Keeping lookout, Flare kept her senses focused and her eyes peeled as Grey stayed in hunting mode. Every step generating tremors, every breath deep and low, and every intake of scents guiding his sensory radar. As the wind shifted he finally caught the scent of prey a fair distance away and immediately he began to beeline to the location, however his objective was met with delay as Flare began to screech in alarm. "Grey! Big One coming our way! One of you! He's looking mad!" She was hopping around frantically on his back trying to get his attention. Grey however met this with little acknowledgement as he craned his head to gaze at the oncoming, rex snarling as it swiftly approached.

There was no turning back as Grey turned on his feet, meeting the oncoming predator face to face. His eyes burning with rage and nostrils flaring with heavy breaths, the massive mutant opened his jaws and unleashed the deepest heaviest and loudest roar he could muster, the oversized muscle structure of his chest and neck amplifying the roar as the muscles rippled. The bellowing, heavily bass roar, would not go unheard as it echoed off the mountain range spreading far and wide. It was clearly not a challenging roar, but a warning. His breath reeked of hazardous chemicals, hinting at an unseen and enhanced danger of a bite from his powerful and heavily, muscularly enchanced jaws. As his roar came to an end, he growled deeply, bacteria rich saliva dripping from his jaws as he stood his ground slamming his tail dominantly.

The young Minmi continued to flail and call out for help with little success accomplished. In fact, a few Herrerasaurs arrived at the scene, keeping their distance from Shade and her kill. The Carcha suddenly yanked her head sideways, internally decapitating the crying ankylosaur. The Minmi went limp as Shade began to feast on the stomach...

The large bull had now clearly pushed Tsar past his limits. He spun around with his flank faceing the other rex, teeth barred, head low watching for the other Tyrannosaur to shift his weight. Tsar growled out and snapped a few more times, warning Grey to back out.

Erosion was startled by the approach of flare. "Whats wrong?", hissed her companion.

"Big therapod, really nasty, chased me out of our migration area.. so I'm a bit lost..", She chirped back.

"Course you are, well just follow the scent of that stegosaur that died out in the plains!", growled back Flare as she trotted off east, followed closely by Erosion.

Shade continued to rip and tear at the dead herbivore, tearing out a lung from its open chest. The Herrerasaurs continued to eye the carcass, creeping slowly towards the kill, the scent of blood filling their hungering nostrils. A lone brave Herrerasaurus walked towards the Minmi, barking at Shade before it was suddenly grabbed in her jaws and easily crushed to death. Now she had two kills to pick off. Shade set the deceased carnivore- or at least what was left of it- to the side, simply tossing it behind herself, not that far from her left foot. Shade glared to the remaining Herrerasaurs, who started to bark and hiss at the larger predator before backing off. The scent of death was filling the air, both from the Herrerasaurus and the Minmi. Shade returned to her meal, for now at peace.

Grey reacted immediately to the exposed flank of his opponent, bellowing as he rushed forward his massive bulk of heavy muscle rippling with each step. He snapped his jaws, the sound of them slamming shut was like a pair of pistons colliding as he directed the bite towards the head of his opponent. The bite was a feint, and quickly he adjusted his footwork before pivoting to perform a bodycheck on the noticeably smaller rex. To counter balance his sudden shift in wait he pulled his head down and away to stop himself from stumbling, should his attack miss. Even if his attack wasnt successful, his new parallel position to his opponent was preventing his flank from being exposed immediately. If his opponent were to turn, the two would be face to face again.

Flare however was no longer on the back of her partner. The small archaeopteryx knowing that a battle between titans was no place for her, she had take an oppurtunity to abandon her post as lookout to glide away and land in a tree nearby. She was panting heavily as she watched the combat, climbing further up into the tree to get out of view.

Soon, the Herrerasaurs returned, as if they hadn't have learned from the killing of one of their comrades. Shade snorted at the now somewhat annoying carnivores as she picked up the dead Herrerasaurus and tossed it towards the remaining ones, which began to tear and rip at their dead pack member as if it were any other dinosaur that had been killed. They were cannibalizing, although this was not surprising for Shade. The Carcha picked up the Minmi by its dislocated head and began to drag it with some ease, hoping to find an area where she would not be disturbed.

