Goldeye snarled in pain, though she managed to keep ehr cool, the Ceratosaur not out of tricks just yet. "I do not remember ever bei-"The Ceratosaur began to growl when she remembered. She HAD been ehre before, and both her and Lightfoot had escaped from this very same T-rex before. This was almost deja vu for the Ceratosaur, only this time, she was in a real pickle now. "Now I remember you... Your that monstrous crazy Rex from last time... " Goldeye hissed, the tiniest dinosaurian smile on her face as Lightfoot also remembered. 'Yeah. You chomped off the last bit of my tail, or was that another T-rex?" the male Ceratosaur hissed, not fighting against Hunter's strength...

Shredder watched from the shadows, as the ceratosaur struggled against the Trex's hold, waiting to see what the rex would do. The large spinosaurus smirked. He was hoping to at least get a free meal out of this, though it was worth watching just for the entertainment...

Renegade frowned thoughtfully at Razorwing's suggestion, thinking.
"...and of what use would Dragonfly be to usss?"

Rampage snarled irritably, a series of cracks audible from Goldeye's flank, her ribs splintered, many of them twisted precariously, potentially exposing several vital organs to impalement. Hunter grunted, baffled by the idiocy these two predators displayed. the male bit onto the shredded thigh muscle, ripping it off, gulping it down, leaving a gaping hole in the Ceratosaur's leg. the scent of a pair of superpredators caught Rampage's attention, haulting for a moment to check the air, her acute sense of smell catching the scents despite the rain. "The trouble never ends...Hunter, deal with these two. I'm going to take care of the other intruders" snarled the female, lifting her foot off Goldeye and turning away, walking towards the source of Shredder's scent, it being the stronger of the two, while Hunter circled around, eying the two Ceratosaurs evilly...he wasn't as tolerant for talk by intruders as his mother was...but then..perhaps she was simply taking time contemplating ways to make better examples of the two Ceratosaur corpses they'd soon be left with...

Goldeye struggled onto her feet, her injuries incredibly painful. She couldn't run, she couldn't fight... All she could do was try and convince the T-rex to let her and Lightfoot go, but what could she do to convince this bloodthirsty monster?... Lightfoot growled in pain, his leg now nearly worthless... All he wanted to do was survive and get back to Spike's location, ASAP...

Suddenly, Gothmog comes to his senses. What was he doing here, anyways? Wandering into crusher's territory?

Gothmog has simply lost his train of thought. Deciding that hunger was more livable than being crippled, the giga lumbers off to hunt for another creature.......

Shredder's eyes widened as he looked on apprehensively. The trex was heading straight for him. In moments it'd be upon him, and he may have no choice but to fight. Should he run while he has the chance?
He waited it out; he would try to avoid conflict if possible...

Several minutes passed with the two raptors walking in silence. Lines of foliage started popping up as they neared Central park. Vines snaked up the walls of the buildings surrounding them, and ferns drooped as rain pummeled their leaves. The rain fall seemed to ease off slightly, and seen through the mist was the dark green wall of plants that lead to the bulk of the forest. "I dont think Im ready to be a parent" Aircrest growled, looking dead ahead. Hazel glanced at the green raptor, growling "Your still caught up on that?"
"Well, yeah" Aircrest growled. "I dont know if Selena would keep living the life of a wanderer...maybe settling down would be nice...but hatchings?"
"What about them?" Hazel asked. "Thats just it" Aircrest growled. "I dont know anything about them...I guess being alone for so long hasnt nurtured any parental instincts, huh?"
"Well, I cant say for sure, since I dont have hatchlings yet" Hazel growled. "But Im pretty sure there is no such thing as 'parental instincts'. You just do what comes natrually with being a parent, mother or father"
"What comes natrually?" Aircrest barked. "...Wow you need work" Hazel hissed, shaking her head. "Protecting the young?" She growled. "Im pretty sure thats your first priority for a while when you have hatchlings"
"I see..." Aircrest growled thoughtfully. "Theres a reason why we take mates" Hazel added. "If you dont know what to do, you always have help. Raising hatchlings is a team efforts, so, Im certain you'll get into the swing of things soon enough" She growled. Aircrest nodded and barked "Thanks Hazel...say, what other bits of wisdom do you have?" Hazel shrugged. "That was kinda spur of the moment. Part of it was based off what another raptor told me when I was still in the pack" She growled. "Eh, better than nothing" Aircrest growled

the rumbling snarl of Rampage seemed to reverberate through the very ground and trees around her, eyes locked on the Spinosaur as she approached, fully intent on ripping it apart...

