I'd be glad to apply Godzilla universe physics to the real world....problems is A) it makes utterly no sense [explain to me Alien Energy. there's a fun element for you. what does THAT entail?] and B) I have no access to any Godzilla material. now if you'd be willing to purchase me a copy of all the Godzilla movies, and send them to me, I'd watch and adjust accordingly. but the fact of the matter is that not everyone in that E-War knows the Godzilla universe inside out.
the reason real world physics is a viable option is that you don't need to know the Godzilla universe inside out to know how to post. keeping it strictly to Godzilla physics would make anyone who DOESN'T know how things behave in the said universe, leave because they can no longer post effectively. I mean if in the Godzilla universe heat doesn't exist in something DEFINED BY IT, what's left? nothing. makes no sense whatsoever. people who don't know would quite literally have to stop, go buy a shitload of Godzilla movies, study how they work, JUST to be able to post properly. real world physics is there in front of us, stable and unchanging. it's relatively common knowledge [water extinguishes fire, explosions have shockwaves as well as heat, water conducts electricity, so on and so forth], so there's much less need to be a literal know-it-all to be able to post comfortably. and that's not even counting the fact that the laws of physics in the Godzilla universe are never consistent, so the result is that by applying them, we'd all be thrown into chaos as at one point we mean something and the next, something completely different.
"Ah yes, organised chaos. the sign of a clever but ever-busy mind. To the perpetrator, a carefully woven web of belongings and intrigue, but to the bystander? Madness!"