Grey had soon lost interest in the dispute with the other rex and he made the decision to leave. He was looking for a meal not territory or a fight. He bellowed disinterest and turned away leaving the area. He began to make his way back to his territory looking for prey on the way as he was rejoined by Flare. The pair continued on without communication and the rest of the journey was uneventful.

Shade was now content as she left nearly nothing but the somewhat meat-spotted bones behind her. She walked off, now intending to search for a water source...

Dexter walked through his swampland home. He was on a hunt, following the scent of a lone young edmontosaurus that had strayed away from its herd most likely lured by the plentiful greenery and the fact that with all the rocks, vines and mud it is hard for very large carnivores to maneuver. However for Dexter this was not the case, this was his territory and he had learned through trial and error how to use his speed and reflexes to his advantage. Making him one of the largest successful predatory dinosaurs in the swamp. He stalked close to the edmontosaurus innocently foraging and staying downwind of it lunged for its neck. As his jaws held the young reptile Dexter twisted his jaw causing the creature to fall and whilst holding it down raised his leg and administered the killing blows with a few slashes to the abdomen from the foot long claw on his toe.It was over before the young plant eater had even realised. Dexter started to eat into his kill even letting the smaller Velociraptors eat from it. After all kills were plentiful in such a lush green swamp.

(OOC: I am back from a few months away, am I alowed to just continue with my old character? Pretty sure he was not killed or anything.)

Crusher's retreat had brought him to the outskirts of the forest, a river running along one side, trees on the other, a vast grassy plain sprawling out beyond the river's edge. A blue sky cast its energising aura upon the island, a radiant white sun reflecting off a watering hole that the river fed into, the rippling waters sparkling like a million diamonds in the sunlight. Herbivores of every shape and size encircled it, from meagre Dryosaur and delicate Caudipteryx to imposing Stegosaur and sturdy Ankylosaur, flocked to the small lake. The barriers between predator and prey dissolved here. Young Allosaurs and an ageing Giganotosaurus could be seen sharing the lake with the herbivores, albeit at a distance. Crusher recognised the Giga; it had been an old foe of his fathers, one that had been driven away from the territory that he had spent most of his early life in. The one that was now occupied by Thrasher and the rest of his filthy family. He waited for the day when he could avenge his family for that fateful night...

Shade could pick up the smell of several dinosaurs, and could see the twinkling reflection of the sun on the water. The female Carcha continued onward. She saw a young Tyrannosaurus, one with a familiar appearance... This was the one she had seen at the Diplodocus carcass. Shade decided to ignore the Rex, and began to drink once she had reached the water, keeping a fair distance away from both the other carnivores and the massive horde of herbivores.

Paradox looked around as he continued to dig. He was burrowing at a mysterious den; although he could hear a mysterious snarling and grunting sound coming from the inside, he carried on. This den was a large one, almost like a crater in the moist forest floor. Vines and leaves were hanging in front of the entrance, and there was a hole big enough for a raptor to fit through, but it was not large enough for him to enter. Little did he know that he was destroying the home of a male Dimetrodon, and a territorial one at that...

"Well, isn't this ironic?" rumbled a gruff voice, Crusher's mind refocusing to see that the Giga had closed the distance quickly. "W-what?" he managed to growl, the young Tyrannosaur already glancing around for a way to escape, noting he could go back the way he came, into the forest, though at this distance, doing so would simply have the Giga pin him down before he could pick up speed. "Stop looking like a frightened Compy, whelp. It doesn't do your sire justice" rumbled Rook calmly, only to be taken by surprise by the depth of a snarl the young Rex made immediately after. "Don't. Mention. My. Father" growled the Rex through crimson-cored golden eyes, lip curled into a snarl as fangs were bared. "That's more like it" snorted the Giga, amused by the young Rex's sudden aggression. "I didn't get beaten by a Rex to see his son turn into a self destructive coward. That is an insult both to Spectre, and to me" rumbled the Giga. "Don't talk about things you don't know, Giga" snarled Crusher. "Rook" corrected the Giga calmly, before continuing. "You feign bravery and yet you STINK with fear. You think Tyrannosaurs are the only ones with a keen sense of smell, whelp?" snarled the Giga. Crusher tried to retort, but found himself at a loss. "What do you want from me....Rook? You've had years to mock my family for their defeat and death...What significance is there in you approaching me now?" he finally growled. "I'm actually intrigued, youngling. I had been certain your entire family was wiped out...and yet here you are. Alive and well, and growing fast, if my memory serves" rumbled Rook, his tone one of amusement...

