Redtooth arrived at Steelatalon's territory and roared, "Switchblade? Are you there? It's Redtooth!"

Switchblade was comforted by having the two hatchlings close to her. It had been so long since she had laid in a nest with her brothers and sisters...
She tucked her head down into the nest, so close to the young raptors that she could feel their body heat on her snout. Just then she heard a distant roar, almost like a spinosaurus. Her hopes soared, then fell again just as quickly. It could be any spinosaur. Many dinosaurs were probably captured by the creatures. She closed her eyes and drifted into an uneasy sleep.

Darkness snarled, smelling the raptors nearby. ...Not them...not now... he growled, gritting his teeth. His mind was trying to regain control, but it couldn't. Not yet. Darkness snarled and bolted away, aimlessly running, despite his leg. He came to a river and took a drink before wading across it, trying to avoid being caught by any creature. Darkness continued to run, the exhaustion taking its toll.

[Hopeflower]

Steeltalon ran in the trees and passed Darkness, cutting him off as she dropped down in front of him. "Where are you going?" she demanded, her now-normal red eyes glaring into his.

Silver ran back to the clearing, not wanting to be caught in an argument between Steeltalon and her mate. She arrived, nodding to Redtooth, and curled up beside RawClaw. "What a day," she breathed.

Redtooth nodded back to Silver, poked his head into Steeltalon's cave, and saw the raptor's hatchlings-and Switchblade-fast asleep. He decided to wait for them to wake up and curled up outside the cave.

Sandstorm was asleep. Shadow leaf saw silver chargeing back into the clearing and she barked "Silver! What the hell happned? Where are Darkness and Steeltalon?"

green eye followed savage and quickly charged at five humans. he quickly caught one in his mouth and bit down on the human, making sure it was dead. green eye swallowed the human whole and chared at the next human that was close to him. one of the humans met its end when it was trampled under green eye's feet. the humans began shooting at the two rexes, but they realized now that they stood no chance against two large carnivores. green eye rammed the another human with his head and sent the human flying against the structure the humans had been hiding in. the human hit the structure and did not get up or move. green eye ate the human and charged at another.

Darkness stared at the raptor. He started to tremble, knowing what to do, but unable to do it. Darkness swung at her, but made himself hit a tree instead. He snarled, barring his teeth. Darkness screeched and kicked at her, again hitting a tree. Why... he snarled, slashing and missing again. can't... Darkness snarled, biting at her, but smashing his snout off the ground. I... Darkness growled, lunging at her, only to hit another tree. Touch you! he screeched, launching himself at her, only to fall to the ground and slide a few inches. The black raptor got up and stared at the female, his teeth barred.

Silver looked at Shadowleaf and barked, "Long story. Steeltalon went looking for revenge and somehow got herself captured again. Darkness and I went looking for her, and Darkness...well he lost it. Steeltalon and him are probably arguing right now."

Steeltalon stared at darkness desperately. "Can you recognise me?" she asked seriously, even though she was back to normal. She knew that Darkness might not be...completely sane.

Savage grabbed a human in his jaws and then slammed it into another. He roared "Humans! You have lost this fight!"

[Iceking]

green eye grabbed another human in his jaws and this time, beat it against the ground. after a few minutes, the human was dead and almost every bone in its body was completley broken. green eye threw the dead human aside and advanced on another two humans that were using their strange weapons. green eye saw one aiming at him while the other was aiming at savage. green eye ignored the humans efforts to hurt him. the human was killed when green eye stepped on it, disfiguring the human.

[TyrannoTitan]

Darkness continued to bare his teeth. I know who you are! I am not a hatchling! he snapped, starting to circle Steeltalon. Darkness again lunged at her, only to fall again to the ground. I...can't...do...it... he snarled. Darkness screeched and slammed his head off the ground, bringing it back up. He slammed his head again, and repeated it two more times before getting up, staring at Steeltalon. I'm...loosing...myself... Darkness snarled. Suddenly, the black raptor turned around and ran as fast as he could, slashing at trees and ferns as he ran. Darkness screeched and continued his frenzied attacks.

Steeltalon ran after Darkness, cutting him off again with a well-aimed pounce. "Listen to me," she growled quietly. "I lost my family as well. I try not to look back, but I do. It's not an excuse for insanity, as much as we both would like it to be. The hatchlings, Silver, Switchblade...myself...we all care about you. Come back home now Darkness." Her voice was barely above a murmur when she finished.

[TyrannoTitan]

Darkness started trembling again, not knowing what to do. The more and more Steeltalon pushed, the more and more he regained control. He was now on a breaking point, both thoughts conflicting eachother equally. Then, it hit him. The reason he went on this killing spree. To save Steeltalon after he saw the empty cage. And here she was, right infront of him. Darkness snarled, looking at the ground, gritting his teeth. They need me...I can't be careless anymore...I can't... he thought to himself, still staring at the ground. Darkness looked up at Steeltalon, his eyes back to normal. Where were you? Me and Silver...we tryed to get you out of that damned cage...and I saw that it was empty... he growled, still staring at the female.

[Hopeflower]

Steeltalon smirked in dark satisfaction. "Getting revenge," she growled softly. "I had fun." She flexed the still blood-covered killing toes, remembering the joy of tearing them through soft human flesh.

[TyrannoTitan]

Darkness shook his head. I remember seeing you in the cage...then...once I killed the fleeing humans...I looked into the cage...and you were gone... he growled, his mood darkening. Did they hurt you? Darkness snarled, moving closer to the female.

[Hopeflower]

Steeltalon shook her head. "They couldn't hurt me even if they wanted to," she purred, shrugging slightly. Her arm still hurt, though the pain was dying away slowly. "Obviously they've never dealt with a half-mutant before. Did they hurt you?"

Killereye was pacing at the enterence of the cave, waiting for the raptors to return with the two raptors. What were their names? Scarback and Razoredge. He growled in frustration, stopped, looked out, and started to pace again. He was going to have a special talk with those two raptors...

Meanwhile, the group of raptors spotted Scarback and Razoredge. "Killereye wants to speak with the both of you," one of the members murmured. They all started to walk back to the cave...

Softfoot crept slowly along. The night was cold. She had woken to screams and roars. So she decided to find a safer place to sleep. She soon found one. A clearing with a massive pine tree in it. a stream not to far away. She climbed up one of the trees on the outskirts of the clearing and found a comfortable branch. She decided that a clearing like this would be safer for her if any enemies were around.

scarback and razor edge walked back to the cave with the group of raptors that had found them. scarback was wondering why killereye would want to talk to him and razoredge. whatever it was, scarback wanted to know if killereye knew what those strange creatures and structures were called. soon, they saw the enterance to the cave and killereye was pacing around. scarback thought:"i just hope killereye isn't going to threaten to kick razor edge and myself out of the pack."
