Suddenly the booming noise came closer, Goldfang knew the Tyrannotitan had turned around at the sound of Fatalis and with quick acting, Goldfang grabbed Fatalis, and through himself behind a tree with Fatalis hugged to him with one claw over his mouth. He quickly let go when they were out of site and pointed to the Tyrannotitan that walked past after it lost sight of Fatalis before the raptor could protest. "Shh! There was a Tyrannotitan on patrol in his territory. It walked right below me when I was up on the tree!" He hissed before lower his voice into a whisper. "I have been searching for hiding places but I have found one hiding place a little way off from here. We should be safe in there from the raptors and other predators. If you want to look i'm happy to show you." He hissed.

Goldfang led Fatalis through the bushes to a small hillside. Here, Goldfang walked over and pushed the hole open with his head and walked inside with Fatalis behind him. "Here we are. What do you think?" He asked as they got inside the wide area in the ground...

Darkness finally awoke from his deep sleep. He awoke with a jolt, unaware of his location. He snarled to himself and got up. He walked out of the small opening and stumbled forward, still weak from the fight. He decided to get out of Crusher's territory...for now. He was hungry, and wanted easy prey. He wasn't in the mood for a struggle.

Darkness walked on, going out of Crusher's territory. Finally, he smelled the scent of prey. A young raptor.... he growled to himself. ...And its alone....that means that it isn't in a pack.. he snarled. A reptilian grin came over his maw. Perfect... he growled. He followed the scent forward, and saw that it lead into underground caves. He walked forward, while still keeping to the shadows, and looked inside. He saw the young one, and an adult....

Redtooth had been dozing in the shade when a raptor passed by him. He ignored it. He knew it wouldn't go near him and Steeltalon could easily take care of a single raptor.

RawClaw cocked his head in one direction and held a look of confusement. Why would his own mother want to act like this? And would she really kill her own flesh in blood. "B-But, father...she was so nice to me. She fed me a-and took care of me," he chirped, still holding that confused look. Crusher's words still rang in his ear holes. He shook slightly at the memory of his powerful growl.

Rawhide was concerned about his son. "I'm afraid that your mother is not like that anymore, RawClaw. Stay with me and you will be safe. I promise," he growled softly. "And calm down. You look hungry. I will go find you something to eat..." He trailed off and looked around for one of the sentry raptors. "Watch over my son," he sternly barked and went off to go find RawClaw something to eat.

SharpClaw was very upset and broken after that little meeting with Rawhide. She was shocked that Rawhide thought that she betrayed him. "Well, I yelled at him." She still stayed in her little corner away from the rest of Blade's pack. Still, she refused to eat or interact with the rest of the pack. She snarled warningly for the raptors to stay away from her.

Crusher had decided that it was time to reassert his position as the owner of this territory. he was going to force out every predator that was in here without him directly allowing them. he had had enough of it. raptor packs moving in, ceratosaurs hunting in the swampland to the south east, gigas moving in from Largetooth's side, Carnotaurs moving in from the east. it was ridiculous. he returned to the nest, and saw his son had recovered from the wound a bit. he was limping a bit, but otherwise still as cheery as ever. upon seeing his son's limp, Crusher snarled in anger. he decided he'd eat from an Anatotitan carcass Rampage had brought. it was half eaten, but one of the legs had been left for him. hit bit half of the flesh off in one bite, and swallowed it. he then bit off another massive chunk, and ate it. he ate a few of the ribs along with the flesh, crushing them in his powerful jaws, and then left. he snarled "Rampage, im gonig to be away for a while. im going to chase out every predator whose walked into my territory. i have had enough. no more intruders. no more losses of territory because they need a place to live. im ending it today". Rampage nodded and then lay down. Lightning lay down next to her, facing the other direction, and Rox and Razor rested between them. as Crusher left the territory, 3 Utahraptors jumped out of the clearing, and stood in front of him. "Crusher, i am Mirage, a friend of Fatalis' asked to stay here and help you and the Raptors. we'd like to ask if you'd mind us tagging along". Crusher shook his head. "This is a personal matter, Mirage. however, if you can, Inform Fatalis that his friends, Blade and Exile, along with their pack, have been attacked. i think they may need help in the future". the Utahraptor nodded, and she ran off, along with her 2 brothers. Crusher continued to walk to the eastern side of the territory, where Redtooth and Fishtooth had reported being attacked by Carnotaurs...

