Al woke up beside the Lake. "Am I dead?"

Smash went up to him. "No. Not yet" She said jokingly. "I killed a Kentrosaurus for you. Eat when your ready" She growled as she dived into the Lake.

Al looked over at the carcass. "Dang I'm hungry" He got up shakily and walked over to the dead Kentrosaurus. He started to eat.

RazorEdge peered his head over the side of the lake and stared at the fish and the shape, following it's every move. as he watched, the shape became bigger and clearer. RazorEdge could now see that it had long jaws, stunty legs and a long tail. The compy flinched at the sight of it and whimpered "That's what attacked me."
"Well it won't attack you again!" Snarled RazorEdge as the crocodile walked out onto the other side of the river. He ran to the other side of the river and bit onto the crocodiles neck and picked it up. He twisted it's neck and a click was heard. RazorEdge dropped the corpse and growled to the compy "Eat, for you will never be attacked by a baby crocodile again."
He didn't know why he said it, but he wanted to make the compy feel better.
"Thank you. By the way I didn't get your name..."It growled.
"My name is RazorEdge." He growled. With that he walked to the entrance of the cave and glared at the sentry, a little blood on his claws and mouth. The senrty averted it's gaze from him to the entrance of the cave.
RazorEdge growled under his breath and walked into the cave and layed himself down on the ground, his head still alert and his eyes still slits. But over time they returned to their usual state. RazorEdge was feeling sleepy but he didn't fall asleep. He yawned a little and thought about what has happened. The sentry staring at him, the compy and the rustling. He looked around again and saw that Blades coughing had not stopped and all the raptors in the pack were busy sleeping and finishing of the Galli carcass. He stared at the sentry with cold eyes and the sentry sensed this and turned his head around to face RazorEdge. RazorEdge stared back and bared his teeth. All at once the sentry turned and shook it's head continuously. RazorEdge knew that he was not a real member of the pack and he would have to try his hardest to stay and fit in with the pack.

Steeltalon awoke to the sound of a crack. Instantly alarmed, she turned to stare at the eggs, of which one had a large crack had appeared on the shell. She gave a low growl of surprise and stood to look at the eggs more clearly. Silver ran over to see what was going on. She saw the cracked egg and squeaked in pleasent surprise. The off-white hatchling ran a full circle around the nest and chirped excitedly.

Darkness snapped his head back to look at Steeltalon and Silver, who were both excited about something. His eyes widened, assuming what they were staring at. Darkness walked toward the nest and stared inside, wide-eyed, not making a sound...

Utterly bored, Shadow leaf and Sandstorm had fallen into a light sleep under a tree. Shadow leafs eyes flickered open as she was woken by Silvers chirping. She closed them again reluctant to get up.

Ghost and Bloodrose had laid down on the outskirts of the clearing around the nest to rest before they returned to their nest. Bloodfrenzy and Moonbeam were playing with each other nearby. Ghost was watching the events unfold near the nest, he knew what was going on without asking, he just silently watched.

Steeltalon watched, unable to move, as the first hatchling broke free of its shell and chirped. Three more followed soon after, chirping and squeaking. The half-mutant lowered her head, her eyes glittering with joy. Silver gave a soft chirp of excitement and looked wonderingly at the four new hatchlings.

Darkness watched as the hatchlings were born, unmoving from his position, mouth hanging open. Suddenly, Darkness had a new urge: To make the loudest barks of his life. He held back, not wanting to scare the hatchlings. Darkness remained still, unable to move, unable to speak.

Shadow leaf was still awake, trying to fall back to sleep. But there was anneoying cracking sounds pinching at her head. Her eyes burst open and she stared at the nest wide eyed. She couldnt see inside from her position but she could easily geuss what was going on from their expressions. She smiled and laid back down. She had been a mother once and she knew better than to crowd steeltalon.

Silver watched the smaller hatchlings as they chirped hungrily. Steeltalon seemed to snap out of a trance and tore a small chunk from the para carcass, dropping it carefully in the middle of the nest. The hatchlings gathered around it, sniffing warily before daring to take small bites. Steeltalon purred softly in encouragement.

Darkness, too, snapped out of the trance. He ran to the edge of the clearing and made extremely loud noises, them being half-barks and half-screeches. The meaning of the barks, was to inforce the territory, express his feelings about his mate and hatchlings, and to voice his excitement. Darkness walked triumphently back to the nest and stared wide-eyed at Steeltalon, the happiest he's even been. And his colors showed it, returning to the light gray color.

Rampage had arrived at the stream, and was drinking when she heard a few raptor screeches. they were coming from the west, and by the faintness of them, outside the territory. she ignored them, lapped up a few more mouthfuls of water, and then returned to the nest, to see Crusher walking towards her. "im going to clean off all this blood. i'll be back soon". she nodded, and Crusher turned around, heading south, where there was a small, secluded lake where he could swim in to clean himself off completely...

Silver settled down beside Switchblade, quivering in excitement. Steeltalon would probably be too busy caring for the hatchlings to do much hunting or patrolling. The off-white hatchling looked at her foster mother and the newborn hatchlings. She smiled faintly, glancing at her own flank, noticing how much she'd grown since she came here. Silver realized she'd have to leave soon.

Sandstorm and Shadow leaf had now been awake for a while, they disscussing something quietly making sure nobody could here them. Sighing Shadow Leaf walked closer to steeltalon and mumered "We are going to have a look around for a bit, maybe do some hunting" Without waiting for a response she turned and left the clearing, Sandstorm followed. They had no intention of hunting.

Steeltalon watched the two raptors, a smirk appearing on her face. SHe could guess at what they were really doing and she didn't want to get involved. She rested her head by her hatchlings, an affectionate expression playing across her features.

Redtooth looked up at the excited Silver darting back to Switchblade from the cave and hissed inquiringly, "Silver, what's going on in there?"

Silver looked up at Redtooth and smiled. "Steeltalon's eggs hatched. She has four healthy hatchlings." She quivered with excitement again.

Silver nodded in agreement, curled up beside Switchblade. Her foster mother would be busy, but once the hatchlings were old enough Silver could play with them.

Redtooth yawned and put his head on the ground, looking into the cave. He couldn't see anything too well, so he closed his eyes and fell asleep.
