"That's fine and all but don't expect me to stick around while you're gone. I've got important things to do, so I don't have time to entertain your guests." Darkness growled with a snort, lying about his activities, the raptor still not liking the idea of being alone with those two...

Crusher barely stifled a laugh when Darkness gave his excuse. "Important things? what, like sleeping?" he growled, smirking as he continued his path out of the clearing, the sound of a stampede and the smell of food boring into his nostrils...

As the two carnivores kept on moving through the forest, Blackside stopped abruptly. Monozu stopped as well, before turning to face the female T-rex. "What is it, Blackside? Is something bothering you?" the suchomimus growled. Blackside, however, didn't respond, but simply starred off in one direction. THen, she bolted, dashing off through the forest. Monozu grumbled in irritation beore he took off after Blackside. Just what on earth had gotten into that immature T-rex?

Back on the beach, Bias's eyes opened up. The massive croc gurgled as he slowly crawled into the sea. That Pterosaur hadn't filled him up. He was hungryfor more flesh...

The green and black raptor panted as he chased down the stampede, trailing just a few feet behind the rear of the cluster. The Dryosaurs were somewhere ahead, somehow dodging the footfalls of the fleeing Parasaurolophus as there were no crushed carcasses littering the ground. "Its never easy is it?!" The raptor thought bitterly before upping his speed even further, swerving back and forth, weaving in between the legs of the giant herbivores. The Earth shuddered underneath the collective movement of them and the dust clouds they left lingered in the air until Aircrest tore through them in pursuit of a Dryosaur...

"I have to eat too, you know." Darkness growled, though he wasn't that hungry. The raptor followed his companion out of the clearing, but in the opposite direction.

Crusher chuckled as he heard the Raptor's comment, though didn't bother stopping or responding, instead heading onwards into the jungle in pursuit of food. for the last few months Crusher had found himself developing a voracious appetite. while at one time that one leg would be enough to feed him for the day, now, it would barely last him a couple of hours. even less if it was the first meal of the day, or if his last meal was particularly long ago, or small. licking his lips, he turned his attention to his environment. Parasaurolophus was on the breeze. that, and Dryosaurs. perhaps he could catch a good meal soon afterall...

As Aircrest bolted past a Parasaurolophus, the large crested grazer lowered its body so that its head was just a few feet over his left flank as it ran. It trumpeted loudly in an effort to throw off the raptor's pursuit but he stayed resolute, knowing that the only threat he was faced with came not from the herbivores, but the terrain itself. Frequently he found himself bounding over or swerving past rocks, some hidden by the leaf litter. One trip would be all it took to seal his fate: crushed in a stampede he started. He didn't think about that too much, for all that mattered now was taking out his prey and getting out of danger. His legs were starting to tire, he'd have end this quickly. Through the chaos and confusion, Aircrest closed in on a Dryosaur that had second guessed its movement, missing its opening to run further up through the Parasaurolophus herd. In its hesitation, the orange hided herbivore overtook it, its foot coming down just in front of it and forcing it to slow down to avoid crashing into the crested herbivore's leg. The Dryosaur looked back for a split second, catching sight of the speeding raptor; his arms tucked into his chest and his sickle claws raised as he ran. Wide eyed, the fleet footed herbivore turned its gaze forward and tried to navigate the the fleeing herd, unable to move ahead. Aircrest leaned to the right as he caught up to the Dryosaur, darting at it in an arc before pouncing onto its flank, the force knocking the herbivore to the side and out of the panicked path of the Parasaurolophus, which continued to trundle through the jungle with their alarmed blaring...

The Allosaur duo heads through the jungle shrubbery, thumping along with each heavy footstep sinking into the muddy earth. They soon enter a clearing, numerous herds of hadrosaurs and stegosaurs grazing in the fields...

"Wait for me, Blackside!" Monozu panted as he tried to catch up to the female T-rex. Unfortunately for him, due to Blackside's juvenile body proportions, she was running faster than Monozu could catch up. The suchomimus was beginning to run out of steam as Blackside ran out of th efoest and onto the plains.

Thankfully for him, he wouldn't have to chase after her for long.

Blackside stopped, before looking back at a very much exhausted Monozu. The suchomimus glared at her as he tried to catch his breath. "If you ever, EVER just randomly bolt off in some random direction again, I will kill you' The ticked of Suchomimus snarled. Blackside giggled, or atleast the best a Tyrannosaur could do, before she turned her gaze back out onto the plains. Monozu also followed her gaze, until he realized just why Blackside had dashed out here...

Darkness gradually made his way away from the clearing, not really having a set destination, but just wanted to be away from the newcomers. The dark raptor made his way through familiar territory, heading back toward the other cave entrance he had stumbled upon the day before, following the stream into deeper sections...

Quickly and without thought, Aircrest got to work ending the Dryosaur's struggle as fast as possible. He dug his hands into the creature's hide, his jaws were clamped onto its neck. Thin streams of blood ran down its throat. He kicked his leg furiously and viciously into the Dryosaur's stomach, claws slicing and tearing apart flesh, causing it to wriggle and writhe with spastic movement, the animal letting out a hoarse cry as it tried to call out for the others it was once with. Its efforts only exhausted the air it had in its lungs and it wasn't long until it fell limp, suffocated, its windpipe crushed. Aircrest looked up and around him, the Dryosaur's long neck dangling in the grip of his mouth almost comically as he did. The stampede would have discouraged most small predators from approaching and the noise of the herd would have large predators heading after them, leaving him in relative safety. With a wide grin, he dropped the Dryosaur's neck and bit into it's chest, intending to start his day off with a good heart...

