"There weren't so many last time I stopped by here. Something's changed" answered Khuurava as he rounded a corner after the turrets, walking down a narrow hallway, ending in another door, which slid aside, revealing a fairly spacious room by Omega's standards. three rows of containers seperated them from the back of the room, a brownish grey Khurakra perched on top of one of the large freight containers in the back, working on a rifle as he dangled one leg limply off the edge, seemingly relaxed in spite of the situation. "Khuurava...been a while. Who's the whelp?" asked Sharakh with a smirk, as if amused by Khuurava's latest comrade. "I see you're not Varren bait yet. You must be doing something right. As for the 'whelp', I think he can speak for himself" said Khuurava as he glanced over to the Turian...

Arrak crossed his arms, but did his best not to be annoyed. This WAS Omega, after all. "Name's Arrak," he said curtly...

"You haven't been a merc long, have you, Arrak?" asked Sharakh as he eyed the Turian, shifting slightly, the entirety of his face exposed for the first time. The Khurakra's face was scarred across one side, the side effect of a job gone wrong in the last few months, the sight of it earning a curved brow from Khuurava...

The scout ship oriented itself for immediate entry to the station, its previously idle speed suddenly increasing with the ship's rise in thrust. Its triangular fore section lined up with a hangar with a wide collection of ships already inside and it did not take long at all for the craft to reach its final stage in the procedure, slowing down again once its positioning was correct. Left to its own devices, it would drift into place and anchor itself within the structure...

The scout ship suddenly seemed to freeze in place as it was captured by Omega's tractor beams. Aria decided the unique-looking ship was more valuable in one piece, and had decided not to use the station's more lethal defenses. Besides, she was interested to meet whoever was stupid enough to try and dock with a space station without clearance--or any action, for that matter. "Unidentified vessel, what is your purpose? We will not hesitate to destroy you if we must," Omega's docking control said...

At the end of the first transmission, the scout ship's systems deactivated, section by section. In moments, the ship's energy signature diminished drastically, with only the communication systems still online. Even then, there was no reply, and scans revealed there was no crew aboard the vessel. It seemed as if it were merely a derelict running on automation...

Docking control did not seem to be amused by what they presumed to be an attempted bluff. "Respond immediately, or you will be destroyed."

Still there was no response from the vessel, the somewhat worn hull simply lingering in the field of energy that suspended it in place. Before long, the comm systems shut off; perhaps reaching the end of a failed broadcast, leaving nothing but a metal husk, empty and inactive.

The Batarian at the helm of docking control shook his head. "Seriously, what the fu--" "Let it dock," "...Ms. T'Loak?" "I said, let it dock," the Asari repeated firmly, staring at the screen. "I'll go down there myself and see what this is all about. If there's anyone onboard, and they're hostile, I can destroy them myself." The Batarian hesitantly nodded. "Y-yes ma'am..."

Moments later, the ship was slowly dragged into a different docking bay, this one empty. Several of Aria's goons quickly filed into the hangar, weapons ready, just in case something leaped from the ship...

"It shows in your attitude" grunted Sharakh. "You're the last one to talk, Sharakh. give the guy a break, hm?" growled Khuurava, his tone half-joking, half-serious. Sharakh chuckled as he nodded. "Alright, alright. Was just having some fun with the kid" responded the Khurakra as he leapt down from his perch, landing with a thump on one of the smaller containers, before walking towards the two, stepping down and onto ground level, revealing himself to be shorter than Khuurava by a few inches, though still quite large by most standards. "I was bringing you a potential customer. Unless you've forgotten this was a business" responded Khuurava firmly. "pffft. That'll be the day. Most of your previous team mates couldn't afford the gear I provide. What makes this one different?" questioned Sharakh through narrowed yellow eyes. "We're on a high profile job. Big reward attached" grunted Khuurava nonchalantly. "Right. So what can I do for you?" asked the scarred Khurakra. "I need a scope for my assault rifle" stated Khuurava simply. "....What, that's it? No big guns, no vitriolic gas bombs, no saw-blade rifles? Damn, you're either broke as hell or much better off than you were last time" commented Sharakh as he walked back towards a desk, reaching under it and pulling out a black metallic box, K.P.S.F. stamped on the top in silver font, under which were some odd, jagged symbols, undoubtedly the Khurakriidi equivalents of the letters. placing it on the table, he pressed a finger against a small side panel, a beep being heard as the box was unlocked, opening, a sleek, brand new variable range scope visible in the box. "I had a few Special Forces issue attachments left over" hissed Sharakh as he turned to look at Khuurava, noticing the box on his back. "pffft. Let me guess, the grenade launcher replacement? bought from Marsh, no doubt" he commented with a laugh, Khuurava shrugging as he responded, "The old one got mangled by a stray sniper rifle round". Sharakh had already gone for a second box, stamped similarly to the first though the code number on the side was different. unlocking it, Sharakh opened it, showing it to his former comrade. "that one's for free. the scope'll cost you 4,000 credits" said the scarred Khurakra. "4,000 my ***. those barely cost 1,500 a piece, and smuggling them here would cost you another 500 per piece" snarled Khuurava. Sharakh sighed. he hated dealing with his old team mate for one reason; he knew the prices, including smuggling fees. "Fine, fine. 2,250 for the scope. No less" hissed Sharakh, Khuurava nodding, satisfied. lifting his gauntlet he tapped it lightly, his Extranet Interface Tool lighting up in it's familiar electric blue hue, as he had the credits transferred. "What about you, kid? You got anything on your shopping list, or are you just following bone-head here?" questioned Sharakh as he eyed the Turian, simultaneously disarming Khuurava's assault rifle and installing the scope and launcher to it, the automated interfacing system making assembly a 10 second job...

