blow. he hoped more had been done, but couldn't check at the moment...

Diana was the first to arrive. She wasn't in a good mood, the discussion with the twins had set her on edge, then the fight with crazed werewolf had ticked her off! She flung open the cellar door and scooped up the first scotch bottle she saw. Nyx arrived second a little on edge herself. She looked behind her then went into the den where Diana had already slumped herself on the couch with the scotch in hand. She sat on the floor next to the fire and said nothing just kept looking back at the den's entrance...

Carter had just fled in some random direction. He really didn't look were he was going, and he was going to fast and was to mad to stay on the street. He was swerving everywhere, angered beyond belief. When he turned a corner, something finally caught his attention. Some sort of Demon fighting two others. He didn't really care in all honesty, so he decided to just continue on riding, driving in the street next to the fight. He was still cursing in his head of how unbelievable it was he almost died.

Dalvengyr looked at his shoulder, watching as the bullet slowly fell out of the wound, yet the wound itself remained. Turning to the man once more, he lept into the air, flying overhead as he sent two fireballs down at the man's cover, suddenly twisting in the air as a bullet shot through his wing, causing him to land on the roof of a building next to his two enemies. Van crouched down behind the wall once more, knowing the creature could still fly, even with the wing damaged.

Carter had seen the Demon fly...'Okay.... Maybe it wouldn't hurt to watch this...' He knew it with every bone in his body that it was rather stupid - well more like border line suicide - but he slowed his Motorcycle down, continuing but looking over his shoulder at the fight.

Drake had leapt out of the shadows of the wall he had used as cover, landing on the other side of the street, next to Van. "You chose a bad time to get on the wrong side of an elder Demon" he said, keeping track of the Demon with his aura vision...

"This isn't even the worse part...he saved an even older demon from banishment...Which I tried to stop..." Van said to Drake, holding his head, now having a raging headache from the rum. Dalvengyr landed in front of the wall, engulfing it in a jet of flames...

"Fantastic" said Drake with an annoyed tone. fading into shadows, he moved along the wall, coming up further down, out of the Demon's range, before leaping hard, landing on top of a nearby building. he moved along the rooftop so that he could see the Demon from above, and took aim, swiftly firing 6 shots, hitting the Demon in both it's shoulders, elbow-joints, and knees, from behind, the bullets tearing right through and severing the numerous limbs, crippling the Demon before leaping off the building. he came within a few feet of the Demon, his arm blade sliding back into it's sheath as he checked his clip. unfortunately, no explosive rounds were present in the barrel. he switched it to an incendiary round instead, closing the barrel...

Dalvengyr snarled, falling onto his knees, unable to move any limbs, but was far from defenseless. A jet of flames burst forth from his hooded head, aimed for the man in front of him. Van stood, firing a number of shots at the demon, which hit his stomach and chest, but did nothing to stop the attack...

Drake snarled, leaping to the side and jumping back, backflipping and landing a safe distance from the flames as he took aim. "I wish i could give you something more permanent to remember me by, but this'll have to do. good night, Demon" he said as he fired, the bullet ripping through the air and the flames and hitting the head, blowing it apart as the bullet penetrated and exploded. a true explosive bullet had literal body destroying capabilities, but the Incendiary would do for minor issues of a similar type. with the skull blown into that many pieces, it'd have to be completely regenerated. Drake returned the Nemesis to it's holster, and walked over to the Hunter, whose name he STILL hadn't gathered...

"We have 20 minutes until he gets back up pissed as ever. I suggest we leave..." Van said, jogging to his motorcycle, which was only a few yards away. Turning on the machine, he waited, not sure if Drake had any means of transportation, watching the demon's body intensely, expecting it to rise at any moment...

Drake looked at the hunter, saying "Stop at the mansion. it'll be safer there than most other places for you. just...don't be too offensive to the residents". and with that, he walked into the shadows at the edge of the populated area, heading towards the mansion, using the shadows to quicken his pace...

Van nodded before Drake disappeared, driving off toward the mansion at high speeds. Dalvengyr already began to regenerate, but was still technically "dead". Van began thinking of what had happened, knowing that as soon as the ancient demon recovered its power, they would all be in danger...

"This is getting pointless..its best if we split off" Draco stated. There was already a sense of tension between the two assassins. Draco's name was never revealed, he was simply called Draco for reasons he most likely wouldnt understand. Still he made a point..they were better off seperated. It would have been a great a way to be isolated and attacked but thats what they wanted..they needed information, find out what's going on.

Jaden had no choice..he had to agree. "Fine..but its best if we-" Jaden shook his head as he just realized on what happened..the Dhampir had already disappeared into the darkness. It was annoying but he was sure he used to be like that. Regardless..they both had things to be done. If anything..Draco had other objectives that he wasnt to know about.

The human assassin narrowed his eyes and began to head off left..casually jumping from rooftop to rooftip..searching for anything of interest.

Nyx bit her lip when Drake didn't arrive as soon as she had thought. Now she was pacing the length of the den and Diana was just shaking her head. "Don't worry he'll be fine," she said. "Now stop pacing, you're making me dizzy!" Thanatos walked into the den the locket still cradled in his palm. "Whatcha got there?" Diana asked getting up and walking towards Thanatos...
