...So how does one get "more" corrupt, and how does that translate to getting more powerful in terms of FRPG's balance system...

Since always. More physically strong someone is, less magical power they have and vice versa

Magic:
Magic is a very important part of the world. Magic is almost limitless in type: Ranging from summoning balls of fire to strike enemies to freezing the ground around you, it is extremely diverse. Having a higher skill in magic gives access to more powerful abilities, but makes the user physically weak. Using magic fatigues the user over time, with powerful spells having more of an effect. Characters can be skilled in magic and combat equally, but that means they are also limited in both. They won't be able to resist a swordsmen in close combat very well, and will not be able to cast powerful spells.

Hey!

hey! Guess who's home. I'm back from he - er, I mean, vacationing in the Bahamas. :3

With my family. For a week. I'm lucky I'm still sane. @w@

Anyway. Got some great photos and footage to show off (mostly scenery), and stories to be told, but I don't have the time to upload everything now. I'm exhausted, only just got home after being stuck in Baltimore for four friggin' hours, and I have school in the morning.

lolI'msoscrewed

Just wanted to announce that I'm back. :3 And hopefully will be more active here in days to come...but I do have some "welcome-home-how-was-the-trip-god-you're-really-sunburnt"s to get through with friends. And some recovering to do. XD

You went to the bahamas for a week... when I've never been anywhere near the equator or anyplace nice like that...

Gira: Thanks. Good to be back, honestly. :P Yesterday the awe kinda wore off after the deep-sea fishing trip, and I was left going "Did everything I wanted to. Bored now...want to go home." XD It's really a very beautiful place though. The ocean there was so blue - I can't describe how vivid, you'd have to see the photos to believe it. But I'm getting ahead of myself. :P

(A word of warning - if you ever get the chance to go there, apply plenty of sun screen. I went by New York summer standards and I'm burnt to all hell. You can't feel your skin burning on an overcast day, near the equator. XD)

GF: Thank ya. :3

I hate too much heat... I can't sleep if it's over 50 degrees. Otherwise, I'm wide awake and ready to claw my way into the freezer to sleep...

GF: You'd be surprised. :P People's scalps in particular have been known to blister badly when exposed to the sun for too long on the islands. You're advised to put some sun screen where your hair parts. The sun's much more intense there...and if you wear glasses like I do, or sunglasses, and forget to put enough sun screen on your face...you end up looking like a raccoon. Like me. XD

KP: I'll be on AIM tomorrow after school. And I'll bop him for ya when I see him. XD

Gira: You'd hate the Bahamas then. :P Temperatures were easily in the high-70s to low-80s on a cloudy day. When the sun was up they were probably closer to the high 90s, maybe low 100s. it was hooooot. XD And I loved it.

lawl. Hey, better than what we're getting here. it's 120 at midnight and 130+ during the day. We have a heat wave warning for the next few day saying we may end up going as high as 140+

Oh no. I am NOT going to be some rhyming zebra!

I'd rather take a trip to the Underworld TWICE then do that...
