One second, Sylicora had been half slipping into her thoughts, and the next, something green and a good deal larger than her nearly filled her field of view. Badly startled, she immediately sprang backwards with a sharp gasp, her yellow eyes going wide as, for a long second, she simply stood frozen in place, staring up at the raptor in front of her. Then without warning, the juvenile let out a high-pitched, drawn-out alarm call and hastily attempted to backtrack along the path she'd made, not taking her eyes off the raptor for fear it would attack...

Dawn chirped happily at her father before gobbling up the fish, her throat bulging for a moment as she swallowed the fish. With a low, tired sounding screech, the young Ornithochirus's eyes began drooping. She had wokred hard so far today.

Flare sped up as the other female turned her head to look at her. Flare flashed her thrill and gave out a freindly hoot to the other Dilophosaur.

"Aw ****!" Aircrest barked as he spun on his heels and stumbled through the long grass. He knew his kind, they would try to flank him, using the one in plain sight as a distraction. He thought they expected him to charge the raptor, whose call let him know it was female. In an attempt to throw off the plan, he went the other way, relying on his speed, which was hindered in the thick vegetation

Tremor continued swimming along. Her sensative nose detected movement in the rivers the ran through the island. Following her senses, the massive Marine reptile began to swim inland, scattering the much smaller fish and amphibians.

Nidhogg looks at Dawn, before chirping, "Are you ready to return home, my dear?"

Beryl's head snapped to the direction the alarm call had come from, the raptor instantly recognizing the voice as Sylicora's. Abandoning his own scouting path, he turned and sprinted toward where he thought the source of the noise was, the grass ahead growing taller and thicker the further he went, slowing his progress somewhat. Unable to be sure exactly where the younger raptor might be in the sea of green, he let out a short bark of his own, a deeper sound than the first that carried out over the field. In the forest, Rhojis also heard the female's cry, though it sounded much more distant. Nevertheless, he too reversed his path and pushed his way back the way he'd come...

The very tired Dawn looked up at her father, and chirped quitely a simple, "Yes daddy." Before almost passing out. The small Ornithochirus pressed her self close to her father and chirped again, "Thank you for takeing me flying."

Tsar bashed a large tree down with his massive head. The Male Tyrannosaur smelled something unfamiliar in his territory. This wasn't a good time for intruders. The massive bull Tyrannosaur was suffering one of his attack outbursts of rage and torment, caused by his exposion to radiation and other chemicals.

Nidhogg chirps, "Anytime you want, Dawn. Anytime."

He soon flies up, and grabs Dawn in his talons, since she is probably too weak to hold on, and begins to fly back to their nest...

Gothmog soon reaches the two heterodontosaurs: they were sleeping! Easy prey, Gothmog thought, as he watched them for a few moments..

Dawn barely even heard her father reply as she was picked up in his talons. The small ornithochirus quickly fell asleep, exhausted.

Tsar had located the odd smell. Two heterodontosaurs. They were both dozeing. He had noticed that in his blinded rage, he strayed far from his territory. Not knowing much about this portion of the island, the mighty Tyrannosaur thought it best to eat before he began his journey home. With a Bellowing roar that shook the jungle around him and awoke the two herbivores, Tsar charged forward and clenched his mighty jaws on the flank of one of the surprised dinosaurs.

Dammit! an unforeseen variable. The rex snatched away one Heterodontosaur and the other was retreating fast. Gothmog soon spritns after it, soon gaining on it but not within striking distance...

Tsar lifted his head and bellowed at the small Giga as it chased off after the other Heterodontosaur. "Pesk." He mumbled to himself, before he continued tearing hunks of flesh from the still living herbivore.

Oblivion lifted her head and slowly openedh er eyes after giveing out a slowy roar-like yawn. The unmistakable roar of a Tyrannosaur had awoken her. She nudged at Eradicus, and barked urgently, "Did you hear that?"

Eradicus nodded, still watching the bird, which wasn't there any more. He was rather staring off in the direction it left, which was the direction Gothmog had headed off to find food for him and Oblivion earlier...

Gothmog ignored the rex and continued his pursuit of the Heterodontosaur, intent to kill it....

Tsar lifted his massive head from the carcass. His maw was covered in the dead the the herbivores blood. Haveing reached his fill after devouring the carcass, the massive Tyrannosaur turned to the Northwest, and began a long walk to the plains, his teeth, still dripping with blood as his thunderous footfalls scattered small animals in the jungle.

Dante agreed with Erosion and ran off after her, they'd have much more chance with killing the herbivore if they worked together....

Aircrest came to an abrupt halt after coming to a decent sized rock hidden in the field of tall grass. Had he not seen it, he would've probably rolled head over heels and sprain his leg- or worse- break it. He hopped upon it, momentarily standing above the reach of the grass. He saw a trail cutting through the where something was quickly making its way through, another raptor no doubt considering he heard the call of an adult male. The green and black raptor hopped off of the rock and continued to head off at a slower pace, not wanting to give away his position by swaying the grass.

Nidhogg continued flying. they would be home soon; he was just taking his time.

gothmog continued chasing the little creature, before he came up to its side and knocked it onto the floor. As it tried to get up, Gothmog pinned it and bit its neck, before snappnig it...

Erosion stopped about twenty feet ahead of the wounded herbivore, flared her frill, screeched at the dying animal, pulled her head backwards, putting her neck in a sort of "S" shape, and spat directly in the animals eyes. The herbivore quickly reacted by crashing into the ground, and flailing it's limbs around, kicking at imaginary foes.
