Hardest characters in that game to use are Setsuka, Ivy, Amy, and Raphael... for me, at least. They rely too much on all these fancy moves to win... I like me a good ol' fashion beatstick!

...Okay, this si getting really old, REALLY, REALLY FAST!

My laptop's been acting up for the alst couple of days, spewing out smoke from the corners and grinding up whenever I start it up. I'm genuinely afraid of keeping it on longer than 10-minute intervals. I'm sorry I haven't been active lately, but that's the reason. I have to really, REALLY start prioritizing what I do on it from now on... Iwish I could fix it, but considering our money position...

Yeah, it sounds like your disc drive is getting caught on something. Check it for obstructions, even something small could get in the way. Does it make so much noise even when you don't have a CD/DVD in it?

I can't wait for summer! I have to get in shape for next year my goal is to gain 15 Ilbs by the beginning of the school year, does anyone have any Diet/ weight lifting suggestions? I could use the help :D

Avoid protein and 'vitamin supplements' like the devil. They have some nasty long term effects for your kidneys. And liver, if memory serves correctly.

Stick to a natural diet and get a regular routine going. Give yourself occasional breaks [say go to the gym 2-3 days, then take one day off, unless you feel you can go without it and just rely on the breaks you get from day to day]. 15 lbs is a lot to start off. It'll be slow at the start [unless you're blessed with a fast metabolism], but keep at it and you'll get there.

Cross train. Instead of just pumping iron the whole time, change which muscles you are exercising, do some running as well. When starting out, I wouldn't recommend going to the gym two days in a row, you need to give your muscles a chance to relax and heal, otherwise you just damage them.

Most importantly, have a routine. Don't just say "Today I'll do LOADS of stuff!" or you'll find it very hard to motivate yourself to keep going.
Make a realistic plan, and stick to it.

Trust me, weigh lifting and stuff is good, but you REALLY need to give your body a break sometimes. If you work on the same muscle groups too often, they'll get tired. Plus, you might hurt yourself and make yourself WEAKER for a while. And, as KP said, don't take supplements- hard work is far better then that ****.

Otherwise, go at it at your own pace and work with what you feel comfortable with. Don't dive headfirst into a plate (45 lbs) on each side if you can barely lift up the bar. Be realistic with yourself, and you'll improve your strength.

I'm planning to spend my summer with a daily dive in the college pool. Do a few lengths a day, gradually built it up. build up stamina and work out all the muscles at the same time. After a couple of months or so of that, then I'll think about weight lifting.
