"That, i have yet to find an explanation for. but then, i don't know much about her past, so i can't sift out Siete's own raw mental manipulation from stuff mixed in with her past experiences" responded Drake, taking another sip of his cola...

"He doesn't know about her past, none of us do!" Nyx said. "And she can't remember anything beyond 3 years old." Diana and Thanatos picked a table a little further ways and had their heads close together. Thanatos shook his head and whispered something else, then Diana started to shake her head. "The parent thing, I'm pretty sure that's what it is and Adanna was her child name, I can't believe I couldn't remember that!" she continued.

[The Kingpin]

"Well that leaves us with the possibility that the various things she's falling victim to lately are causing memories to force their way up. anything she can remember, a Manipulator or Nightmare can access and make use of" said Drake...

[Shade]

Nyx groaned and leaned back, letting her back touch Drake's knees. "Now I'm the one in need of a spa treatment!" she said. "That red dream though, it sounds so familiar, I know that it's someone being turned, but who?" she asked in frustration.

[The Kingpin]

"Perhaps Diana's father?" suggested Drake as he made to massage Nyx, gently but firmly beginning to squeeze the muscles on her shoulders...

[Shade]

Nyx moaned as Drake started his massage. "I suppose, but wouldn't that make her dhamphir to begin with?" she asked and moaned again.

[The Kingpin]

"Not if it was after she was born" said Drake as he continued the massage, now using the base of his thumbs to apply pressure at certain points...

[Shade]

Nyx moaned again. Her head leaned back and met his chest. "You could be a massuse with this kind of touch," she whispered. "And I have an idea about that dream, but it's too soon to say so without some sort of conformation."

[The Kingpin]

"My mother was a hard worker in her life. when i was a kid she'd often ask me to do this kind of thing when her neck ached from all the work she'd been doing....so i've kinda had some practice before hand" said Drake with a smirk. hearing the comment on the dream, he nodded. he had his own idea on what it might've been, but it made so little sense to him he shrugged the idea off...there was one possible explanation for it, but the chances were so miniscule he shrugged the whole thing off...

"You loved your mom didn't you?" Nyx asked. It was very touching to hear him talk about his childhood, except for his no-good, dhamphir making father.

"Well she WAS my mother...the fact she defended me despite what Kagan did to her, and stopped the rest of her family from killing me on the spot, just made that bond all the more powerful. if you knew that kind of care from a parent, you'd know why i intend to go for all eternity if i have to to avenge her death" said Drake...

[Shade]

Nyx sighed. "I never had that kind of love, even before Siete," she said. "I was orphaned at 5, I had my father, but he wouldn't've made a good one." She started to shake her head. "He had problems and I don't think he really wanted me."

[The Kingpin]

"Nasty" said Drake as he continued to massage Nyx, his thumbs now going up her neck to the base of her skull. "Still, better than being seen as a tool for war rather than a child"

[Shade]

Nyx reached a hand up and started to stroke his face. "I think we had the same pain either way, my father didn't want me and your father wanted you as a weapon, I can sense the pain in those aspects," she said.

[The Kingpin]

"At least most of it is over" said Drake as he relaxed. the cafeteria was starting to empty. it was close to dawn, and Drake was starting to feel sleepy...

[Shade]

Nyx smiled. "Yeah, now we have, a pyscho breathing down our necks, maniac demons on our tail, and all this drama!" she said and giggled.

[The Kingpin]

Drake chuckled. "We'll be rid of them eventually" he said with a smile, yawning as he finished his sentence...

[Shade]

Nyx chuckled and reached up her other hand to his face and brought it down to her face. She broke the kiss after a while. "Time to turn in," she said. And just to confirm her statement Diana and Thanatos stood at the doorway to cafeteria. "Hey, you two love-bats going to stay there all day?" Thanatos called.

"Oooh, sounds like the night owl's getting cranky. missing your sleep?" taunted Drake with a smirk. "We're coming. i'm barely standing as it is" he said as he got up, heading for the door, an arm around Nyx...

[Shade]

Nyx chuckled and wrapped her own arm around Drake's waist. "Ha, ha, you're a comedic genius," Thanatos said. Diana giggled at Thanatos' jibe and followed behind Nyx and Drake.
