"Yes, they have." Aircrest growled in an apollogetic tone. Hazel barked "We're going on a search for someone important to him, we wouldnt want to drag you across this place because of that, not when you have a friend to look after you. That is, if your alright with it...?"

Switchblade blinked as her amber gaze settled on Aircrest. So that was what they'd been talking about. Caught slightly off guard, she hissed, "Uh, yeah, that'd be fine, but..." she glanced back at the younger raptor. "It's really your choice, Rose. I'd be glad for the company, believe me... but if you'd rather live with your own kind, I could try to help you find a pack. I'm not the best at tracking, but when the rain stops we'll have a better chance..."

Razorwing didn't say anything for a moment, before finally chirping, "Well then! That was certainly fun, wasn't it?"

The Edmontosaurus continued along it's path, only to hault as the sound of clawed feet hitting the wet pavement was heard infront of it. The hadrosaur's eyes narrowed, trying to see what had caused it, when a large male Ceratosaurus ran toward it from infront, mouth agape, it's razor sharp teeth clearly vivible even in the poor visibility. The herbivore turned round and fled, running on it's hind legs as it ran from the carnivore, Lightfoot kept up the chase, drving the prey right toward Goldeye's position...

"Yes it was" hissed Fatalis, his voice mere milimeters from the pterosaur, easily close enough to grab and pin the reptile if he had intended to...

Razorwing visibly jumped, but replied, "Yes... uh, anyway, back to why I'm here..." He glanced over his shoulder in the direction of the kill.

Renegade made his way out from behind a mass of leaves as well, stepping onto a branch near the others'.
"Easy, Fatalisss," he hissed. "I remember now, this guy's no threat to us."
He looked directly at the pterosaur.
"Where'sss your little compy friend?"
Clarity of thought before rashness of action...

Rose turned her head from Aircrest to Hazel to Switchblade, then growled, "I think it would be better and easier for us to stick together."

"Thank you for understanding, Rose" Aircrest growled, nodding his head to the blind raptor, and to Switchblade. Maybe she wasnt as bad as Darkness made her out to be. Perhaps her story was something Darkness over looked, just as Aircrest had over looked his. "Until we meet again" Hazel growled pleasently, following after Aircrest as he started to walk away, form slowly disppearing amongst the sheets of rain

Rainbow scale growled in content as he tore into the limp body of an Edmontosaurus. As he fed, he thought to himself "Even though I do miss the island I knew, I do feel like I could call this place a second home. It has many interesting things that are worth at least some of my attention, there's a second jungle of human structures that has some big enough for me to sleep in and with this jungle that I'm currently in, there are so many places that I could call my territory."

"Until then," Rose called after them, the blind young raptor looking in their general direction until their footsteps were drowned by the rain.

The green Lili gave Aircrest and Hazel a respectful nod, hissing after them, "Good luck with your plans..." She watched their forms become gray shadows in the storm, only then thinking back to her own original plans. She'd found a promising lead, but now wasn't so sure how far she should pursue it, reluctant to drag Rose into something she may not want to be a part of...

"Well they seemed nice" Hazel growled as she stepped up her pace to match her brother's. Walking beside him, she asked "How do you know Switchblade again?" Aircrest barked "Same way I know all my friends and aquaintances...and mate" He shook his head. "Its one hell of a pattern come to think of it..."
"What pattern?" Hazel growled, cocking her head. Aircrest growled proudly "Wandering about and stumbling into creatures who dont want me dead!" Hazel gave him a questioning look, and Aircrest added "Ripper? I happened upon his home and met him. Selena? Happened to meet her and a group she travelled with. Hellfire? Well....Im pretty sure he found me...same for Blade...and Rose too...regardless, the dominant trend is obvious." Hazel nodded, looking from Aircrest to the shroud of gray that lay ahead of them. "So...where do we start our search?" She growled. Aircrest was silent in thought for a moment, before growling "It'd be easier to start at the big forest some ways back from here. Its the closest thing to the jungles back on Sorna, and its the biggest Ive seen so far. Beats going about this entire place looking for every oasis"
"Right" Hazel barked. "I was in there too" She growled.
"Why'd you leave?" Aircrest asked with a bark.
"I thought I picked up on your scent. I was tracking you for a a while...sometimes the scent trail would shift or disappear completely, I was a bout to give up looking..." Hazel replied. Aircrest growled "Well, you found me." he smiled. Without another word, the two raptors turned a corner, heading back towards the overgrown Central park, walking down the worn down streets, where weeds sprouted from the cracks in the road and sidewalk. Cars were either rusting away in the places they were parked, or knocked over by the passing large dinosaur, with dented metal and smashed windows. A fallen street light stood at an angle, the lamp at the end of the curved arc embedded in the side of a building across the way...

"If it's food you want, you're free to it.....if my pack has no more need of it. they'll have their fill of it if they haven't already done so. after that, you're free to it" hissed Fatalis...

The Edmontosaurus kept running from Lightfoot, the Ceratosaur gaining on it's tail, the herbivore now at Goldeye's location. In an instant, the female Ceratosaurus lunged out from her hiding place at the Hadrosaur, only to have lunged too early, the Edmontosaur swerved to the right and ran down the street, barely avoiding Lightfoot's jaws, the two predators chased after their fleeing prey, heading right toward Central Park...

Lightfoot was suddenly blown off his feet, colliding with Goldeye, the two Ceratosaurs collapsing on the ground, as a large, shadowy figure stepped forward from amidst the trees, piercing yellow eyes staring down menacingly at the two creatures, a loud, rattling snarl coming from the predator, the stormy weather making identification difficult, as the predator stepped forward, fangs bared...

Lightfoot and Goldeye rolled onto their feet, the two Ceratosaurs began to back up, hissing at the larger predator, the Edmontosaurus they were chasing now having fled to safety, Goldeye not certain as to what kind of beast would dare attack two carnivores rather than the Edmontosaurus they were chasing...
