Darkness swallowed. Does this mean we are mates? he growled, finally spitting it out. Darkness couldn't believe it came out so easily....

Steeltalon smiled. "That wasn't so hard was it?" she growled playfully. In answer to his question she barked softly, "Yeah..." It would take some getting used to, but she could handle it.

Sandstorm bit his lip and came slowly out of the hole. He could see Darkness talking with steeltalon. He was glad to see them talking but he winced at the idea of them shouting at him for whatever he had done. He slowly approached them.

Darkness was stunned. I'm.....I'm stunned.... he growled, his voice just above silence. Darkness's colors flashed back to the grey, and he rose from the ground. I'll....be....over there... he growled, not remebering Steeltalon couldn't see him well. Darkness turned and walked over to the old sunny spot, walking past the now awake Sandstorm, and collasped. He lay on the ground, still awake, but still stunned. I am sure that was real... he growled, making a note in his mind. He got into a laying position, and stared blankly ahead...

Steeltalon saw Sandstorm aproach. "Sandstorm," she greeted him. "Good to see you've gotten over your ordeal this quickly."

[Legendary Elite]

Largefang and the others had been walking back up the volcano again, this time they took a different route which was easier and this time there was only 5 gigas with Largefang. 4 of them stayed back with the others at the nest...

Berserk was busy wandering out past nesting area and on his way up the volcano. During this time he noticed a small lake and drank out of it before continuing onward...

Sandstorm gulped and sat down next to steeltalon he hissed "Ok get it over with, what did I do......."

Steeltalon tilted her head to one side, remembering the fight all too well. "You got into a fight with Darkness."

Sandstorm looked at her and his jaw droped He barked"What! I couldnt have! We are freinds! good freinds! uhhh..ahh. Look w.." he stopped, seeing silver sleeping with a trumatised expression he looked back up diped his head and mumbeled "I..am..so..sorry.....I have no idea, what or why I was thinking....please forgive me.."Hecould imagine the panic a fight wouldve caused...Silver wouldve been terryfyed!

Steeltalon bowed her head in return. "it wasn't your fault...you weren't exactly yourself at the time." She glanced at Silver and added in a lighter tone, "Though, the next time you want to fight...please take it to the Game Trail." Amusement flickered in her gaze.

he looked down at the hatchling as well and growled "Im gona have some explaining to do when this little one wakes up, and I dont think I will be getting in much more fights..." Desperate to change the subject, getting embarassed he hissed "So is Darkness ok? I saw him talking to you a minute ago, he looks pretty dazed..."

Steeltalon glanced at Darkness. "Yeah, he's alright." she barked softly. better than alright, the way i figure it, she thought, her full attention returning to Sandstorm.

Darkness lay his head against a nearby tree. He felt like banging his head off the tree, but was still shocked. What do I do now...? he growled, speaking truefully to himself. Darkness stiffly looked back at the root cave, and saw that Sandstorm was over there. He turned back, and then jumped to his feet quickly. Darkness jumped up so quickly, he fell back down on the ground. He got back up and stared at Sandstorm. When did he wake up?! Darkness growled, laying back down and continueing to stare.

he looked at her with a sly grin and hissed "Im geussing youve had a talk with your emotions and finally realised something...."

Steeltalon nodded. "How's Shadowleaf?" she asked, blinking curiously. "She was worried about you earlier."

[Pyronychus]

Switchblade was still half asleep when she felt herself being picked up by Redtooth. As they made their way back to the spino's spot by the river, Switchblade slept again, still physically and emotionally exhausted.

He sighed and growled "Shes alright, tired though she was really glad when I woke up...... Its strange, I cant remember last night at all... But the days after quick tooths death are clear, I remember every little detail...."

Darkness finally came out of his shock, his colors reaching their brightest point. He looked around, hoping no one noticed the change. Darkness snarled in amusement and climbed the tree he was under. He layed down on a branch, still excited, but had no way to express it. She'll probably kill me if I voice this happyness.... Darkness growled jokingly, lounging on the branch and scanning the area for anything of interest.

Steeltalon laid her head on the soft earth. "You've probably just suffered from short-term amnesia...it should clear up soon." The same thing had happened to her the day after the tragidy of her family's murder.

He growled softly "I hope it doesnt, I certainly wish i didt remember what I saw clawfist doing.... It was a few days after quick tooths death, I was wandering seraching for Shadow leaf or maybe Clawfist to talk some sense into him. Then I spotted some Raptors walking along they were mates. They looked really happy, Then a minute later, With a screech Clawfist leapt out of a tree onto one of them, the female, He killed her on the spot, A killing claw to the head, the other one fell back in fright. Before he could react, Clawfist pounced on him and..... he killed him too. they were much smaller than him. Then Clawfist draged the bodys off to the lake and dumped them... It was horrible, sickening. Thats when I ran, I lost it, stoped sleeping, barely ate anything, I just ran, untill one day I saw a familiar mountain side and knew were I was, I ate some food, and it tok me four days to reach here...." He trailed off shaking his head.....