Hunter meanwhile circled around the two, making it so their backs were towards the nearest way out of the territory. "Drag your half dead corpses out of our territory....if i so much as SMELL you two anywhere near us again, i'll come after you, and kill you" he snarled, snapping at Goldeye, stopping mere milimeters away from her head, blood stained, razor sharp fangs so close that, were they any smoother, Goldeye would be able to see her own mangled, blood-coated, crumbled reflection on them...

Meanwhile, Crusher had pinpointed the location of the group of anatotitan, and was now circling around, ahead of them, plotting their route and the ideal ambush point...when dealing with larger prey it was better to let them kill themselves, than to work to kill them...it'd save energy...

Goldeye nodded in terror, as she went off, heading off away from Crusher's territory, Lightfoot get up an dlimped off after her, both Ceratosaurs headsing out the nearest way out of Crusher's territory, toward Spike's area, Lightfoot's injuries meannig we wouldn't be hunting for awhile, Goldeye in somewhat better shape, though she herself would be needing lots of rest...

Still looking into the grayness, Switchblade started to nod, then caught herself and glanced back at Rose, hissing, "Sure... Uh, would you mind if went around to the other side of these cliffs though? There are caves not far at all from the path I came through... I'd just like to check for some scents I found earlier..."

The pale tigerstriped raptor cocked her head. "Not at all. Lead the way," she growled simply.

Soon enough, the two raptors disappeared into overgrowth that was Central park. Rain drops dripped into small puddles that formed on the ground, sending ripples running across the surface. "We've got a lot of ground to cover" Aircrest growled as he shifted through some shrubs. Hazel barked "What an understatement" Aircrest didnt say anything to that. She was right- the odds were stacked against them

Renegade snorted. "How could he posssibly do that? He'd run away from any kind of threat the firssst chance he got, as would you..."

Shredder stepped back a couple steps as the trex advanced on him. He was weak from lack of food, a fight now could prove fatal to him...

"Hey, Aircrest?" Hazel growled as she made her way over a fallen log. It was covered in moss and had strange, colorful plants sprouting from it. "Why are you so willing to put your life on the line?" She asked. Aircrest looked over to her, the ground starting to transition from the rocky pavement to dirt and grass. "What do you mean?" Aircrest growled. He thought he risked his life for respectable reasons. "Stego tipping? Getting rexes to chase you? I dont think Ripper took the time to teach you just to have you wind up dead because you were being stupid"
"I've been doing things like that before I met Ripper; after too!" Aircrest snarled. He enjoyed the thrill of danger, and he was being scolded for it? "Funny, you'd think after being taught by the 'wisest raptor on the island', you'd think more about what you do" Hazel shot back sarcastically. "Oh great" Aircrest thought. "The only true friend I had in that pack... and we've grown apart" They met for the first time in years...and already they were fighting. "I do think about what I do, and when Im not thinking of having some fun, Im thinking about saving the tails of others!" Aircrest hissed. "Just the other day I got a spino to lay off a raptor pack that lives not too far from here!"
"So, what? Dying for strangers when you should've been looking for your mate justifies it?" Hazel growled. Aircrest fell silent. Aside from the fact she had a point, Aircrest never truly faced a giant to help anyone, save the time he ran Selena into a cave to get her from a T-rex. Thats when Aircrest started thinking about Selena's leg... did it heal by now? If she did escape being captured, how was she supporting herself? Hazel walked on uncomfortably. She took it upon herself to end the akward silence. "Aircrest... I didnt mean it like that" She growled, letting out a sigh afterward. "Your right" Aircrest growled simply. "The things I pull are just selfish bids for entertainment...an escape for my responsibillities. Im not going to run anymore" he vowed. "What was that about helping that raptor pack?" Hazel asked. "Bah" Aircrest replied with a snort. "That wasnt selflessness. That was me seeing an opportunity and I took it" Hazel fell quiet this time. The Aircrest that walked beside her was nothing like the one from the past. Her eyes clouded over as she slipped into deep thought. "Selena would look like that any time she got sad..." Aircrest thought. He cringed inwardly. "Theres a reason I didnt tell you about my past...about the real me. You wouldnt understand...and I wouldnt blame you if you changed your mind about all this" He growled out loud after a moment. "Im...not going back on my word" Hazel barked. "Its been years since we last saw each other... it'd be stupid to expect you to be the same as you were back then, same could be said about me. Sure... you didnt turn out perfect in that time...but no one could ever hope to be perfect. They can only try to be the best of themselves. You've finally started trying" Aircrest blinked a few times, before finally asking "That was spur of the moment too?"
"Mhm" Hazel replied. "As you learn, I learn"
Aircrest nodded. It reminded him of his talk with Switchblade...his advice was true. It did take work learning how to live...but dying was all too easy

