OK guys, the last RPG post for me between now and the 11th...
Crusher had finally arrived at the old, damaged structure. Grunts skeleton lay in pieces a distance away, the frightening tooth holes in some of the bones a permanent memorial to the battle that avenged Chomper, Crusher's second son; eaten by grunt after defeating Crusher in a fight. a mark to warn all creatures of what happens to those who attack Crusher and his family. Crusher walked up to the enormous hole in the wall of the human building, where there was a gigantic window at one time, and now, a hole with frames completely covered in thick vines and plant life, the ground on the inside made up of patches of marble and others of grass and plants. the machinery inside the building rusted and dusty, and having plantlife growing on them. a massive vine came out of a hole on the 3rd level, down to the 1st, the second one having broken apart in the main windowed room, which was several dozen meters wide and long, and barely high enough for Crusher to fit in. Crusher's foot landed on the marble/plantlife checkered floor, causing several cracks to appear in the marble bits, and crushing the patches of plant that covered some areas in the floor. a growl came from the massive predators mouth, alerting the creature inside of his presence. several raptor hisses came instead of the familiar taunting clacks and chirps that Ripper enjoyed making. Crusher immediately became alert. he looked towards the source of the hisses. several Deinonychus walked out of a room on the right. when they saw what had made the growl, they froze. before them stood a 60 foot long, 23 foot tall Tyrannosaur, with absolutely enormous teeth ,and an obvious anger in it's eyes. and beside it was another large Rex, along with a Raptor, both looking at them menacingly. they started to back away slowly. a puff of vapour came from the massive predator's nostrils, which intimidated the raptors, before making an immensely loud roar that echoed throughout the building. the Deinonychus scattered, and silence took hold of the area once again. soon, a few clacks came from above him. Crusher looked up, but there was nothing...a drop of blood landed on Crusher's snout. he was surprised, and stayed alert for any more sounds. another clack came from the left, and Crusher turned his head, to see the elderly raptor standing there, blood dripping off his claws. "Annoying Deinonychus. i really wish i...didn't have to kill them all". Hunter looked like he'd been hit on the head with the entire building. "You killed them? all of them?". Ripper nodded. "every last one. they ran from you, and...ran into me, and tried attacking me. all that happened was alot of disemboweled raptors...and bloody claws for me. they're lying on the ground...further down that hall. more food for me to eat. i'll be...relaxing for a while. no need to hunt...for a few days". Hunter growled "You're a better fighter than i thought". Ripper smiled. "Hunter...Hunter, your talking to the oldest Dinosaur on the island! i'd have to be worth something to have survived this long!". Crusher grinned as much as a Rex could, and then growled "Well, i think i'll finish this off quick. you wouldn't happen to know who attacked Scar's and Blade's cave now, would you?". Ripper thought for a while. "No. i haven't. what happened?". Crusher growled "All the hatchlings and sentries are dead, and Rawhide and Rawclaw, Sharpclaw's mate and child, are both missing". Ripper went wide eyed in shock. "that's terrible! Look, i dont know who did it, but...i have a friend by the cliffs...to the far north west tip of the island. he's a Raptor...that goes by the name of Silverfin. he is green skinned...with brown stripes, and several...long silver coloured feather quills...on his head. if anyone knows about...Raptor skirmishes and blood feuds, it'll be him. he lives in a smaller human building than this one, but it's still big enough for you to get in. just...call his name and tell him i sent you. after that, he'll tell you anything you want to know". Crusher nodded. "Thank you, Ripper". Crusher, Exile and Hunter then walked out, and headed for the north western tip of the island...to a building on the cliffs...
"Ah yes, organised chaos. the sign of a clever but ever-busy mind. To the perpetrator, a carefully woven web of belongings and intrigue, but to the bystander? Madness!"
