Hazel's head perked up at the sound of Selena's sneeze, eyes darting about the lake side with a sudden alertness in their azure gaze. Once she saw nothing was wrong, she too let out a yawn. He craned her neck and stretched out her arms and legs before rolling to her feet. She looked down to the lake, remembering that her brother was there the night before. She thought he'd be sleeping there, but his scent had gone from a tree, down to the lake and then off into the overgrowth. She blinked a few times, wondering why he'd leave without telling her. Maybe Selena knew. With that, the dark tan raptor walked out from under the cover of leaves, heading over to the mutant look alike
Aircrest held an intent gaze on his target, glancing periodically to the sentry, who'd swing its head about, panning the area. It needed a distraction, but not something that would drive it over the edge and sound the alarm. Aircrest looked down at the ground, trying to find something he could use. After a short moment of scrounging at the dirt, he found something promising. A strange fruit. He'd seen something similar on Sorna, he remembered pelting mutants with it. A grin appeared on his face and he gripped the strange red and green orb which was hard to the touch. Waiting until the sentry was looking away from his general direction, he then sent the fruit flying into the leaves with a strong throw. The rustling caught the many sentries' attention and they looked to the branches, and then to where they heard a thump against the floor somewhere beyond a line of plants. The sentries looked to each other, squawking orders back and fourth as they tried to make sense of the event before one decided to investigate. Another followed suit, ready to sound the alarm incase the first was attacked. The others watched as the two look out left, and Aircrest siezed his oppurtunity. He shot out of the bushes, speeding over to his target and pouncing onto it. Before it can even let out a cry as claws sank into its flesh, his maw was around its neck, thrashing wildly. The sentries turned around, wide eyed. They let out a loud warbling noise- which was pointless as most of the herd was already awake, shocked at the attack unfolding before them- and started off into the forest, not wanting to be picked off by other raptors hiding in the shrubs. With a hiss, Aircrest dragged the now dead Gallimimus into the growth, blood staining the sides of his snout. His kill made, he started to head back the way he came...