Crusher arrived at the area to find it stinking with the scent of Carnotaurs. he could see several visible ones, and knew there were even more invisible ones. he made a territorial roar as soon as he reached the clearing, revealing nearly 20 scattered throughout it. they all charged at him, intending to overwhelm him. he looked at the largest, a large red one with black horns, most likely the most dominant among them. he roared at it, and charged. it kept running at him, but then skid to a hault and tried to turn around, but Crusher was almost on top of it already. it turned to face him, but got the massive Rex's head swinging into it, lifting the 30 foot predator off the ground several feet before landing hard on it's side. Crusher walked up to it, and it rolled onto it's feet. Crusher lunged, but it countered with it's left horn, slashing Crusher's chin. Crusher moved back, and then ducked and swung his head upwards into it from below, lifting it's whole body off the ground. he then got rammed to the ground by 3 Carnotaurs who were on his right side. they lunged at him, and started biting him, but a single powerful kick smashed the skull of one of them and sent it flying off the ground, and landing on the ground about 10 feet away. Crusher rolled as one lunged for his neck, dodging the bite and crushing a Carnotaur that had come up to him on the other side. Crusher stood, stretching his legs in a semi-upright stance, looking down at the lead Carnotaur at an angle. a loud enraged roar came from Crusher as his colours began to change, his eyes glowing red. the roar could be heard throughout the island, birds in the trees scattering in panic and flying off, herds stampeding, packs becoming defensive, trees seeming to shake with the force of the roar. Crusher lunged at the Carnotaur, and caught it by it's tiny right arm. it was crushed and ripped off almost immediately. with a loud roar, he got up on one foot, intending to crush the lead Carnotaur, which had fallen to the ground as the rest of Crusher's body collided with it after he bit it's arm. as Crusher was about to land on the Carnotaur with his foot, he was again knocked to the ground by 4 Carnotaurs. the leader got to its feet, and tried to use its horns to slit Crusher's throat, as another tried to bite Crusher's stomach. Crusher rolled out of the way just in time, and swung his head into the lead Carnotaur, knocking it into the other 4, the force of the hit so powerful it knocked all 4 of them to the ground. and just in time too, as another group of Carnotaurs charged at Crusher from behind. Crusher swung his tail into one of them, knocking it to the ground as another ran over it, crushing it's side and killing it. Crusher made another booming rage roar, and lunged for one of the larger Carnotaurs, locking his jaws on it's back and biting it with full force immediately, smashing it's spine and killing it, and then lifted it off the ground. he then threw it at another Carnotaur, knocking it to the ground. he looked at the leader, and lunged at it as it got up, and locked his jaws shut on it's tail, and dragged it backwards, making it stumble as it's neck reached biting range for Crusher. he caught it by the neck as it fell, killing it with it's own weight. Crusher tore the head off and slammed it into the ground, and crushed it into paste with his foot. his body had now completely changed. he had returned to his rage colours, his back a navy blue colour, with royal blue stripes outlining rich orange ones. his underside a bright, off white colour. he roared at the Carnotaurs. almost all of them stopped and ran after seeing the leader killed. but 5 of them stayed behind, thinking of the power they would have over the island if they managed to defeat the massive Tyrannosaur. one of them charged at him, but Crusher was prepared. he ducked as it came close, and