Erosion bellowed at the top of her longs as she sprinted full tilt across the plains. She was im almost constant motion. Her legs pumping faster and faster, tearing up the ground behind her. Her tail and back stragiht and narrow, turning only slightly to help herself on sharper turns. Her claws, coated with dried blood where tucked neatly infront of her chest. Adrenaline pumped through her veins. "This, was hunting." She thought to herself, untill she smashed her foot against a large rock, screamed out in surprise, scattering a few small dryosaur, and ending by smashing into the ground. She bellowed in frustration, then suddenly stopped. She scented smething strange.... two velociorapters in the brush.... slowy, the female Dilophosaur stood erect, thrusting her scalene frill open, and schreed in the direction of the scent, sending red colors pulsing through her thrill.

Oblivion nodded to the two, and growled softly, "And, as I said earlier I am Oblivion, i would like to again thank you for letting me stay in your cave." The female carnivore slowly stopped talking and turned her head out to the ocean, looking far out to the waves. "I wonder whats out there.." she said aloud.

The green and black raptor had been darting through the open before slipping back into the grass again, shooting out again to seek cover elsewhere shortly after. Before long, he found himself simply wading through the grass, which had suddenly become more frequent. The grass rustled and swayed slightly as he moved. At first he had become used to the sound until he he stopped walking, poking his head up over the tall grass to gain his bearings. The sound persisted- and it was nearby. His eyes widened, something else was in the long grass. He quickly ducked down again and started to head towards the edge of the long grass, his pace quickened. Unbeknownst to him, he was hurrying right into the olive Velociraptor's path...

Erosion let down her frill and followed the scent of the raptors. They had backed up a female Dilophosaur to the edge of the river, she was helpless against the two. There was something else there, out of her sight for the moment. Her mind sitll bussing form adrenaline, she flashed her frill out wide and hissed at the raptors.

"Nothing worth our time," Gothmog grumbles. Despite himself, he really wondered the very same thing. The only thnig that kept him from exploring out there was that.... thing that lurked in the waters. It was so huge, he saw it swallow a plesiosaur in one bite. He couldn't imagine what it would be like to be swallowed alive by somethnig, only to die an agonizing death within its belly. He quaked with fear at the thought.

Oblivion turned ot the younger giga, "It's strange how theres so much water... hmm, best not to ponder it, I bet one could go insane just thinking abou-" Before Oblivion could finish waht she was saying a massive Liopleurodon lept out of the water, a bloodied juvenile Mososaur in its jaws.

Tremor broke the surface with her massive body, whipped the intruding mososaur her had just killed around in her jaws, and plunged back into the water, ensureing that the unfriendly marine reptile was dead, she clenched her jaws down on it, untill she heard bone crack. Blood from the dead Mososaur left a line seeping all the way to the surface.

Dakrwing screeched out as a massive marine reptile lept out of the water hundreds of feet below her. There was a group of carnivores on the beach, "Odd..." she thought, and continued hunting for a meal as her massive wings sliced cleanly through the air.

The pair of Deinonychus whirled around, snapping their jaws and barking both the newcomers. Seizing her chance, the other Dilophosaurus was about to dash into the river, when a loud SPLASH sounded behind her. IOnstinctivly, she leapt tot he side, narrowly avoiding the titanic jaws of the mosasaur that crashed down onto the beach. the pair of raptors, also taken by surprise, leapt back in fear, now diverting their attention to the Mosasaur... and to the original Dilophosaur. The large female Mosasaur, Moa, hissed in irritation at missing her first attack, but she knew that now, her prey was between a rock and a hard place... and should the raptors get it, she had ways of taking it from them... behind her, her young one was leaping outof the water, trying to catch passing by dragonflies...

As Bias scrapped his snout against the rocky bottom, the constant rubbing action, conbined with the sharpness of the rocks, finally caused the platic to break. feeling it drift off his snout, the Deinosuchus opened his mouth wde, almost to the point of pain. "Finally..." the male croc gurgled as he swam upstream, once again heading off to get prey...

Erosion schreeched even louder and flared her frill again as the Mososaur crashed onto the beach. Seeing her chance she attempted to tackle one of the raptors and bellowed, "Run!" to the other female.

Chomper stepped back in surprise of moa's appearance and roared, hoping to distract the marine reptile so the dilophosaur could get away and to try and scare the raptors off.

