1) Download seagull call [Or, alternately, the MINE MINE MINE sound of the Finding Nemo Gulls] off the internet, plug it into some portable speakers [Must be able to generate high quality sound. a simple MP3 player won't cut it]
2) Assuming you have siblings, perch the seagull somewhere highly visible near their bedroom door really early in the morning.
3) play the sound until they come to investigate
4) ???
5) Profit!
Alternately, you could wait till school starts and pull the trick in class. I cannot take responsibility for repercussions though. Do it at your own risk