pushed himself upwards, his jaws wide open, slamming them shut with tremendous force as his body came up under the Carnotaur's, catching it's stomach in the predator's jaws. Crusher crushed it's stomach in his jaws, and then, with a powerful push launched it about 10 feet, having it land right in front of the other Carnotaurs, it's face twisted grotesquely with a look of pure agony, lying dead on the ground, it's stomach full of 4 inch wide holes. Crusher snarled "Who's next?!". the Carnotaurs looked at eachother, and charged together. Crusher charged at them, his head down. as he got close to them, he swung his head upwards, knocking one of them back and onto it's back. Crusher turned to see the other Carnotaurs, who were snarling at him. Crusher crouched, preparing for a powerful run. the charged at him again, and Crusher started his sprint, he charged right for the largest, and rammed it head on, knocking it to the ground as the others turned and started to attack Crusher. Crusher ignored them for now, and bit down on the chest of the fallen Carnotaur, breaking it's rib cage, puncturing the lungs, and finally ripping it all off, to reveal the heart, still beating wildly. Crusher threw the flesh to the side and bit onto the beating heart, and ate it before tail whipping a Carnotaur which was biting his tail trying to pull him off. Crusher turned to the Carnotaur on his right, biting his side trying to hurt him, but leaving little more than flesh wounds. he bit it on the back as the other 3, one of which had just recovered from the tail whip, lunged at his tail, and bit down into the tip of it, giving Crusher some intense pain and making him flail his tail wildly. he bit down on the Carnotaur's back, killing it, then turned to the 3 attackers. he saw one which had blood dripping off it's teeth. he snarled, his eyes flashing a dangerous red colour, as he actually jumped at it, knocking it to the ground and thrashing it with his jaws, ripping it's arms off, exposing it's ribs, ripping flesh off it's lower jaw, and ripping it's windpipe out. he moved back and bit down on it's ribs, crushing them with his hardest bite, and ripping it off and throwing it into another Carnotaur which was moving towards him. Crusher then returned to the one he was thrashing, and ripped it's head off and crushed it in his jaws before slamming against the ground and stepping on it. he then crouched and caught a Carnotaur by the leg, and dragged it under him, then bit it's stomach while holding it in place with his foot. he bit it once, twice, three times, then bit down on the leg, and ripped it off, then threw it and bit down on it's chest, crushing the bones and impaling it's internal organs on them. he then left it to suffer and turned to the last Carnotaur. he roared at it, enraged, and lunged for it. it dodged, and changed colour. Crusher could hear running. it seemed to be running away. but a fight he had with a particular Giga had tought him not to assume that. he roared loudly, scaring it, and making it run faster. Crusher charged after it, blood on his jaws and wounds all over him. he soon caught up to it and lunged for it, catching the invisible dinosaur by the back. it roared in pain and revealed itself. Crusher dragged it back so that he could see it's head, and then bit down on it, killing it instantly. he made an enraged territorial roar which shook the entire island, and ripped some flesh off it's leg, and ate it, before heading for his next target...a pack of sub adult Gigas which were invading his territory and had taken a patch and called it their own. his wounds were enough to lure predators, but he was prepared to face them. if he had to take wounds to reassert his position as the Most Dominant Predator and owner of the territory, then so be it. he headed for the plains to the north of the island, rage showing in his eyes...