Shade turned her head towards the Giga and the Rex, noting the commotion that was occurring at this moment. She decided to leave herself out, or else she could get hurt, and much more than a few measly slashes from a raptor. The Carcha made the choice to eavesdrop upon the two other carnivores' discussion. She started to creep closer...

Meanwhile, Paradox had made the den big enough for his head to fit in. He stuck his snout into the hole, only to hear a loud snarl. A fairly large Dimetrodon lunged at the Abelisaurus, snapping its jaws in an aggressive manner. Paradox roared at the mammalian reptile, stomping his foot in aggravation. The Dimetrodon snarled and charged, and managed to scratch Paradox's side with its teeth and claws as it reared for a few moments, falling onto its side but quickly recovering. Paradox did not leave the chance of a counter attack, however, and trapped the sailed reptile's tail into his mouth...

"...So you're here to ogle at the fact Spectre's youngest son is still alive despite the odds? Then what?" responded Crusher, uncomfortable and sceptical with the Giga's motives. "Then, impatient little whelp, I would ponder the odds you can last to adulthood. Somehow, I have my doubts. I'm not impressed by what I've seen so far" snarled Rook lowly, eyes narrowed. "And you assume that the whole point of me being here is to impress you? Sorry, but I don't really care what you think. I'm just trying to get on with life" grunted Crusher casually, his tone bored. "And then what? What of your family's killers?" growled Rook as he cocked his head, intrigued. "I'll gut them when I have the chance...But it'll be a while before I'm powerful enough to do that" snorted Crusher nonchalantly. "Pretentious little chick...you wouldn't stand a chance against them, not now, nor in the future" scoffed the Giga. "Then it seems we have something in common" responded the young Rex, shocking the Giga with the comment. "I could snap that oversized Spinosaur's neck like a twig!" snarled the Giga furiously. "So why don't you?" inquired the Tyrannosaur. "I tire of the fighting....No point in it....So I kill him...and his siblings...and his most prominent rival, whoever it may be....then what? Wait until another fool steps up to challenge me? There's nothing but a short, violent life for me at the top of the island's food chain. Your father is a perfect example of that" rumbled Rook lowly. This young Rex had quite a tongue on him...But time would tell if he had the physical strength and prowess to back it up. "Perhaps...Perhaps there is some potential in you yet. It seems I will simply have to wait and watch...and see if you end up feeding, or feeding on, Thrasher and his kin" hissed the Giga as he turned away, thumping strides carrying the ageing predator away, Crusher left to wonder what had just happened...

Blood is thicker than water.

It ran across the thicket and pooled at the green raptor's feet.

Blood travels on the air as a messenger of death, while water is a beacon of life.

The bodies and body parts were strewn all around the banks. A small group of raptors just torn apart and cast aside, blank gazes and half-formed expressions of horror and fury etched on the dead faces.

Aircrest smelled the odor of death after he had drank the waters of life.

He asked himself why he even went to look after all he had seen already. He knew what slaughter looked like. He had seen it play out before his eyes with mutants, he had seen it in its horrible glory at the horns of a raging Triceratops. Why was he so drawn to morbidity of death?

It did not matter. He was a predator, it was his nature to be drawn the scent of blood in the air, even as it became clear the blood belonged to those of his own kind, those he inherently distrusted and avoided.

Even as it became clear the thing that caused all of this carnage was still there.

The two dinosaurs stared at each other surrounded by titanic trees, caught in the jungle shade; and the small slow moving river to their right. The area was decorated obscenely, entrails and intestines strung up to the trees and impaled on low lying branches. The tree bark was painted red by blood smears. Some of the deceased's bones had been pried out from their body through huge gashes in their bodies and then driven into the ground, teeth marks showing where the perpetrator had bitten to remove them.

This was not hunting behavior. This was not even done to intimidate. The giant wrapped in a blood stained brown hide had simply killed for sport and was now displaying his prizes in the most gruesome way possible. The most disrespectful towards the corpses.

Aircrest continued to stare, standing in the blood of those fallen and the Megaraptor that towered above him returned the look through eyes that were almost a solid midnight blue color, irises and scleras all. Its skin was pebbly, bone ridges extended from either side of its head and each one had a line of pointed protrusions extending out of them, like short horns. The end of its snout was bloodied. Its hands and feet were positively coated in red.

