the cackle went insanely high pitch as Hedrox clamped a clawed hand onto the Beast's arm, the razor sharp spike-like protrustions in the middle of it's deep-set palm beginning to draw blood...and drain it. as the wing fell to the ground, it began to twitch, growing larger and larger...

Drake cursed. "The more you rip him apart....the more of him you have to face....that's why he's 'infinite'....if he could be cut to pieces, i would've done it ages ago...the problem is...the more pieces there are, the more Hedrox there are...the ripped off parts regenerate....that's why i said we need to burn him...". he stared at the fight in frustration. if the Beast could just get them away from him, he felt he may have a way of dealing with them...but it tire him severely...he'd need to feed afterwards just to be able to fight...and even then he would need to rest a while afterwards...but if it took that to take care of Hedrox when there was barely any other option...then so be it...

Desh gritted his teeth cursing. What hell is with all these f*cking animals. Desh looked around and then up between the walls of the alley. Backing up he adjusted his view and angle of approach before leaping forward and kicked off the wall. Bouncing back he continued the acrobatics kicking off the opposite wall and back again until he was in arms reach of the top as he grabbed hold with claws digging into the ledge as he shot upwards and over the edge landing in a crouch in the center of the roof. He stayed crouch looking around then moving to the side that was closest to the direction of the faint stepping sounds and peered across the downtown area. Damn... i need to relax, he said as he clutched his foredhead as he stared down at a trio gang members walking past.

"Tod get the door!" Jacob commanded. Tod nodded and saluted Jacob as the assassin opened the door accoridngly, waiting to try for Onyx to jump in. If he didnt...they couldnt wait for him...too much was at risk. As the assassins accelerated, those on SUV's ensured their chainguns were put to work. The chainguns on top of the speeding cars were armed as the assassins took aim as they wore special sensor-goggles on their eyes so they knew what they are hitting...

"Jaden...dont head to headquarters yet...within moments take the right after two lights and move as fast...dont worry about the demons...we got them taken care off.." A simple, command like voice stated to Jaden. The human assassin smirked.
"Roger...proceeding as planned.." jaden simply responded. Jaden accelerated his motorcyle, going faster and faster as the group moved along.

Within moments...a sharp right turn came from the small convoy as they sped down the street...

Diana leapt off of Hedrox and doubled-back. "So what do we do?!" Thanatos asked looking around the hangar for something promising.

Vincent took flight and cawed to the white cat. Perhaps we should help him, brother, he said telepathically. Perhaps we should, brother, Nik replied and bounded off as Vincent flapped up to Desh. His talons grabbed at his shirt collar before letting go then he alighted on the edge and cawed at Desh.

Dalvengyr flew over a number of buildings, cutting through the corner the caravan had just turned. The elder demon flew lower and lower, now side by side with one of the cars, but slightly above it, pointing his blade at the gunner. A massive spout of flames shot from the sword, using the blade as a "lightening rod" for the flames, which burned viciously at the gunner...

Suddenly a massive hail of silver bullets slammed into the elder demon. Any demons following the leader were instantly attacked accordingly, at times...a silver bullet piercing through their skulls. An unknown number of elite assassins remained hidden as they remained hidden within the buildings, providing support. Snipers...automated weapons...a vast array of weapons were ready to be used in preperation. The demons had the advantage but now it was rapidly turning in the favor of the asssassins..

OOC: ....Once again, only Dalvengyr is near them. The others are trying to keep up, but they are waaay behind.

Dalvengyr shuddered under the hail of fire, but otherwise paid it little mind. The elder demon swerved and maneuvered, making it hard for the enemy to hit him, the gunner now reduced to a scorched corpse. Dalvengyr's wings folded, the elder demon landing on top of the SUV in a crouch, plunging his sword into the vehicle before kicking off it, tearing open the roof like it was paper. The elder demon's wings spread out once more, propelling him forward once more, heading toward the damaged SUV...

Onyx leaped in at the last second, just before the SUV swerved. He stuck his head out, firing at the large demon, simply as a distraction, to stall for time. "Unless you've got a better plan, double back toward the base! We can finish this thing there," he said before firing off a few more shots at it...

OOC: Even for snipers?

Sliver bullets continued to ram into the demon's body through automated weapons. The bullets were seemingly taking some effect but it wasnt enough. One of the assassins narrowed his eyes and began to load his handgun with a particular bullet.

Huh? Desh exclaimed as he swatted at the air behind him but too late to hit anything as the crow had already landed. He looked at it curiously. Whats with you? Desh's ear seemed to twitch as he focused on any distant sounds, just as he was too focused on catching scents on the wind to notice the bird's unusal scent.