The ship settled without incident, its landing gear failing to deploy and resulting in the ship resting on its bare hull. Its two triangular points bracing on the metal flooring also aided in keeping the inert craft upright. The strange construction was almost monolithic in nature, a cast away from a distant part of the galaxy shrouded in mystery.

"You got any ammo mods or visors?" Arrak asked curiously, looking around Sharakh's shop...

Aria's thugs simply kept an eye on the ship until the Pirate Queen herself entered the hangar. She appeared unarmed, but a biotic as powerful as her didn't really need any weapons. She approached the ship, looking up at its sleek, exotic design. "Well, isn't this nice? A whole ship full of unknown technology landing right on my doorstep..."

"I demand an audience with the Council!"

The Turian C-Sec Officer at the desk before Grievous gave him a bored look. "Sir, I'm going to have to ask you to calm down. As a... foreign delegate, you will be granted an audience soon enough. You just need to fill out some paperwork, and--" "I do not have time for any of your red tape!" Grievous snarled. "I have information on one of your Council Spectres, as well as the Geth--" "Excuse me?" The Turian said, perking up. "Information on the Geth?" Grievous let out an annoyed growl. "Yes, yes, why are YOU so interested?" "We have been getting reports of Geth incursions, mostly in the Attican Traverse. Councilor Udina has designated any Geth information as top priority. I will tell Executor Pallin, and he will report to the Council immediately. Expect a ten to fifteen minute wait." Grievous, growling irritably again, began to pace impatiently back and forth while the officer, shifting uncomfortably in his seat, sent a message to the C-Sec Executor...

The lone occupant in the scout ship made quick haste through its somewhat narrow corridors, rifle on his blue plated back. He stopped at a large panel with a sign that read "Maintenance Service Shaft" in a bright yellow alien text against a plain white background. In the faint glow of Ecliptor's eye the symbols were clearly visible. Kneeling down, Ecliptor placed his clawed hands over where the panel was secured with bolts. The tips of the claws parted and several, almost needle thin extensions were exposed. Each sub-appendage gripped the bolts, spun around and removed them. He did the same to the other pair and then retracted the utility claspers as he removed the panel and put it off to the side of the newly formed crawl space. Ecliptor gathered the bolts and swung himself around to enter legs first, sliding himself into the opening and moving the panel back into place once he was inside, letting it sit loosely...

"Someone get this thing open," Aria barked, and a pair of her mercs quickly moved up, looking for a hatch of some kind in the ship's hull...

While the ship clearly had no windows, it did however have entry points, two at the front, aft and one at the midsection. The ports would have been mechanically and electronically sealed, but since the ship was completely inactive it was fully possible to open them through access them manually. Though difficult, it was better than the alternative: damaging the ship through forceful, weapon aided entry...

The mercs moved up to one of the frontmost ports and, after a short scanned, realized they were not sealed. After calling a couple more men up, the mercs tried to grip the edges of the door in an attempt to pry it open...

The rods of metal that secured the hatches stubbornly moved from their latches, screeching in protest while hissing air rushed out from the seams. When they were free, the doors opened with a resonating groan, the light of the hanger streaming into darkness. What little air was inside the ship was lost to vacuum in the open hanger in a few moments. The ship looked for the most part undisturbed, almost pristine. The the white and gray metal interior still had its luster and not even a speck of dusk was visible on its surface. The silence in the wake of its noisy unveiling was absolute...

Flashlights shined down the dark corridors as Aria's mercs peeked inside. Anto scanned the interior with his Omni-tool, then growled, "No life signs. Looks like nobody's home." Aria, however, didn't seem convinced. "Maybe, maybe not. Grizz, Gavorn, go find Kenn. He's the only Quarian on this station that isn't a criminal, as far as I can tell." Grizz raised a scaly brow. "How're we supposed to get him to come with us?" Aria smirked. "Tell him I'll remove Hal Orak's little 'price embargo' on his shop if he helps us figure out what this ship's all about..." The two Turians nodded and moved off, while Anto and his men watched the hallway into the ship for any signs of movement...

Ecliptor's slender form twisted in between the spans of struts and cables, wiring and other machinery within the craft's hull structure. Crawling above the ceiling, he picked up on the voices of the mercenaries, their voices electronically distorted when recorded by the Seeker's long range audio sensor. Activating his energy suppression devices, Ecliptor navigated the tangle of components towards the voices, knowing by the gradually rising quality in the recording that he was getting closer...
