Ran into the hacker guy again on MH tri. He goes by the name of KRATOS and has Ceadeus armor on. Blasted up to rank 100 and beyond thanks to him spamming Ala quests... though I still don't have a damn Skypiercer, despite breaking the thing's horns a billion times... I also ran into a speedrunning group (Not hackers). We did the Frozen Fields and Flaming Skies quest (The one with Barioth and Rathalos) in 4 minutes and 44 seconds... a new record for a High Rank quest... aside from the 1 minute it took to beat Ala with Kratos... man that was fun...

You know what makes me just a little upset?

The fact that while we do get new members regularly on the site they never seem to post or even log in after registering.IA seemed like a user who would break that trend but sadly it didn't last(though some users remain inactive for some time so lets hope IA returns sometime soon)

Here comes RT the opinion maker: Users join thinking that theres more going on here they read RPG-topia and they probobly think a number of things which are barely related to what we actually do and other times people post and then see they might not be as popular or as good at writing as most others on the site (I believed I wrote very well when I first came to the site but when I look over old posts from say a week ago I feel the color drain from my face at how many mistakes or general lack of creative skill is in them) but seeing as how this is only my opinion it is in no way the truth to another it may infact be contradictory but this is what I think please do not flame this.

RT, this site is not just a place for entertainment. the very fact that you're improving by the week is a testament to the other purpose of the site: to develop your writing skills. Given enough time, a relatively unskilled member can reach a level where they're capable of authoring a respectable story. Perhaps it's a bit of an exaggeration, but I believe that with sufficient time, anyone on this site can become a professional author with enough practice.

and Galaxia, don't blame her. Perhaps she is busy. or perhaps she realised that it's not really her cup of tea, so to speak.

And you should always make a backup character when in an RPG. notice that the older members rarely have less than two characters [in the occasions that they do, it's usually because said character is in a position where there's nothing to freeze the user's progress, so there's no absolute need for a second one. ISS is a prime example of that]

Only make as many as you need. two is usually enough. if one is stuck with another player's character, you have the one spare to entertain you while you wait. any more than two and you put strain on yourself to keep each of them unique and active.
