OOC: Whoops! I meant "Ravener", not Reaver >.<

The Ravener hissed angrily as its tail was cut, another scythe-like appendage stabbing at the arm swung toward it, knocking the lightsaber out of Grievous' hand, whirling around as its mangled tail smashed into the cyborg, pushing him back away from his weapon...

OOC: Yeah, it sounded weird...

As Grievous stumbled back, he pulled another Lightsaber from his cloak, then split his arms, grabbing two more. Leaping forward again, he went into a blurring series of blade slashes, eviscerating the Ravener's many limbs in a wall of deadly color...

The Ravener shrieked, slithering back as it tried to spare its limbs, slithering around the cyborg before launching another spray of corrosive liquid, which ate away at Grievous' arm...

Spinning his whole torso around at high speed, shaking the acid off once more, walking forward as the sabers whirled in a circle at incredible speed, pushing the Ravener towards the corner of the room, making it impossible for the Tyranid creature to dodge as the energy blades sliced through its carapace with ease...

Soon the Imperial Fleet led by Grand Admiral Thrawn finally appeared near Trandosha. The Grand Admriral narrowed his eyes, taking note of the Vardian Fleet already there. At any moment they could have been fired at...it was just so odd for the TGDA to call upon the Empire. Still this could have been a step in either a poistive or negative situation. "This is Grand Admiral Thrawn, arriving as reinforcements as requested" Thrawn said simply through an open channel to both Varidan and TGDA. He just wanted to confirm they were here as allies not foe...

The Ravener lept forward at a last attempt at escape, being immediately butchered by the rotating blades, spraying green blood all over the cyborg, while chunks of the Tyranid were thrown around the room...

OOM-6 replied, "Excellent. Remain on full alert, and if you spot anything strange before either the TGDA or Vardian ships do, tell us at once."

Grievous stopped his attack, looking down at his body. "Well, that's just great. This better come off easily..."

The voice chuckled yet again. "Nasty creatures, aren't they? Regardless, it is time to move on." it sounded, another passage appearing near the Tyranid's butchered body...

Spinning his torso again to scatter the blood, or at least most of it, Grievous moved into the next passageway, Lightsabers at the ready...

when the Empire's ships first approached, some of the Vardian warships locked on. but the fact they were held to a cease fire and that they were there as reinforcements prevented the attack in time...

Meanwhile, the massive machinery in the Gilladia Military Shipyard moved back and forth along the Executioner's gargantuan hull, removing large armoured plates from it, three such players severely damaged, having been the victims of the Koult warship Starlight a few months ago, two of the three immensely thick armoured plates penetrated entirely, the third having serious scorch marks and a deep crater in it, the three plates having been positioned upon eachother during the battle in which they were damaged. armoured plates were being brought to replace them, along with various other less severely damaged parts of the deck, the majority requiring no maintenence at all. meanwhile, the generators were being put through a standard check to ensure they were in good condition, the PSC auxiliary energy storage container being checked to ensure it was intact, as programmer drones were sent into the very bowels of the ship, doing complex electronic work to adjust and enhance the ship's AI to the point where it could operate with a lighter crew, proceed with orders to the letter, and including numerous failsafes. the entire operation wouldn't be done for at least 33 hours, and even then, it was only a fraction of what needed to be done to bring the Executioner up to the standard of the latest ships in the fleet. it was still, in many ways, inferior to the smaller, deadlier Revenge. though it's sheer firepower and armour ensured that it was compensated. still, if there was one positive side to this delay, it was that the changes that had occured to the Executioner in battle, and the kind of damage caused, gave the engineers operating in the shipyard an idea on how to improve the ship, and what needed specific work...

Meanwhile, the rest of the fleet was being moved to other shipyards around the planet, including one in orbit around the nearby planet Maradim, which was currently in the advanced stages of colonisation, with it's first city being constructed by a small army of construction drones. the Vardian warships, while being much smaller, were more needing of repairs, and therefore would take longer. as a result, a part of the Vardian 2nd Reserve Fleet had been designated to accompany the Executioner...

The room was a similar size to the last one, only a small difference in overall length. A panel began to move, but was quickly smashed away by what was within, twisting the metal at an awkward angle, opening it enough to let the machine within out. The GEKKO, not in the least bit damaged, despite its outdated status, charged forward like a bull, lowering its heavily plated "head", while a voice chimed in at the last moment: "Destructive little things, aren't they?"

Grievous leaped in the air, easily flipping over the GEKKO as it charged, slashing across the top of its armored head, before landing behind it, saying, "That must be why you still use them. Don't you?"

"We don't, actually. We've made some improvements since then. Fighting one of those would be suicide." the voice explained, laughing, just as the GEKKO stopped itself from crashing into a wall. The machine spun around, making a loud mooing sound as it opened fire, spraying machine gun fire at the cyborg from the other end of the room...

Grievous spun two of his sabers in front of him, vaporizing the machine gun fire, slowly walking forward, before suddenly leaping into the air, landing on the GEKKO's head and stabbing all four sabers into the mech's head, driving them ever deeper...

The GEKKO rammed itself against the metal wall, denting it, while knocking Grievous off at the same time. Lashing out with one leg, the machine grasped the cyborg's head, hurling him at the already dented wall, before backing up, charging forward with its head lowered...

Grievous, stunned for a moment, rolled to the side as the GEKKO charged again, one Lightsaber lashing out and slicing through the mech's organic leg with ease. He leaped to his feet and backed away, Lightsabers at the ready in case the GEKKO managed to recover...

The GEKKO fell to the ground with a thud, positioning itself in front of Grievous, machine guns opening fire at the cyborg's legs, while a grenade was launched from its side, once again at Grievous' feet...

Grievous leaped over the weapons fire, deactivating one saber while still in mid-air and throwing a thermal detonator from his belt at the GEKKO, the grenade exploding violently and enveloping Grievous' foe in a massive explosion. Landing on his feet, the cyborg snarled, "You want destruction, there you go."

"With Revan preparing for his return here and the Annihilator's upgrades...it will be a while. More upgrades to the Annihilator were due The last time we were at Courscant, extension of the hull was due to increase the ship's size and add more firepower. Our improvements in our power generators have increased...thanks to the Solar generators we received. Interesting enough how Revan barely rests anymore" The Imperial Commander reported with any "late" news.

"Revan is..a man of war. Evidenced in the Mandolorian Wars and the wars before that. His Galactic Conquest was another prime example of him having little rest and engulfing himself in war. Revan might even delay his journey even further just so his men can rest a little bit more. Courscant is mass producing ships...or at least capable of it. Production has been slowed due to little need. The Imperial Capital...a true wonder indeed" Thrawn said.

"Either way...so far so good. They havent shot us...yet. I am doubtful of the Grievous situation" The commander replied.

"Relax...things will be clear soon enough" Thrawn simply said in response. The Grand Admiral turned back to go look at the Vardian Fleet above Trandosha. Patience...answers would come soon.

"Once again very impressive. Shall we continue?" the voice said, the GEKKO still attempting to move, its internal systems still active, though most of its weapons were damaged...