Droplets of blood continued to drip off of its over-sized hand claw as it stood still, while elsewhere the blood had started to harden into scabs.

Even for a predator, the sight was a revolting one.

"Run," rumbled the Megaraptor lowly after what seemed to be an eternity. "there is no point in killing you if you do not run"

"Then I will stand my ground," Aircrest found himself saying, his mind still reeling at the scene laid out before him.

The giant growled irritably: "I have no patience for insolence. Were I any other creature, you would be dead now. But you are not, you are simply sport as these were"

He motioned to the bodies by spreading his crimson claws apart to encompass the horrid area.

"But if you will not play the game, then you have already lost"

"If life is a game, then I have lost many years ago. I just refuse to see what awaits me beyond it" Aircrest said flatly. "Though you make me think; is what's left better than this shitty island?"

"You shall find out soon enough!" bellowed the 23 foot long beast, charging through his morbid arrangement at the raptor with his claws splayed apart to flay Aircrest's green and black flesh. Aircrest in turn jumped onto a tree, sprung off and his claws connected with the scales of the Megaraptor, hooking into the side of its neck.

He had no intention of fighting it however. Kicking off and in turn ripping his claws out, Aircrest soared into the trees and bolted away through the canopy where he was out of reach and soon out of sight, darting away through the expanse of green.

Ripper once said there was more to life than just surviving.

In Aircrest's experience, that more was misery and anguish for all that lived. The ones that died of natural causes were the only lucky ones out there...

Re: Isla Sorna Stories: Rebirth

8 years later had seen considerable change for the island's inhabitants. The weather had taken a turn for the worse, with heat waves and heavy tropical storms appearing regularly, battering the island and its inhabitants. Thrasher had grown arrogant with time, and was at his physical peak, with several challengers' corpses lining his borders, gutted and positioned in a grotesque display of power. Numerous family packs of Spinosaurs, usually 2-4 strong, could be numbered among his allies, pledging to protect the borders of his territory in exchange for food and the shelter his name brought. Mutants had become more common, mindless displays of carnage and slaughter a common sight on the island, even amongst their own kind. To some, the island seemed to have turned into a hell on earth. To others, it was a fate worse than death. And it showed. The creatures of the island had become hardened to hardship, numb to pain and expectant of dispair, and life was tougher all around...

Crusher was one such creature. In the past 8 years he had gone through numerous near misses and close shaves. Many predators as powerful or more so than himself had fallen to his jaws. Death and he had become familiar companions. The Rex looked grizzled and battered, and had grown to his full size in the past years, now standing proudly at a solid 55 feet long, the 20 foot tall goliath towering above most other life on the island. two three-clawed scars tore across his muzzle on either side, only the most prominent of a host of battle-trophies he had earned in the past years, those particular wounds inflicted by a Megaraptor nearly 6 years prior. His jagged, serrated fangs were yellowed with use, and grooves could be seen lining them; natural fullers, tinted black by his foes' dried blood that would flow through them after an injury was inflicted. His patterns had changed, though were no less vibrant, instead serving as a warning to anything in the vicinity of the fully grown Tyrannosaur. He had finally grown into a beast worthy of the title Rex; A King in a world where no other inspired such fear...

The Tyrannosaur glanced across the plain before him, watching with practised calm as a Spinosaur chased off two Ceratosaurs from a dead triceratops; a kill that Crusher himself had brought down the previous evening, and one that had left him with a fresh scar just short of the base of his lower left jaw bone, a jagged groove in the flesh having closed up and hardened. Wounds healed quickly in this place; a side effect of the genetic tampering of the creators of the saurian rulers of this abandoned island. as the Ceratosaurs ran, Crusher strode forward, pushing aside the trees as he snarled lowly, bracing himself for the fight that may well break out, the Spinosaur lifting its head from its prize, lips curling to reveal the gums into which its spear-like fangs were embedded...

Fatalis's adventurous streak had only become more unstable and uncontrollable with time. The Raptor has no less of an adrenaline junkie now than he was nearly a decade ago. In fact, it seemed he was even more so. His body had escaped relatively unscathed throughout most of the past few years, though the same could not be said for the victims of his insane brand of entertainment...

