Oblivion clearly heard the male's more urgent bellows and stood in a more relaxed position. Looking around for her old kill, she spun around and tore a chunk of the large Pleiseiosaur she had found dying on the beach. Carrying the hunk of meat in her jaws, she slowly began to trot over to the pair of carnivores, her body swaying side to side with each stride, tossing sand into the air behind her.

OOC: alrighty

Darkwing glided slowly over the island, her wings slicing through the air, as screeched and searched for a kill. eyeing a disturbance in the rivers, she began to glide lower to get a closer look.

One of Aircrest's clawed hands lodged them self within the tree with a satisfying thwack, followed by the cracking of the bark as he dragged it through the wood and swiped his other hand across the tree. He then kicked a foot into the large plant after hopping a short distance into the air, pushing off of it to put some distance between it and him. He was breathing a lot harder now and his entire body ached now from the rigorous training. Every muscle in his body worked in tandem as his claws flew about, creating swift and smooth motions that would devastate any living target. He couldn't stop yet. No, he could only rest for a short while before getting back to it. That's what he thought before it struck him that the noise could have brought hidden eyes to his location. Steadying his breathing, Aircrest began to sniff the air, trying to pick up on the freshest scent trail. A few compies and other small dinosaurs had scurried past while he was busy, their silence ensuring their passing didn't even register to the raptor. Aside from them, there were no signs of threats in the area. Deciding to play it safe regardless, Aircrest started to jog off to a more secured place. Something didn't feel right where he was now...

Darkwing, after finding nothing of intrest in the rivers, continued a patrolling low glide over the jungle canopy, searching through it, looking for an easy kill. Her only problem would be finding an opening in the dense jungle. Iritated, the massive flying reptile uttered and earsplittitng screech across the island as her powerful wings sliced through the air.

Gothmog turns to Eradicus. "How can we be sure she is not trying to trick us?" Nevertheless, Gothmog's muscles relax, and he resuems his normal stance...

"I can trust my own kind better than others, Gothmog, yet you are an exception to that," Eradicus responded. He watched the carchar warily though, not entirely trusting her yet...

Oblivion stood about seven feet away from the other carnivores, and dropped the hunk of flesh as a peace offering. Still wary, she took a few steps back and began speaking in a freindly tone, "If you don't mind me asking, why are you two helping eachother? It isn't everyday you see two different species of carnivores wathcing eachothersback, oh and by the way, my names oblivion."

Gothmog eyes the Carchar distrustfully, but nonetheless answers her question. "It's.... a long story. A very long, convoluted story. To sum it up, i lost my mom a few years ago, and was wanderign the jungles alone. He found me recently and essentially adopted me."

Oblivion slowly faces the smaller Giga, a look of pity in her eyes, and still in a freindly tone says, "I'm sorry to hear that, I lost both my parents to an angry Tyrannosaur, and almost all of my siblings were picked off by a Pteranadon, But I still find it odd that the two of you are so close!"

Sawtooth was tired,he had been wandering this part of the island for days now,not encountering so much as a soul. His bumpy armored hide sported stray pieces of moss that had managed to cling on to dear life, find shelter in the crevasses of his blood-red armour

Then he found a breakage in the jungle, the call of gulls rang in his ears, but to him it seemed like a heavenly chorus,There must be at least some food lying on the beach he thought, making his way over to the sandy beach. He spotted a few more figures there,he decided to investigate, not only was he hungry but also having no one to interact with could drive you insane. He slowly made his way towards the figures,he also noticed a few dead animals washed up on the beach this reassured him going there was the smart thing to do....

Twigs snapped and leaves rustled. The noises were far too frequent to be chance occurrences. Adding to that, they were always nearby, despite the fact the raptor was moving at a respectable pace. "Don't panic" He told himself. "Don't act like you know you're being followed" He kept his eyes locked ahead and kept his movements as steady as he could with the twinge he felt with every step. Suddenly he realized that no predator would reveal themselves in such a way. Stepping on twigs? Brushing past the plants? Those were amateur mistakes, even he didn't make them. Slowing his pace until he came to a stop, Aircrest listened for the source of the sounds, determining that they came from the thicket of foliage to his right. He lowered his stance and began to inch towards the plants, sneaking as quietly as he could. He peered through the tangle of leaves and skinny branches, eyes widening when he saw a group of juvenile Stegosaurus. "Oh...****" He muttered, when the sharp bellow pounded into his ears. He felt the quakes of their footfalls and heard the splashing of water not too far away. A herd of the plated giants was nearby... and one of their young grazed right before his eyes...which meant its mother was surely in the area. The fact sent a shudder down his spine. These beasts didn't just run. They fought

Oblivion backed up a bit and looked cauitiously to the other carnivroes, and muttered, "What exactly is that... thing?" She shifted on her feet then looked back at the animal in the distance, "And have you ever seen it here before?"

Through the forest the female Dilophosaurus ran, with the two Deinonychus right on her tail. As she ran, she barely missed the male Kaprosuchus that was lying in wait on the forest floor. The two Deinonychus, too focused on chasing her, leapt onto the croc, before jumping off and back after the Dilophosaurus. The boar croc snapped his jaws one second too late, befor ehe charged off after them. If there was one thing he hated, it was being used a a freaking log...

Bias thrashed his head around in the river, trying to get the plastic off of his mouth, but it held fast. Just what was this thing? The male Deinosuchus then tried to scratch his head with his front right claws, but it was just out of reach. An irritated hiss blew out of the croc's mouth as he dived back down to the bottom... if he couldn't get this blasted thing off...