Blackside and Monozu both watched, as a large herd of sauropods moved on through the clearing, the giants having left a trail of knocked over trees and bushes behind them. These were Barosaurus, some of the largest herbivores on the island. At over 90 feet long and weighing up to 30 tons, their sheer bulk was more than enough to protect them from most carnivores. Normally, Barosaurus were only found on the southern side of the island, where the climate was drier, and the foliage tended to be more temperate deciduous than tropical rainforest. However, once every year, these saurpods would migrate up toward th enornern tip of Isla Sorna to the nesting grounds. For over a week, these giants have been on the move non-stop, and the journey had been taking it's toll on the herbivores. Blackside sniffed the air, smelling that within the herd, was a sick Barosaurus. It was this scent that had driven her here.

Trailing behind the herd was a pair of large Acrocanthosaurus and a single bull Allosaurus, the two species seperated by a bit of space. The former species were specially designed to take down large sauropods, and Barosaurus was no exception. Monozu sighed as he watched the predators trail the large herd of 20 animals.

"It looks like there's a hunt going on here. I'd say it's best if we jsut wai tthis one ou-" Monozu began to growl, but as he turned to where Blackside was, he noticed she wasn't there. An invisible eyebrow ridged up on the Suchomimus's face as he angrily turned back over to the hunt and, surprise surprise, there was Blackside, charging right into the hunt. If Monozu could facepalm, he would have done so at that moment. There was no way he could help the seemingly-suicidal Rex now. As much as he wanted to charge in there and drag her out, that would have been an even worse idea probably. Blackside, he knew, was veyr head-strong, and once she made up her mind about something, there was no way to steer her around. "Your on your own with this one.." Monozu grumbled as he withdrew into the shadows. He could only hope now that somehow, Blackside would get out of this one alive...

Eradicus soon stopped patrolling his territory momentarily as he reached the treeline, turned to the forest, and roared, hoping to contact Gothmog somehow. If he was lucky, he'd figure out where the giga was at...

The two allosaurs see the huge allosaurs and begin to drool profusely. "Look at those Sauropods!" Pale Kaiser growls happily. "Yeah, but how would we kill one?" Goldfang asks. "We barely killed a hadrosaur half its size." Pale Kaiser spots a Bull Allosaurus struggling to attack one of the beasts. "One of our kin!" He snarls. "Perhaps we can help him take it down and feast." "I don't know," Goldfang grunts. "He might not want to share." "I'm willing to take that risk." Pale Kaiser sprints off towards the Bull to aid him, Goldfang sighnig and following. 'Always thinknig with his stomach..." Goldfang thinks to herself. Some things never change.

Gothmgo soon enters Eradicus' territory with the Coelophysis in his mouth. He sets it down and looks at his buddy. "Good morning."

Eradicus turns to Gothmog shortly after calling out to him. "Oh, good morning. Wanna go explore for a bit?" was what he growled in reply, figuring they could see more of the island itslef...

Cirrus pounced, bowling over the other hatchling, though careful not to let his claws or thheth break the skin as he gripped Blade's shoulders with his hands and nipped at the blue and gray male's flank. He'd gotten a good scolding from his mother once when he accidentally clawed another hatchling during a play fight, and was not eager to repeat the experience.

The large Bull allosaurus atalking the herd turned his gaze and noticed the other two Allosaurs coming. He let out a welcoming bellow, glad to have help in this hunt. The two Acrocanthosaurus and the bull Allosaurus looked at each other. Sure, they had their diffrences, but there was something else that they sensed... a sorta kinship between them. The predators nodded, before they focused on the herd. The herd itself was spread out somewhat, and was made of mainly older animals, with only a few young ones inside. There was more than enough room for the predators to maneuver through the herd and get at the sick Barosaurus, but they would have to break up the herd to ensure that this hunt would be sucessful. Otherwise, the risk of danger was simpyl too great... They would have to wait for the right moment to strike..

That was when they noticed Blackside charging right into the herd. The young female Tyrannosaurus maneuvered between the large herbivores with surprising speed and grace, snapping at individual animals as she went. The herd was beginning to get nervous, and despite the size diffrence, a few indivudual members began to panic, breaking into a full-out run (Or, alteast going as fast as a Barosaurus would.) Never would they have expected to face such a bold and daring predator.

The carnivores howled into the air, realizing that it was now or never. They weren't about to let a T-rex get the glory. The bull Allo growled at the two newcomers, telling them to join in, before he and the Acros also charged into the herd, ready to stir up a panic. If they could get the herd to leave the sick Barosaurus behind...

Gothmog nods. "Feel free to do so now if you wish..."

The two allosaurs soon join up with the Bull and the two Acrocanthosaurs, focusing on the sickly Barosaurus. The duo turns to the bull and nod, as if suggesting for them to try and spook it away from the herd...