An unfamiliar scent made Steeltalon look up and stand in front of Silver protectively, growling at the raptor, who had poked it's head into the caves. She didn't know this stranger. This newcomer was immegiately an enemy of hers. Silver shivered and hid behind Steeltalon, blinking blue eyes filled with fear. Steeltalon gave the little hatchling a reassuring lick and growled so only Silver could hear her, "Run. I'll hold him off. Hide in the caves until I give an okay. If I don't, run away from this place and find Crusher, the largest rex on the island, and an ally of mine. Tell him I sent you to him. He'll take care of you." Silver nodded and raved off, down the narrow passage she had explored earlier, pushing her way into a narrow crack that opened up as she got farther into it. The stranger wouldn't be able to fit in here. Silver was safe...for now.

Steeltalon, meanwhile, had started her usual array of questions. "Who are you?" she snarled, her eyes blazing. "Why are you here?"

green eye had woken from his sleep. his hunger couldn't be ignored any longer. he limped over to the edmontosaurus carcass and ate his fill. at that moment, the wind was blowing in green eye's direction and he picked up the scent of a raptor that he didn't know. steeltalon's scent was mixed with it. green eye decided to make sure this raptor wasn't another one that might cause him problems. he began to limp in the direction of steeltalon's territory.

green eye was getting closer to steeltalon's territory. soon, he saw a black raptor appraoching steeltlon. the raptor's approach revealed agression. green eye stopped and saw nothing was watching the raptors except himself. green eye returned to his nest. he was sure that steeltalon would be survive a fight with the raptor.

Steeltalon slid out of the caves with a loud snarl. She took up a defensive stance in front of the caves. "If you want to kill Silver, you'll have to kill me first." Her eyes flashed dangerously. She was giving the raptor a chance to back down with dignity, but he seemed to be ignoring that chance.

rawhide was thinking of ways he could make sharpclaw die in as much pain as possible. he first idea was to have sharpclaw limping, then she would be pleading to rawhide for mercy. rawhide barked to rainus:"rainus! if you see darkness, we can deal without the distraction."

As you wish. Darkness growled to the female raptor. He pounced at her, knocking her down. He turned around to face the fallen raptor.

Rainus nodded to Rawhide. We wasn't about to let Darkness go alive, though...

Steeltalon lashed out with her killing toes, scoring them down the stranger's side and spilling the first blood. Getting up with a furious snarl, Steeltalon sidekicked the strange black raptor, knocking him to the ground this time. She started lashing her tail and snarling, enjoying the feeling of her talons ripping through his flesh. "Get up and fight you coward!" she egged him on.

rawhide nodded. darkness might try to kill rawclaw. darkness killing rawclaw wasn't something rawhide wanted. he growled to rainus:"how did oranus survive darkness's lethal attacks? those attacks would normally be fatal to a raptor."

I have underestimated your strength. Darkness growled. I won't make that mistake again! he snarled as he forced himself up from the ground. Darkness slashed the raptor's face, making her head jolt to the side. He continued attacking, but this time used his killing claw to kick the raptor against the side of the cave. He ran toward her, and headbutted her in the side, pushing her again into the cave wall. Darkness jumped back and hissed.

Onarus is no ordinary raptor. He has metalic parts protecting his vitals. He is the result of the cursed two legged creature's experiaments.. Rainus snarled with disgust.

Steeltalon took the blows, barely feeling any pain. Fury flooded her, making her eyes glow electric blue. Leaping forward, she fastened her teeth in the intruder's leg and wrenched her head to one side, making him fall again and feeling her teeth sink deeper into muscle and flesh. She placed one foot on his side and wrenched her head again, feeling the bone begin to break from her efforts. Backing off, she stood, her jaws drenched in blood, some her own. Most of it was the black raptor's, though. She bared her teeth and snarled, "Last warning. Leave before I kill you!" Steeltalon wasn't messing around anymore. Her eyes burned with fury, still a blazing blue.

rawhide knew what two legged creatures rainus was talking about. he growled:"those two legged creatures are called humans. many of them are dead now. right now, i'm planning what i'll do to sharpclaw when we attack her pack again." rawhide smricked when ideas entered his mind.

Funny, you seem so angry. growled Darkness as he rose from the ground yet again. He slammed his body into the raptor, causing her to fall. Darkness pounced ontop of her, making sure to use his whole weight. You have yet to see my true self, little one. Darkness growled just inches from the female's face. He slashed her face serveral times, still onto of her and digging his toe claws into her side. Darkness jumped off and looked at the raptor. He ran backwards, and disapeared into the shadows. This is what I was named for. Darkness growled from what seemed like no where. Manipulating the darkness around me to make it almost impossible to be dectected... he again growled. At this, Darkness pounced from behind the female, making her fall to the ground yet again.

There is no next time, Rawhide. Rainus growled. That tyrannosaur is watching us too closly. Most of us are weak and some of us are dead. he snarled to the raptor.
