"They are just too...young. They can't understand the responsibility of having a family." Thunderheart hissed quietly, still worried. If they found someone they truly cared for, he wouldn't stop them...he knew the meaning of love. But starting a family? They were far too young...

"Perhaps. but i would advise against imposing your presence on them. let them see you from time to time, but don't send too many.....representatives to talk to them. they may soon turn hostile" warned Wraith...

Nightclaw was curled up in a corner of the warrior's den, so motionless one could swear he was dead, if not for the very faint rising and falling of his flanks under his pelt...

"Sound advice, Shadwsoul. If you don't mind changing subject, is there anything else you wish to know?" Ulthwé meowed, looking back into the pool for a moment...

"Now I'm a kit-sitter for grown warriors..." Flamesight snickered. "Don't worry, Thunderheart. No mouse - or cat for that matter - will lay a claw on him." She padded after Silverstripe, her whiskers twitching with amusement.

Swift let out a quiet snicker, hearing his grandfather's words.

"I suppose you're right," Springtail mewed. "Oh, what do I know anyway? I'm an old former Medicine Cat. Made it a bit difficult to have a mate, you know."

Wraith thought for a while, considering the options for a few moments. "A couple. the first is more regarding one of your clan members than anything in general. you say that your clan makes sure that enemies never get a chance to strike before you've eliminated them. considering that, the tom that met us and brought us here is scarred. Is that his bad luck, or was there something more....major, responsible for it?" he inquired...

Thunderheart watched the two leave with a blank stare, lost in his own thoughts. It was times like this he really missed Auburnpelt...

Silverstripe shifted his pace to a slow trot, putting distance between him and the clan. Although he and Thunderheart had been friends for what seemed like ages, he did not have the same level of mischief and energy that Silverstripe did. Flamesight seemed to be on par with him in those ways...it was nice to have her back, assuming she didn't change much during her time as a loner.

Ulthwé sighed. "That was Alaitoc, Exarch of the clan. He leads our warriors in their activities...but he is also very hotheaded. The scar you saw was the result of this attitude, unfortunately." she explained with a shake of her head. "That attitude, however, is exactly why he holds such a position. He is my opposite: While I think calmly and clearly, he thinks swiftly and brutally. Both attitudes have their advantages...and disadvantages." Ulthwé continued.

"Interesting" growled Wraith. "Well, my final question conscerns your clan as a whole" he started, before turning, beginning to pace, wanting to move his legs before they began to ache from standing still after the long walk from the camp. "Would you care to share with me information about what your clan would take offence to? forgive my ignorance, but Novaclan is quite unlike any clan i've ever come across. you're different to what i'm used to in so many ways i worry about offending you or your clanmates over trivial things we may not hold such offence to ourselves" he explained...

Flamesight breathed in deeply. "This reminds me of old times," she commented. "When you and I would mess with the other Clans for fun." She smiled sadly at her friend, the memories somewhat bittersweet. "How the times have changed."

Ulthwé blinked. "You need not worry about offending the clan. Talk to us just as you would any of your own clanmates." she responded with a faint smile.

Silverstripe nodded solemnly. "Depressing...but at least its peaceful now, despite the bloodshed." he meowed, trying to remain positive. "They didn't die pointlessly." he added, referring to both the old clans as well as the losses suffered by both ShadowClan and ThunderClan, glancing around to observe the forest...

"True," Flamesight mewed, nodding. "And we'll see the Clanmates we've lost again some day. So...they're not really gone, in a way, I suppose." She glanced at the silver tabby. "Does that make sense?"

Snowstar then mewed "Well then, would this mean you'd like to participate in our old clan gatherings?" The white tom's tail swished about. "It was an old tradition to meet by a place called the moon pool, where the clans of old would tell stories of their progress and good fortune every half moon or so" He paused for a moment, trying to find the right words. "It would bring... a sense of reparations... to the cats of Stormclan.. that the clans are finally in an age of order, instead of dispair and chaos.."

"Although we may not see the importance of these moonpools, we do understand the importance of staying in contact. Novaclan would be glad to participate in these meetings." Ulthwé meowed, bowing her head in agreement.

"It does." Silverstripe responded, nodding. "But enough of this negative stuff! I hear enough of that in the clan." he added with a smirk.

Shadelight perked up at the mention of clan meetings once again. "I have a question and pardon me if I'm too bold, but I don't suppose you have medicine cats in your clan?" she asked. Though she would never admit it, she missed meeting up with the medicine cats, traveling to the moonpool or moonstone every half-moon to share-tongues with Starclan and exchanging healing techniques with others.

Flamesight smiled back. "Yeah. Everybody seems to be in a permanent 'Doom and despair' state...or something like that," she added with a snicker.

Silverstripe chuckled, stepping over a fallen branch, the forest calm all around them. "...Though I have to admit, all this peace stuff really makes things dull." he meowed jokingly, once again referring to their past experiences.

"Medicine cats? If you mean our apothecaries, then yes. They tend to the wounded and sick, as well as looking after the kits of the clan, considering their mothers are usually elsewhere." Ulthwé meowed, nodding.

Shadelight nodded. "Ah," she said. Such strange names for everything, she thought. Novaclan was so different, but so peaceful and serene. Shadelight thought she would love to spend at least a day there to observe them a bit closer.

"True," Flamesight meowed, clearing the branch with a small leap. "It almost makes me miss the days when WindClan were driven from their home. Not knowing where we were going to sleep...or even if we were going to be able to eat." She glanced at Silverstripe. "Almost."

"Well, now we know what we want to about you, i think. it's time to return the favour. is there anything you wish to know of us?" growled Wraith...

Silverstripe smiled, nodding. "That doesn't mean we can't make some excitement for ourselves, though." he meowed, glancing around the forest. With the other clans gone, the only other opinion in terms of who to annoy were the rogues that lived outside the clan's territory...and that was risky business, the death of Thunderheart's son being proof enough. "...Maybe it does..." the silver tabby added with a frown.

Ulthwé paused briefly, before turning back to the Stormclan leader. "I trust you have cats that fight for your clan? Is there anything significant about them?" she asked curiously, Novaclan having their own system of who fought for the clan...