Redclaw rubbed his muzzle to greytalon's in response annd resonded " sure thanks i was just about to go hunt and then i smelled blood and a very fammilar scent" he then walked over to the kill and plunging his head into the belly cavity he ripped a huge piece of meat and sat down and beconed for greytalon to join him. as she sat down on the other side of the para fillet he smiled happilly that he finally found a friend and the best part was that he knew greytalon ever since he was a hatchling.

"Thanks." The green Lili backed up slightly to avoid a small tree, turned on the spot, and covered the few feet to the alley, splashing through puddles that hadn't seemed so deep before. "It's pretty dense in here... might at least provide some cover..." As the Lili slipped into the vegetation-packed space, she did notice the pounding of rain across her back slow down a bit, but the water she dislodged brushing past plants seemed to make up for it...

Lightfoot and Goldeye continued on toward Spike's location, the male Ceratosaur limping, due to the injury Hunter gave him. The wound would heal in time, but for now, rest was what he needed most, and GOldeye knew that perfectly well. "That hurt quite abit... Dang T-rex's don't sem to be able to discern the truth from lies..." Lightfoot growled, his leg bleeding still. "Just be thankful we escaped still alive." Goldeye hissed, her injuries nowhere near as severe as Lightfoot's, but still enough to make it so that she wouldn't be able to hunt Hadrosaurs or Sauropods for a littl while... What she could do was ambush prey...

Hunter watched the two pests leave, making sure to pursue them at a distance until they left the territory. the fact that the male had it's ribcage broken almost beyond healthy recovery, and was lacking almost half of one of it's thighs, meant that it's odds of survival comfortably had dropped immensely. if it didn't get killed by a severe infection due to exposure of the thigh injury to the elements, it would, at the very least, never be able to run again. it'd limp for the rest of it's life, and would likely have breathing problems for years to come. the female's several broken ribs and slashes meant that it would likely have trouble running or breathing or taking impacts without risking impaling an internal organ with it's own ribs, almost as much so as it's friend, though that one's condition meant that the odds of it moving enough to cause such an injury were slim unless it got thrown around be something else on the way. Hunter had every intention of slaughtering them if he saw them again, and intended to follow up on his threat if they ever dared to pester his family again...

Rampage upped her pace, her low growl turning into a loud rattling snarl, audible even despite the pouring rain, the female furious that so many intruders had moved into the territory...it was as if they were taking advantage of Crusher's absence, thinking the rest of the family was too weak to defend themselves without him...

Meanwhile, hoots and honks of panic echoed through the streets as the Anatotitan group panicked, a massive Rex having seemingly appeared out of nowhere, it's massive jaws slamming shut on the neck of one of their herd that had passed by a shadowy alley, the hadrosaur kicking with maddened, frantic resistence, only for it to suddenly fall limp as the Rex tightened it's grip slightly, splitting the skull from the spine with a loud crunch, blood spilling from the wound as the Rex stepped out and twisted, swinging the corpse sideways and onto an SUV, crushing the vehicle, though giving the corpse some room, Crusher putting a large taloned foot on it's flank, before proceeding to dig into the kill, massive jaws tearing away hundreds of kilograms of flesh in a single massive bite, the Rex raising his jaws, the rain lashing at the large bloodstain on the predator's jaws as he gulped down the flesh, the massive pool of blood on the ground diluting and spilling towards a nearby, grass filled drain, barely functional anymore because of how thickly vegetation had grown there...

After a while of walking, Blade glanced at Selena. "Don't think too hard about what Darkness said. knowing him, that was likely a lie. i saw Aircrest not too long before i ran into you....a matter of hours" growled the Allosaur...

Fatalis listened to the two silently, letting Renegade shoot down the pterosaur's suggestions one at a time...
