rawhide growled:"sharpclaw will eventaully try to come looking for me i am sure. when she finds me, she'll plead me to forgive her. however, i will kill her slowly and painfully." rawhide enjoyed thinking of killing sharpclaw. once sharpclaw was dead, blade, exile, scar and jade would be of no concern to rawhide.

SharpClaw could hear the pack calling for another hunt, but she didn't bother to get up or go join the pack. One of the concerned sentries tried to come near her and coax her out to join them, but she snarled, "Leave me alone! I don't want to go." The sentry tried again, but to no avail. She glared and growled some more. "Go now!" She was satisfied when the sentry finally left her alone, but then started to feel concerned when he went to go tell the pack leaders about her behaviour.

Steeltalon expected something unusual, and she just took his blows without flinching. Her Fury made her oblivious to the wounds she was recieving. Swinging around, Steeltalon latched onto the black raptor's arm, jerking backwards and hearing a sickening crack. The arm was broken. Letting go, Steeltalon kicked the black raptor in the chest, sending him flying into a tree. Wasting no time, Steeltalon raced over and dug her killing toe into the black raptor's chest, dragging it down slowly and painfully. When she reached his stomach, she slid the claw out and glared at the black raptor. "I gave you a chance to back down with dignity," she snarled, the full effect of her Fury taking over. She slashed at his chest again. "I offered you a chance to leave with honor." She slashed again. Now there was an X-shaped, deep wound on the black raptor's chest. She backed up. Her eyes were now a deep, ocean blue as her Fury reached its peak. "If I let you live, next time I won't be as merciful." She backed off a few paces.

Darkness also took the wounds without flinching. He had recieved much worse in the past. Darkness snarled and ran forward. He slashed the raptor's face again with his good arm. He then swung around and kicked the raptor in the face with his toe claw. The raptor fell against a tree, and Darkness slammed his foot onto her tail, cutting a deep, bleeding wound into it. Darkness bit onto the female's bleeding tail and used his weight to swing her a good distance. She landed close to the cave entrance, and Darkness kicked her again in the face, making her head slam into the cave wall. He bit into the back of her neck and raised her up onto her feet. You see, I'm not so forgiving as you are. If I saw you as a threat, you'd be dead right now. he snarled. He slammed his tail against her side, sedning her falling into the cave.

Steeltalon gasped, knowing how close she had come to death. She flexed her arms and legs, making sure nothing was broken and she could still defend Silver. Nothing was broken, but she was a little battered. Snarling furiously, Steeltalon launched herself out of the cave and pounced onto the black raptor's back. Still snarling, Steeltalon slid both of her killing toes down his back and jumped down, swinging around and catching the intruder in the face, and apparently also catching him by surprise as she held on before kicking him against another tree. This time, Steeltalon knew he had landed on his leg wrong from the crack that broke the silence of the forest. She bared her teeth and stalked forward, stopping a few feet from the black intruder. "I'm not like other raptors you've tried to fight. You picked the wrong female to attack." She lifted one foot and placed it not-so-gently on the black raptor's neck. "Now, are you going to leave my territory and never come back . . . " she paused and lifted her killing toe, poised to strike. " . . . or should I just kill you now?" A slow, crazed grin appeared on Steeltalon's bloodied face. She was turning back into the killing machine she'd been when her pack was murdered. She had killed many innocents until she met Fatalis and learned to trust again. Now this black raptor was pushing her back. If he continued at this pace, he'd be dead before sundown today.

rawhide approached oranus. he growled:"oranus. i have an idea if sharpclaw comes looking for me. if she enters this territory, bring her to me. i will kill her in the most painful way possible."

Darkness was furious. He slashed the raptor's raised foot, cutting down to the bone. Darkness lunged forward and bit onto the back of the raptor's neck. He used his weight to throw the raptor, making her land hard onto the ground. Apparently you've never dealed with a raptor thats lost his mind, have you? he snarled. He had lost it. He was the killing machine of the old days. He limped over to the fallen raptor and bit onto her leg. Hearing a snap, Darkness let go and stared at her. She breathed heavily, and had a farmiliar look. He limped away but charged forward again, forgetting about his leg and arm, and lept onto the female's head and neck. His killer claw landed on her head, and he brought it down to the base of her head, creating a huge bleeding slash. He continued to slash and bit at her side, giving her many gashes and wounds. He jumped off, and kicked her straight in the snout with his clawed foot. There was a deep wound in her snout now, and Darkness was satisfied. He walked back toward her, and bent low to stare her in the eyes. You have much to learn, little one. There are raptors you are never supposed to confront. Darkness snarled. He picked her up by the back of her neck, and threw her, head first, into a tree. I am one of those raptors. Darkness snarled.