Dawn playfully snapped around her nest that sat atop the mountains in the northern section of the island. Her nest was perched on the level area directly below the peak of the tallest mountain, periceing through the clouds.

The Deinonychus screeched as he was sent tumblnig onto his side, a faint CRACK being heard as he landed. The female Dilophosaurus, seizing her chance, bolted it, dashing as fast a she could into the jungle. The other raptor howled in fury, with with a giga, another dilophosaur here, and a female Mosasaur, they wer eout-classed greatly. the raptor darted off for shelter, his parther got up onto his legs and chased off after him, his left arm dangling uslessly...

Moa roared at the giga, but she knew that from her stand-point, she couldn't hurt it. Plus, her prey had escaped, so she would have to head elsewhere. Using her powerful limbs, she backed up into the depths of the river, before swimming away, her 3 foot long offspring swimming beside her...

The beating of wings was audible from a distance, as a huge grey form descended upon the nest. Nidhogg soon perched himself on the edge of the nest, glancing abotu a couple times to make sure that there were no other Pterosaurs he would need to flush out. He releases a couple caws to intimidate anyone thyat may be nearby, before he coughs up a coupel fish into the nest and nudges them towards Dawn. "Eat up, little one," he says. "We have much to do today."

Erosion schreeched and bolted off after the other female Dilopho, not wanting to get caught up in the fighting.

Dawn schreeched with pleasure as her father landed in the nest. She quickly snapped up the fish laying infront of her, then flapped her wings abit after rolling around in her nest. Growing more seirous, Dawn looked up at her massive father, cocked her head to one side and asked with a sharp chirping noise, "What will we be doing this time?"

"Today is a very important day," Nidhogg chirped. "It is time for you to learn to fly. You already know how to glide- that, I am very proud of- but, in the event you are groudned, you will need to try and be able to carry yourself along. I cannot carry you everywhere for the rest of your days- someday, you will make your own nest, and have your own chicks to teach." The Pterosaur lowered his head in sorrow. He remembered the first chick they tried to teach to fly- a beautiful blue colored one. He was too weak to fly off, and, when he accidentally fell out of the nest, was unable to ride the currents and drowned. It also reminded him of the day that pterosaur came and killed his mate, and ate all of his brood except for Dawn....

Dawn, obviously in slight protest squrimed around in the nest, and chirped back, "But I can fly, watch!" Just as she said that, Dawn fluttered around for a few moments and crashed into her fathers chest. Looking back up at him, dawn chirped quietly, "Alright, so I can't really fly yet... but it's hard!"
Dawn, seeing her fathers obvious sadness, nipped playfully at his wings to try and cheer him up.

Nidhogg glances back up at Dawn, snapping at her playfully back. "Sorry." He soon gets into the nest as far as possible, lowering his back to a bit below Dawn's eye level. "Climb on, and hold on tight."

With an eneretic screech, Dawn hopped onto her fathers back, and holds on tight with her small calwed hands. "Where are we going this time?" Chriped the small reptile.

As soon as Dawn had gotten a firm grasp of his back flesh, Nidhogg launched off the cliffs, glidign for a few feet before he flapped his wings to change his direction to inland.

"To the plains," The pterosaur cawed in reply.

Dawn looked around happily at the scenery below. She had been glideing around her home, where the thermals of air where most prominent and strongest, but she had never been this far from home. They must have been very high up, and going quite fast, because the massive trees on the island looked tiny, and they were already begining to thing out. Dawn cawed happily out over the island.

Nidhogg chuckeld (or at least the best a pterosaur could chuckle) at his daughter. Such enthusiasm- she reminded him of his younger days. As the trees passed by below, they soon came within eye range of the area he was targeting- a small stretch of land, far away from the gargantuan herbivores and carnivores, so Dawn can practice flying safely. "Hold on tight," Nidhogg annoucnes as he spirals down into a dive....

Dawn was content with watching the trees below fly by and suddenly give way to massive plains. There where scores of giant herbivores covering them. With her keen eyesight, she spotted a group of smaller carnivores circleing a young triceratops. Almost captivated by the scene, she barely heard her father tell her to hold on. Luckily she squezzed tight and layed flat on her fathers back, as he suddenly went into a spiraling dive. Dawn was Jubliant, and let out another happy screech over the island.
