It wasn't long before Crusher arrived at what was undoubtedly the former resting spot of the three predators. their scent had fermented here. checking the area, he detected the freshest scent leading away from here, heading for the center of the park. smirking, the Rex pursued...

"The day is won already I see. Ah the price of excellence: No one has the nerve to challenge you..." growled a voice alongside Crusher, Darkness bolting through the undergrowth beside the Rex. "You know, for your size, you can move pretty quick..." the raptor growled, having difficulty keeping pace with the Rex's long strides, either falling behind or passing him by...

"Maybe it's the exercise of patrolling daily. I knew of alot of predators that didn't patrol as frequently as i do. maybe that has something to do with it" growled Crusher with a smirk. they were closing in. the scent was getting stronger...

Switchblade gave a nod as she watched the Rex move off. Her gaze then swept around the area as she decided where to start her search. After a moment, the Lili turned away from the direction Crusher had taken - away from the way the Spinosaur and Ceratosaurs likely went. With a final backward glance, she trotted into the foliage and toward the side of a moss-covered building, scented the air, and slipped into a narrow alley...

"Ah..." "Do you need to have a certain amount of skill already to join?" Rhojis wondered out loud, gazing slightly to the side across the room at a beam of light poking through a dirty window, slowly shortening as the morning sun gradually crawled toward its peak...

Spike soon came to the center of the park, the Spiosaur looked behind him. "Dangit, I can smell him coming closer.." Spike snorted as he picked up the pace, boh he and the two Ceratosaurs continued onwd, hoping to get some distance between them and Crusher...

Bloodsail was also venturing deeper into Central Park, looking for easy prey. He smelled the Ceratosaurs he had encountered earlier, as well as their Spino companion. He was moving toward them, but it hardly mattered. If they had the audacity to get in his way, he would make sure they wouldn't do it again...

Crusher continued his rapid pace, the scent now fresh enough to determine that they were almost in seeing range, the only thing preventing it being the trees and the winding nature of the path due to trees in the way...

"It isn't something you join. technically, every Lone Raptor is a Lone Wolf...however, whether you're anything more skilled than a normal Raptor depends on whether you've met other Loners involved with the Lone Wolves as a whole...that's how you learn. other Loners who have learned from Loners they've met during their time roaming, share advice, suggestions, ideas, and, in rare cases, will actually teach you things. I was fortunate enough to meet one such Loner" hissed Fatalis simply....

Spike haulted, allowing both Lightfoot and Goldeye to dash on ahead of him. "This should slo that T-rex down..." The spino snarle as he went to the other side of a large tree then began to ram into it, the treeat first didn't budge, but finlly gave way, the large tree slammed down onto the trail, efficiently blocking the wa. IF crusher wanted to follow Spike, he'd need to find a diffrent route, the Spinosaur then turned back and dashe off after Lightfoot and Goldeye again...

Crusher saw the tree fall, seeing the Spinosaur in the distance. chuckling, the Rex sped up, going around the root end of the tree instead of going the long way, seeing as there was a large gap which was used by the Spinosaur to build momentum to knock the tree down, the Rex evading the obstruction completely, now only a few dozen yards away, a low rumbling growl coming from the Rex as he neared them...

Spike, hearing the massive Rexbehind him, sped up as fast as he could go, the Spinosaur knoing that fighting the T-rex would be Tyrannosaur-assisted suicide, somethingthat Spike didn't want to happen, the Spinosaur glanced to the side and saw Lightfoot and Goldeye, the two Ceratosaurs having fled off the trail and into the main forest of the park...

with a snarl, Crusher pushed forward at a slow run, the massive strides rapidly closing the gap between himself and the Spinosaur. he noted the Ceratosaurs' scents had split up. assuming they kept going straight, one of them would likely run right into his territory...some practice for Hunter, Lightning or Rampage. he ignored it for now. there was no harm such a small creature could do. the Spinosaur however...he wanted to set it straight...

Spike, deciding that he had set eough distance between the Ceratosaurs and Crusher, whirled around, then roared at the advancing T-rex, the roar ivaled that of the former ruler of the island, Thrasher, and pounded on the Trex's ear drums, hoping to confuse and disoriant it...

Crusher slowed until he was face to face with the Spinosaur, before unleashing an immense challenging roar, responding to the Spinosaur's screech, fangs bared, eyes an eerie yellow, the Rex snapping his jaws threateningly as he moved to one side of the Spinosaur, beginning to circle it...

Spike growle as he shook his d, the tyannosau's roar too much for the Spino to tak. "WHy? Why did youchas after me? What did I do toyou for you to come and fight me?" Spike hissed as he stepped back a step, knowing that the last thing he needed was a fight...

Crusher's snarl became louder, rattling "What you did....was exist. You will simply be used as an example...a lesson to others. Bragging about power you do not have was a grave mistake, Spinosaur" rumbled the Rex...

Bloodsail sniffed the air. The Ceratosaurs were getting closer, but the Spino was not. With a hiss, he ran towards the Ceratosaurs, eager to have his revenge...

"What?" Spike snarle in surprise. "I never boasted in my stre-" The spinosaur suddenly cut himself off, anger began to build up inside as he realized just what Crusher was talking about. So Lightfoot had boasted about Spike's own strength, and now, Spike was gonig to be the one to suffer for it. "I am not your enemy, Crusher... I did not boast about myself... This I tell you as the truth..." Spike hissed as he took another step back...

As Lightfoot and Goldeye ran, they picked up a scent they had smelled before, that of the Spinosaur from earlier... The last thing they needed was to to become fooder for a mega-predator. The two Ceratosaurs turned around and ran back in Spike's direction, both of them knowing that they couldn't take on a Spinosaur...

"Oh," Sylicora hissed. "Makes sense." "Not that we would know, but who exactly did you learn from?" hissed Rhojis, simply out of curiosity...

Switchblade's crested head poked through the foliage at the other end of the alley, turned to look down the overgrown street. The roads around here weren't quite as wide and open as some others close by, meaning smaller predators like herself would be more likely to linger there. Stepping out of the alley with a leafy swish, she headed in the direction of the denser vegetation, scenting the air every few steps and keeping a sharp ear out for friend or foe...

"Too late to make excuses now, Spinosaur...Your time is up" rumbled Crusher as he took another couple of steps forward, getting behind the Spinosaur, cutting off his escape...

"Razorclaw. rumoured to be the first notable Lone Wolf....the first Loner known to have above average skill. he was a good friend. took me in when i was young. not long after a Spinosaur, Thrasher, slaughtered half my pack and seperated me from them. He did for me what i'm doing for you. took me in, taught me what he knew, taught me how to hunt like he did, how to take care of myself, and taught me about a group of friends he had that he met up with from time to time to exchange stories, among other things" hissed Fatalis...