The Black and grey raptor shot across the forest floor as he ran from a furious young Allosaur. The sub adult predator still wasn't quite so large that it had trouble navigating the widely spaced trees of the forest, though it had tripped on a root once or twice, the experience obviously serving to make it more careful despite its rage. The Raptor ahead constantly tormented it, tossing bits of dead Compy up into the air as he ran, the remains of the poor scavenger hitting the Allosaur in the face as it roared in pursuit...

Blade had grown into a healthy young Allosaur, the juvenile energetic, strong and agile, quickly learning the skills needed to be an effective hunter. He had proven himself a capable predator, having already brought down more than a few herbivores on his own. The skills he had learned as a chick had proven useful, as now he had learned to adapt his once playful hopping, leaping and side-stepping into a means to corner prey, effectively making escape nigh impossible for all but the most agile of prey items...

And such was his preoccupation now. The young Allosaur had managed to corner a Dryosaur that had been left behind by its herd mates. The animal looked malnourished, and was likely on its own after its herd ran from an attacking predator, lacking the energy to keep up. The trees offered shelter from the larger predators, but opened it up to smaller, more agile animals like Blade. The herbivore gave a ringing wail as it tried to run one way, only for Blade to land in front of it, baring his fangs as he hissed, a look of excitement on his features, enjoying this game he had developed for himself. He was just about to find out however, that even a Dryosaur could prove a rough opponent when cornered...

His mother had been doing much less pleasantly however. Unlike the young Allosaur which had gone mostly unscathed by the harsh environment over the last few years, Aurora was showing the signs of gradual exhaustion. She had lost weight in the last few months as kills were becoming scarcer. She was beginning to suspect that another predator had taken up residence in the surrounding forests and plains, making the herbivores more vigilant than they had been in the past. The adults were making sure the younger pack members were well fed, and split what remained evenly between them. They divided themselves into groups, alternating on hunts. The hunters of the day would give the larger share of the kill to the protectors, to give them the energy to hunt the following day. Still, despite the difficulty of life, she was content. Blade was happy, and was growing into a healthy young hunter. In a few years, he would be old enough to join the hunters of the pack. For now however, despite his age, he was already doing his best to help out, learning to rely on himself for food, hunting whenever he could, bringing down something to share with the other young Allosaurs so that the adults didn't have to feed them so much. It brought a smile to the female's face to see the young Allosaur taking responsibility, even if it was still more a game than survival to him...

the snorting groan of a Triceratops could be heard on the edge of a dry grassy plain, Erebus pacing steadily along the edge of a forest. The years had been harsh towards him, a statement proven by the battlescars that marred his body. from shallow cuts to vast scars and healed over puncture wounds, the herbivore was a portrait of pain that most would think impossible to experience in one lifetime. And knowing his luck, it would only get worse. But then, everything always got worse, so nothing's changed there he reminded himself grumpily.

He had been looking for a decent stream for the better part of an hour now, but somehow, he had failed to find one. And it did little to help his perpetually irritable mood. his horns were still caked in the dried blood of the last predator stupid enough to try and attack him; an Abelisaur that looked like it had seen better days. No doubt its mind had also seen better days, as most would consider attacking a fully grown triceratops suicide. Still, it didn't matter to Erebus. It just meant one less idiot on the island, and one less threat to worry about, not to mention one less creature to consume that blasted water that seemed to be intentionally evading him. An irritated snort came from the Trike as he continued onwards, picking up the faint scent of fresh lush riverside vegetation, and with it, undoubtedly a river...

Life may have gotten far harsher and more challenging on Isla Sorna, but for some, the challenge was well worth it. For Monozu, it had been very well worth surviving. The Suchomimus was now fully grown, at over 40 feet long, and though his hide had a few extra scars along it, he was in his prime. RIght now, the Piscivore was fishing along the banks of a river, watching as a large school of sawfish swam upstream. Besides him was another Suchomimus, this one a female, and slightly smaller, with more brownish overall coloration, and a yellowish underside amd maw. Both stood there... waiting...

And then, Monozu struck first, jabbing his jaws beneath the waves and pulling out a large sawfish. As he turned to drop it on land, the female next to him also caught one. As they tore open their fish and began to eat, they seemed to be at ease... Surely, this had been well worth the harsh turn of life...

