NOTE TO PLAYERS: Polar climates are non-existant in this RPG, and, as should be obvious, as it was mentioned in the first post, POLAR ANIMALS ARE OFF LIMITS. please take the rules into account before you randomly blurt stuff out. same applies to ALL RPGs.
to Nightbane's surprise, he hadn't run into any other lions after he had taken down his prey, and eaten. however, as he left, finding himself re-entering the jungle, the scent of wolves had begun to come up. he guessed he had entered a pack's territory. the scent of blood was particularly potent, leading Nightbane to believe that there had been frequent fights in the area. the fact the scent of the blood was laced with that of the wolves, but nothing else, made him ponder the possibility of Inter-pack problems, invasion by other packs. the fact it was focused in the area made it less likely than possible internal problems, such as, perhaps, disputes among pack members. he decided he'd investigate. he was well fed and watered, and didn't particularly have anything else of particular interest to lure him elsewhere, with the Lion pride having never appeared. walking forward, he slipped into the shadows of the undergrowth, beginning to sniff out the trail...
