KP: They're good movies, from what I remember.

On a random note. Bowstring nicked my arm during archery....ow. XD That'll be an impressive bruise.

very few real sports can be played without injury. Archery, Horse-back riding, football [no, not American football. I mean real football, where the ball actually touches your foot for more than .2 seconds per game :P]...etc. all will get you bashed up in one way or another. there are a few rare exceptions, like swimming. and there you still risk fatigue if you overexert yourself or swim under inadequate circumstances [I've experienced it myself. was NOT pleasant >_<]

I've managed to hurt myself swimming. XD Have a nasty scar on one foot from before the bottom of the indoor pool was smoothed over. The rough stone took a good chunk of skin off my foot. Was quite painful. XP

Never said it hasn't. fatigue in a deep pool or in the open ocean can lead to drowning, among other things :P

You'd think a near-drowning - or two in my case - would lead to a paralyzing fear of water. But I've been told I must be half fish, since I love the water so much.

I guess I'm weird. :B

Then there's me, who's fallen off of a swing and a hill and is now so scared of heights that standing on a chair is a nightmarish experience for me...

I have a fear bees being close by when I'm outside that makes me scramble away like mad.

Although, in my case, it was more of a camping experience gone wrong that set off my fear of heights... Damn ziplines! Now, I perfer to stay on solid ground... Wooden, rickety bridges 50+ feet above the ground? No thank you...

GF: Ouch. Yeah, heights are one of the few things that really terrify me. But I don't mind being in an airplane....hmm. Blame my brain. XD

As long as I have something solid to hold onto with my hands, I don't mind them. I'm fine with going up a ladder to our roof, but only if I can stand low enough on it to still be able to hold onto the top of the ladder. My trust in my feet only goes so far :P

I trust my limbs to do their job. I don't trust roller coasters to do theirs without killing me though...

I have a serious problem with stairs. I hate watching other people go down steep stairs, makes me really ******* nervous.

This problem is probably rooted in the fact that I've fallen down stairs 30+ times in my short life.

I think it's having my feet off the ground that makes me so nervous about heights....Even just being on Don's shoulders - just over six feet off the ground - makes me nervous. And yet sitting in a chair on a plane is fine. XD

TT: Aww. XD Big feet, narrow stairs?

More general stupidity on my part, really. I just kept thinking I was at the bottom of the stairs a few steps up. When I step off, I lose my footing and fall onto the concrete, usually on my knees. Quite sure my knee is like shattered glass at this point.

Today I don't fear plaines, or rollercoasters (except old wooden ones or with loop de loops), or even the concept of freefall. What gets me is the uncertainty that safety measures will actually protect me, I fear Hand rails, and anything ment to keep me in place that might break. I especially hate rocky cliffs that go crackle whenever you get close to an edge, makes me think the whole damn thing is gonna crack and break off like something out of looney tunes. Thing is I don't come out of that with a black eye and stars circling my head.

TT: I do that sometimes. XD Difference is I usually land on my feet. :B

Now to be completely random, I have an idea to bounce off the people who look at my art. It may not work, and there's going to be a learning curve for sure. For a couple days now, I've been looking at artists who paint on water - and then put the paper on top of the artwork so the painting comes off the surface of the water.

Even though I'm not much of a painter, I gotta say, it looks like a hell of a lot of fun. I'd definitely like to learn.

So if I started learning, would you guys be interested in seeing it? :3
