In my area, it gets really hot during august, but these earlier days into the summer have had a bit less rain than usual.

Fireworks are illegal in the state where I live, and the cops here are pretty strict, AND my neighbors are narotic shut-ins. The last person who tried to invite people to a personal fireworks show, they tipped the cops off and he got fined. Two months later the guy packed up and left,