Vincent fluffed his feathers in annoyance and cawed again, flapping his wings then hopping a few paces along the edge. He cawed again before taking off. Follow me, you idiot, he thought furiously. Come on follow the weird bird.

OOC: Seeing as they were running after vehicles, which have just now met up with these attackers, yes, they would be too far away to even see what was happening. Also, Dalvengyr isn't, in appearance, a "large demon", he is basically a hooded human with bat wings.

Dalvengyr swerved, hurling a fireball into one of the buildings, the fire beginning to spread throughout the complex instead of exploding outright. The elder demon slammed down onto the roof of the SUV, grabbing the driver by its shirt collar, ripping it up through the roof before hurling the struggling figure against a nearby building, causing the car to drive out of control...

Drake thought for a while, trying to decide whether to go through with it or whether to try and beat Hedrox in a more conventional way. finally, he decided to go head to head. "Find something we can use to restrain him" said Drake as he walked toward the body part that was still forming, grabbing the growing part with his bare hand and lifting it, drawing one of his luparas and blowing a chunk out of a large pipe that was going down. flames began to burn at the piece of flesh Drake held in his hand as he grabbed the broken, jagged end of the pipe, and pulled hard, the pipe bending so that it was pointing straight outwards. Drake then grabbed the lump of flesh from the wing, and slammed it into the pipe, impaling the newly forming torso on the spike that had formed, and driving it in until there was a fair amount of the pipe sticking out. Drake gripped the excess pipe, and bent it up wards, trapping the lump of flesh in place in case it managed to develop to the point it could attempt to break free. as he let go of the newly forming Hedrox, the flames he had started went wild, rapidly spreading over it, a hissing sound being heard as smoke seemed to billow from it's flesh. Hedrox meanwhile, landed a really sharp blow to the Goat Demon's face, it's clawed hands shredding most of the flesh there and knocking the goat Demon off, breaking free and screeching. "Playtime, Hedrox" hissed Drake coldly, a rattling snarl coming from the Vampiric beast in response...

The Demon staggered, stepping back. He held his face, blood running down half of it. Yelling, he bellowed out at Hedrox, spit and blood spraying out from his massive jaw. He angrily ran at the bat with all fours, wrapping around it as he tackled the thing, sending it skidding across the room.

Landing on top of it, he straddled it, the beast starting to repeatedly hit him again and again at his face, pummeling him with his massive fists...

Drake cursed as he went towards the two beasts, watching as Hedrox, still laughing almost insanely in amusement despite its face being caved in, swung the razor sharp, massive clawed hand into the Demon's face, this blow being alot stronger than anything Hedrox had inflicted on it yet, the blow actually knocking the Demon off it, 5 massive gashes across the demon's neck, face and right shoulder, jumping onto it's feet and leaping onto the Demon's back, ripping wildly at it's back and shredding the flesh and muscle there, the deep wounds reaching down to the bone and even leaving marks in that. Drake needed to seperate them swiftly, and catch Hedrox and try and restrain him before any others were formed by the Demon's fight with it...

Diana leapt up and kicked off against the wall turning back toward Hedrox and rushing full speed at him. She knocked him to the ground and pinned his legs and arms while biting down on his throat. If you want to do something, now would be the time!! she shouted telepathically. Nyx and Thanatos picked it up. Thanatos rushed to the back of the computer and pulled on a huge thick wire. It snapped off easily and electricity still flowed off the end. Di, you people are going to have to lure him towards the computer, I have an idea! he said telepathically.

Draco narrowed his eyes as he continued to fire his duel mini-guns into the demon. His supernatiral abilities allowing him to pull off the shots. Silver bullets continued to rip into the demon's hull....this wasnt any ordinary demon...they needed something stronger and more effective but first they had to drive it off away from the others.

Draco moved swiftly, using his supernatural speed to move swiftly. The Dhampir stayed moving amoung the buildings as the crimson eyed warrior then clutched two disk like weapons. Draco then leaped in the air, off the building as he threw the two disk like weapons. Within moments, the multiple sliver blades shot and soared through the air towards the demon...intent on slicing the creature in pieces...

Dalvengyr threw himself to the side, stabbing the sword into the roof of the vehicle as he swung, now clinging to the side door of the SUV, the blades sinking into the vehicle's hood and general front end. The demon pulled the molten blade down, cleaving the side door almost in half, pulling it off the SUV...