Steeltalon struggled up, lifting her head defiantly. "Destroy my body if you will, but you'll never destroy my spirit!" she spat. She knew her leg was probably broken, but it didn't stop her from standing tall as she stared death in the face. "I will have revenge for what my family went through. I will kill every ****ed traitor this island has ever seen." She staggered slightly. "If I die, I'm taking you with me to Hell!" She lunged forward and sank her teeth into the intruder's throat. "Die," she growled, slashing at the intruder's stomach as she kept her hold on his throat.

Darkness fell back, but on purpose. While in the middle of a roll, Darkness kicked the female raptor, sending her into the air and off of his throat. You are not worth my time! he snarled. I will not postpone my plans again because of some worm like you! he growled as he limped toward the raptor. He brought both of his claws down onto the raptor's stomach. Darkness backed off and looked at his own body. He was covered with scars and fresh wounds, all from this fight and the one with his brother. He then looked at the fallen raptor, she too was covered in wounds, fresh and old. This raptor reminded him alot of...Me... he snarled to himself. The crazy attitude, the ignoring of pain, the drive to kill. I guess there is more then one psychotic raptor on this island after all.... he snarled. No matter. This just means that I will be the one and only. he growled, a reptilian smirk spreading across his maw.

green eye continued to rest his injured leg. he knew he should have been a little more careful when darkclaw lured him to the ravine. however, now that darkclaw was dead, green eye and his family didn't need to worry about darkclaw anymore.

Savage went into Green eye's territory. He remembered he had not thanked him for saving his life when he was attacked by raptors. He saw green eye with an injured leg.

Steeltalon glared at Darkness, not attempting to get up. "Seen enough, you idiot?" she snarled, still full of her old spirit. "You don't get it, do you? When my family was killed, I went insane for a short time. I attacked rexes and spinos, even other raptors, just to get revenge on what Riptide's pack did." She struggled to get up, managing to stand after a few attempts. "And now, if I reminded you of yourself, that's because we're exactly the same. A tragic past, going insane, killing others because of something that isn't our fault . . . " Steeltalon swallowed, coughing violently and spraying the ground with more blood. She knew she had strength enough only for one last assault. Her eyes were fading from dark blue to their usual blood red. She staggered, trembling from the effort of standing. She coughed again, this time spraying the black raptor with blood as well as the ground. "Are you there, Mother?" she whispered, gazing past the black raptor. "I'm coming. Mother, I'll finally join you." Steeltalon's vision began to fade as she struggled to stay standing.

OoC:green eye's leg isn't broken. it's just injured enough so green eye has to limp.

green eye saw the rex he and redtooth had saved. he limped up to the rex and growled:"hello, rex. what is your name?"" green eye hadn't asked the rex its name before and felt he should know its name.

RazorEdge was running until he came across a cave and a little raptor.

My name is Savage. Thank you for saving me from the raptors. If you see that spinosaur that was with you, thank him for me. Savage then ran back into his territory.

green eye nodded and growled:"i will, savage." green eye returned to his resting spot and returned to sleep. he had been injured on his leg before, but rarley enough to cause him to limp.

Silver cried out in terror, pressing herself farther into the crack. There were TWO strangers! and one was in the cave.

Steeltalon lifted her head wearily at the sound of Silver's cry and stared uncertainly at the black raptor. When she was sure she could manage the ledges, Steeltalon slowly made her way into the cave with a heavy limp, colapsing and calling to Silver. Silver ran from the crack and huddled close to Steeltalon, licking her injuries tenderly. "Are you gonna die?" Silver asked, her voice trembling. Steeltalon managed to lift her shoulders in a shrug, licking the young hatchling lovingly. "You are not my daughter," Steeltalon murmured, "but you'll always be a close friend of mine. I'll be okay. I just have to rest for a few days." She closed her eyes, exhausted.

Darkness watched the female. She was on the verge of death. Darkness darted into the jungle, ignoring his throbbing leg, and soon arrived with a dead compy hanging from his mouth. He threw the small creature to the ground beside the fallen raptor. He nelt by her side and rested his head on her flank. He heard the thumping of her heart: she was still alive. He then saw a young raptor. Hatchling! he barked to it. It seemed afraid. Despite what she said, she might still die. I'm going to get more food. I need you to stay by her and make sure he eats. he growled. Darkness nodded to the hatchling at the entrance to the cave, and ran out. Soon, he returned with yet another compy and a huge leaf. He threw the compy next to the other one and layed the leaf on top of the raptor. He turned to the young raptor. Did she eat? he growled.

Silver stared at the strange raptor, uncertain. "You tried to kill her," she chirped softly, watching Steeltalon tear a small strip off of one of the Compies and swallowed it. "But yes, she's eating." Silver went to Steeltalon and huddled close to the older female, giving a low crooning noise when she felt Steeltalon's heartbeat.

Steeltalon barely managed to lift her head. Her eyes narrowed slightly, but she didn't challenge the black raptor. she placed one hand on the Compy she was eating and pushed it to Silver, taking the other for herself.

Redtooth was looking the direction the raptor had gone. He was worried, since whatever had happened was going on for a long time. He got up and headed in that direction.
