Do you mean Dino island or ISS? For dino island, you can only make people. You don't need a profile to play as the dinos that menace the mercs, though. In ISS, you can play as any dino you want.

Sorry, Infernal, but there's not much you can do anymore in the Dino Island RPG. The whole thing's kind of an experimental thing anyway. Ask me for permission if you want to do something with a dinosaur, though.