2 Miles away from the riverbank, a large cave sat in the forest... and within it, was a resting giant...

The hard packed, dried and cracked ground broke underneath his feet and blew off in the wind as puffs of dust. The barren land spread for what seemed like miles, shriveled shrubs poking out of the ruined ground, muddy puddles pockmarking the soil. Canyons and ravines, mesas and rock columns defined the region. Those, and the great heat that made the air ripple and distort near the ground. It played tricks with the raptor's mind. He had learned not to trust his eyes.

The death sites of many a creature, saurian or not were marked by ivory bone piles. In some cases, the skeleton was half embedded in the ground, holding the bones in the structure they would have been in when the animal was alive. Others were scattered about with many bones snapped and fragmented, evidence of ravenous feeding activity.

All were just small chapters in a long...long story of trials and tribulations. A story Aircrest knew all too well. A story he knew many others knew all too well.

If the rest of the island was ravaged by time and weather, then Death Valley was the only place that retained its unique state over the years. It was already a ragged, unforgiving place. Other areas on Sorna were just marginally less so until the monsoon fell the trees and swept entire herds away with floods; or the drought withered the plant life and created wide swaths of deadness.

It was because of this, Aircrest relocated to the badlands of Isla Sorna. Because if given a choice, most creatures would stay far away from the lifeless borders of Death Valley. And that meant less problems to deal with from them...and more problems from everything else. Food and water were scarcer than scarce. Competition ran hotter than the climate. Aircrest had grown stronger, leaner, more defined over eight years but his body wasn't a spectacle of raptor kind. He was still an underling at only 160 pounds.

But what he lacked in physical presence, he more than made up for in spirit and determination. He was a vicious fighter and his scales bore the tales of many conquests and defeats. Scarred and battered, Aircrest was a grizzled loner with a grim view of the world he lived in. A morbid soul in a most morbid place.

He and Death Valley were made for each other, ignoring its lack of trees

8 years. 8 years of chaos, 8 years of bloodshed, 8 years of turmoil. Such a short span it has been... yet in this shrot span, the world of Isla Sorna had been torn to bits, and those who had survived and rose form the flames of apocalypse came forth stronger, fiercer, and far more relentless than they had been before. A prime example was the Giganotosaurus, Gothmog. At 18 years old, he had gone through numerous physical and psychological changes. Though he held the memories of the past close, the titanic predator had no care for others any lnoger. After he had been abandoend by Eradicus, Gothmog lost all faith in others, and was a beast of his own destiny. Staring out into the cruel world he knew and endured all too well, Gothmog looked down from his stand, upno a cliffside. In this wonderful territory by the sea, which he had stolen from a pair of allosaurs, he ruled supreme. And anything that came in here would die. Lettign out a mighty roar, Gothmog signalled to any nearby that HE was the king of this realm... and invaders would be swiftly dealt with.

In a small territory at the center of the island, the beat down form of Ba'al stood. A series of long scars sliced across his face, stretching from his left cheek to his left shoudler blade. Multiple marks lined his back, and claw marks were also on his thighs, showing the mark of a brutal confrontation. In these 8 years, Ba'al had actually managed to find another mate, and he had managed to have children. But things were nto destiend to work out for him. A spinosaur, almost 60 feet long, had invaded Ba'al's territory. The brute invaded while Ba'al was away hunting, leavign his mate alone to defend his children. The spinosaur managed to kill his mate and soon devoured his children, and when Ba'al returned, he saw the monster eating hsi yonug. Enraged, Ba'al battled it, and, after a brutal battle, slew the spinosaur. But now, once more, Ba'al was alone. And the spinosaurs had hell to pay.

The allosaur duo were forced to move away form their beautiful home front, and now were living in a large cave on the northwestern portion of the island. The two now had a young daughter named Lehra, who was only a few months old at the moment...

8 years... only 8 years. Each of those 8 were filled with torment and sorrow for Shade. She slowly inclined into rampancy, before unleashing her fury upon any who stood in her way. The Carcha found herself near a Stokesosaur pack, lead by a chocolate brown female. She walked towards the pack, her teeth ready for a fight...

Ulysses had managed himself for the past 8 years, and was still doing quite well, despite the loss of one of his eyes from a Troodon attack. He continued to roam the swamps of Isla Sorna, feeding himself on whatever he could find.

Paradox was a grizzled Abelisaur. He made his home out of the Dimetrodon's den, making it more roomy for his size. He began to hunt in this general area, although most of the game was rather small, the biggest he ever spotted in the area being a Pachy. He still found this place to be a rather nice territory, though...
