Rampage got up and roared with all her strength at the small Suchmimus that had attacked. after that, another 2 Suchos, both at full size, nearly one and a half times the size of an adult Spino. they tackled Rampage and she thrashed at them, causing a fairly large slash down the left leg of what seemed to be the female, which was apparently slightly younger than her mate, being smaller by about 2 feet. as she felt herself get slashed several times, she noticed that the young Sucho was fighting Hunter, who looked different from usual. after staring at him for a few minutes, she noticed that he looked like Crusher did when enraged. he inherited Crusher's ability to change his appearance when angry. Hunter was fighting very well, and had managed to wrestle the young Sucho to the ground. Hunter was now a young adult, and would soon be given the choice of leaving the nest. he was obviously capable of protecting himself. the Sucho was the same size as he was. it was about to kill Fury before he could recover, but Hunter stopped it by ramming it as Crusher had taught him. it worked as it was supposed to, and Hunter had actually lifted the large opponent off it's feet, and it fell to the ground several feet away from Fury. Hunter looked back and saw Fury had gone unconscious. suddenly, Hunter was rammed by the male Sucho, and lost his balance. it was coming in to kill him, and he kicked it in the face. it staggered backwards, but then moved toward him again. Rampage was now doing similar to what Hunter was, trying to kick the female away from her stomach. Hunter saw as the Male Sucho's snout neared his stomach. he tried kicking but missed. he had given up hope. him, his mother, and Fury would die here, in their own territory. suddenly, Hunter heard an extremely loud roar that sent chills down his spine. it was absolutely terrifying. he knew that only one thing could make a roar like that......his father, Crusher. next thing he saw was the Male Sucho getting lifted off the ground and sent flying into a load of trees, which were knocked down by the impact to about 10 feet in, where the Sucho's weakened body lay. he looked at what had hit the Sucho and saw his enraged father, whos skin was the most vibrant he had ever seen. his eyes were glowing red to the point that they actually looked like what the humans called "lights". his teeth were bared and Hunter saw for the second time how huge they were. Crusher bit down on the female Sucho's back, only enough to move it. he didn't want to kill them yet. he dragged it and pulled it down onto the young Sucho that was seemingly out cold. the resulting Crunch was enough to let Crusher know that the youngster was killed. he then looked back at the male, and made a loud roar, both scaring it and telling his family in the Rex's own language to either stand up and get ready to fight them and anymore that came, or to run, and leave him to fight them. the Sucho stood and roared, and his family, his son in particular, who was glowing like his father, made a rage roar that let Crusher know that Hunter was truelly his father's son. Rampage made a roar that shook the area, but still dwarved by her mate and her now nearly mature son.2 more Suchos showed up, and Crusher lunged at one. he caught it by the snout and made a move to get a killer grip on it, dragging it back, letting go, and biting onto the neck as the predator stumbled forward. Crusher then swung his head down, dragging his target to the ground and smashing it's neck in his jaws as his chin hit the ground. as the 2 Sucho's showd up, while Crusher took care of one, Hunter went for the downed male Crusher had rammed, wanting revenge, and Rampage took care of the other Sucho that had appeared. She lunged , but the Sucho dodged, and caught Rampage by the neck as she stumbled. when she hit the ground, the thin lower jaw was small enough not to get crushed. it tightened it's grip on her neck, and she felt as her strength disappeared. she felt herself go limp, and saw the scenes infront of her drift away. Hunter was fighting the struggling Sucho, trying to get it into a neck bite, so he could kill it like it nearly did him. he couldn't, so he decided to slash it's sides with his foot, like his father had done to Thrasher, the most dominant Spino, several months ago. he slashed it and felt a sudden resounding pair of snaps, as his weight had broken a pair of rib bones. he then looked back to see his mother was being strangled by another Sucho, and he couldn't help getting enraged. he charged forward, and rammed it. his mother started moving, but soon stopped. the only movement was that of her breathing, which was still steady. Hunter lunged at it, but unlike his mother, he wasn't too slow to catch the Sucho before it could dodge. he caught it by the arm, and started pulling. it slashed his face along the side, leaving a scar that looked strikingly similar to one of the very familiar 3 claw scars Crusher had on either side of his snout. Hunter roared in pain, and it tried to get away, but Hunter caught it by the paw that had slashed him, and kept dragging. he dragged it to the center of the nest, and tore it's arm out and swinging his tail into it at the same time. the result was very painful for the Sucho. Crusher dragged his target, the Female, to the same place, and thrashed with his jaws locked on it's head. of course, it didn't last long. it's snout was broken to pieces, with only the base of it's mouth and it's eyes still there. it was obviously very painful and it was miraculous that it wasn't killed. before Crusher finaly killed it by biting onto it's head and smashing it, the Sucho did manage to do one thing: give Crusher another scar, this time on his side. it wasn't enough to damage bones or even slow him down. it was a simple, pathetic flesh wound. Crusher crushed what remained of it's skull, killing it and making it fall onto Hunter's opponent, who Hunter had just killed by pounding it's head and crushing it with his own. Crusher then looked at the mess his nest had become. it was covored with the bodies of enemies. he noticed that 2 of his family were knocked out. Rampage was on the ground, breathing steadily and in fairly good codition considering the attack. Fury was hurt in the neck. Crusher growled "Hunter. protect the nest. i'm going to search the area they came from...". he then followed the scent of one of the Suchos, which led him to what seemed to be a large human building on the shore, which, although very close to the edge of his territory, he hadn't seen before. he followed the scent and found what seemed to be an entire pack, much like Thrasher's, living in it, and fishing from the deep river's mouth, which ended here. "if i had followed the river to the end, i would have caught these creatures before they could do anything...". Crusher went back to the nest and prepared himself for a possible attack from the Suchos. they would eat the dead Suchos for food and stay at the nest for a few months, until his family was ready to attack again....
"Ah yes, organised chaos. the sign of a clever but ever-busy mind. To the perpetrator, a carefully woven web of belongings and intrigue, but to the bystander? Madness!"