Aircrest stood still, thinking over his options, hidden by the bushes for the time being. He was gifted with the ability to blend in. Being such a dark shade of green in the jungle with black stripes to break up his figure made him practically invisible when he was nestled amongst the vegetation. It gave him time to think in tense situations like this, where he still had a chance to escape to safety. The Stegosaur's beaked maw stripped a fern clean of its leaves. The calls of the giant herbivores grew louder. If he ran, the youngsters would get frightened and call out. He didn't know where the Stegosaurs were... running could just as well put him face to face with an angry adult. The juvenile was growing ever closer. If he didn't move now, it would call out and alert the rest of the herd. He already had to deal with a Parasaurolophus stampede. A Stegosaurus charge would just be ridiculous. Suddenly, there was an explosion of sound, a chilling bellow that the raptor found strangely familiar. Then it hit him. "The Allosaur...from yesterday!"

The large predator had wandered far in the the time span between her encounter with the green raptor, and it was chance that he wandered back into her range, where the trees provided ample cover for ambushing prey. Thus was the life for a solitary Allosaur. She charged out into the open, ramming one of the larger young ones over before stomping down on its side. The Stegosaur let out a fearful cry as it looked up into the jaws of death, while the others scattered. The one closest to Aircrest would have charged into him in sheer panic if he hadn't shift his body out of its way in time. Now there was a gap in the plant line where the juveniles trundled through. "They ran towards me...which means....oh....daaaaaaammmmnnn" Aircrest thought, the implication being that the group ran in one direction instead of scattering because the adults were behind him, and the sound of splashing water along with the tremors were the Allosaur's approach.

The large brown female ravaged her kill, tearing off chunk after chunk of meat, both the ground and her teeth stained red. Then the Earth began to shake, the prelude to a titanic clash between hunter and the hunted, though which was which now was uncertain. The Allosaur also noticed the tremors, raising her head from the kill with a bit of meat hanging from her maw, turning it to the side and staring off into the undergrowth...

Erosion trembled. They were all dead. Her entire pack, either crushed or impaled. Their blood was everywhere... She had only survived because her mother had sacrificed herself and used her own body to shove erosion out of harms way. The stampede had been caused by a force unkown. Her mothers dying scream still echoed inside of the Sub-adult Dilophosaurs mind. She was consumed by rage. The hungering carnivore leaned far backwards, opened her jaws into the sky, and uttered a roar of pure agony for a full thirty seconds.

The undergrowth parted to the angry bellows of the furious plated herbivores, their hides different shades of green, gray and yellow and adorned with spots, stripes and blotches of all sorts. Some had all three. All of them however, sported plates with a blood red lining, the bones flushed with their blood- a clear warning to any threat not to contend with these behemoths. Aircrest's eyes widened, his decision being made astonishingly fast, though it was hardly surprising what it was. He suddenly forgot the dull ache across his body and dashed out from his cover, speeding past the Allosaur. She glanced to the green fleeing blur, but whether she recognized the raptor or not wasn't clear. Her attention was drawn back to the herd of charging Stegosaurs, the giants moving shockingly fast for their bulkiness. They trampled over the vegetation, cutting their own path across the jungle floor, their sides facing the Allosaur, a semi circle wrapping around her path ahead. Their spiked tails lashed about as they let out deep booming calls contending with the mighty roars of the therapods. The brown scaled Allosaur, with the talons of her foot cutting into the flesh of her kill as she pressed down on it, let out a terrifying screeching roar that ended with a hiss, deepening to snarl, trying to break the formation and dishearten the resistance. The Stegosaurs remained unfazed and one slammed their tail down, creating a loud thud on impact and threw up a dust cloud. The Allosaur curled her lips and then stepped off of the dead juvenile, lowering her head to get another bite from it before leaving.

She would not get such an opportunity, as suddenly the mother of the slain youngster lumbered forward, swinging her body about as the Allosaur looked up in surprise. The last thing she would see was the spikes on the creature's tail hurtling towards her face, stabbing into her skull.

Deathmaw finished eating the cowardly Mauisaurus and heard a small helpless cry coming from behind him. Glancing over his shoulder at the pile of boulders that had held him captive, he noticed the Mauisaurus trapped under the boulder scrambling to get out. He stared at the Mauisaurus hungrily with his pale white eyes, and the Mauisaurus stared back in fear. Unable to control his hunger any longer Deathmaw charged at the helpless plesiosaur, grabbing it in his powerful jaws and tearing it to shreds in a matter of seconds. Still in his blood frenzy, the black monster quickly jerked his head back and forth looking for more food and noticed the decapitated leader Mauisaurus. He quickly swam up to it, clawing at the boulders some to push himself forward faster and proceeded in ripping the final Mauisaurus to shreds. With the final Mauisaurus gone the MoA let out a satisfied hiss, shaking his head in an attempt to clear his mind of all thoughts of food. With his head cleared Deathmaw then realised he had much more important things to worry about then food, he was on the ocean floor and he wasnt sure how long he'd been unconscious, one thing was clear though, he had to get to the surface for air and quick. Deathmaw stared straight up in worry, it would be a long journey to the surface, and there wasnt any time to waste...

"Not... something I've ever seen before," Eradicus responded, before roaring at the creature, wary about it. He already had a broken leg, a bad injury to his flank, and he wasn't about to let anything worse happen. He wasn't really going to take anymore chances with another creature besides Gothmog.

Velkiar happily ate his meal, while watching out for other predators. He didn't let anything slow him down, not even the raptors that lived near.

Through the trees, a lone raptor, a sentry for Sabre and Lightning's pack, watched the tyrannosaur, hissing almost silently. He watched and waited, but wasn't seen by the creature.

Valu woke up-and almost fell from the branch she was on. She shook her head and looked around, before slowly descending from the tree. She was hungry-she'd go look for something, even if it was small, to eat...
