Goldfang also had to explain to Fatalis about when he had left him when he was scouting out for predators. He remembered very well what happened. He was attacked by a Tyrannotitan, it had chased him through the forest. Goldfang had tried to lead it away from Fatalis and his pack and eventually lost the hunter. When he came back after a long trek back, the others had gone. He knew probably why Fatalis was not interested in him at the moment. At least Goldfang knew he was alive. He was annoyed that he was rejected right now. He was hoping that Fatalis might forgive him. But it was better to wait until he was ready. For now, Goldfang was starving and so he and Norsefang picked a large adult Iguanodon. However, just when they were ready to attack something shot out of the trees. More and more things shot out. They were Deinonychus. Goldfang was annoyed now that his attack had been disturbed. The Deinonychus packed targetted a small male Iguanodon. The rest of the herd ran. Goldfang and Norsefang leapt out after their target...

Fatalis dropped the now skeletonised Compy and hissed "Would you mind if we went to get a drink first? or would you like to go there now?"

Unfortunately for the two raptors, the Iguanodon was too far ahead of them now to catch up with. Goldfang got up off the dirt after trying a fifth leap on the Iguanodon which failed. He decided to let it go. "I think we need to pay a lesson to our raptor friends that attacked the Iguanodons." Hissed Goldfang in anger. Norsefang however gave a warning hiss."No, they were here before us. It would be better to leave them be and find more food Goldfang." She hissed. Goldfang seemed to calm down a bit. "Alright, but if they do it again, they're dead." He hissed in a rather frustrated mood. The two raptors walked on pass and before they left hissed angrily at the Deinonychus pack who were feasting on their kill. They gave the pack an angry glare too. There was only 5 Deinonychus but they were young as well. Goldfang knew then it was better to let them be. He was once one of those kind of raptors hunting for food out there. How hard it had been to fight for survival...

Goldfang and Norsefang headed the other way. They saw a something move through the bushes. Goldfang looked to Norsefang and she too looked interested. They then headed through the bushes towards the sound. Maybe they were fortunate after all...

LE: Goldfang's injured. he wouldn't be able to hunt a fully grown Iguanadon for the life of him! Fatalis has a small flesh wound and cant hunt anything much stronger than hatchling Gallis for a few days at least!

Fatalis nodded and left to a nearby clearing to get a drink. he spotted Goldfang along with another Raptorstaring at something in the distance. he lapped up some of the clear liquid and then turned and walked back to the clearing where SoftFoot waited, a slight limp impairing his movement a bit. he would need to avoid jumping or leaping for a while, to let the muscle heal properly. he arrived to see SoftFoot looking around the clearing. a toothy grin appeared on his jaws as he hissed "Bored with the corpses?".

Darkness yawned, seeing the hatchlings asleep. He growled quietly, getting up and walking into the stream. Darkness ignored Steeltalon and Sandstorm, their "lessons" were none of his concern. He snarled, swimming from one bank to the other. He dove down, bringing up a fish, setting it beside the hatchlings. Darkness moved back into the water, catching a small fish for himself. He bit down, ripping almost all of the meat off in the process. Darkness dropped the fish bones back into the water, continueing his aimless swimming.

Fatalis let out an amused hissing chuckle, and growled "Quite true. Well, we're done here. let's go". he then lead SoftFoot towards the cave, catching himself a compy that tried to scurry past him while he walked, and walked into the cave, barking to announce his presence. BlackStorm and HookFang looked up and saw Fatalis walk in with another Raptor. they were at first wary of the newcomer, but soon relaxed when they saw Fatalis nod that she was safe. Fatalis walked over to a corner in the small crevice, which had a little dip in it which he had filled with dry grass, giving him a warm place to rest at night. he lay down in it, looking over his sister and her mate, and hissed "This is SoftFoot. she's an old friend of mine and at the moment is having trouble with Raptors trusting her because she's a mutant. i assume you two wont do what those raptors did". the two raptors nodded, and continued to feed they youngsters....

OoC: Oh yeah that's right. Yeah I was not notified in my emails that some replies had gone through. Yeah that's the reason why I thought to let that Iguanodon run. Goldfang at this moment is being rather cocky because he feels that he should not let his injuries get the better of him. He hates to feel weak. Especially in front of a female.

Goldfang knew he was still hurt from before in the battle with his father Reaper but most of those wounds had healed. Only his foot that had been twisted (not broken) and the long cuts along his stomach remained. He did not want to look weak in front of his friend Norsefang, especially a female. Still, he would hope that whatever they had seen in the bushes was easy prey...

Softfoot nodded at the two raptors and sat down in the grass out side the cave. She laughed quitely to herself at what fatalis had said. Lack of trust wasnt much of a problem when there was nobody about to trust. But then things got lonely. She decided that she would have to balance it some how. The same way she was balancing her drinking of the lake. She probley wouldnt need more freinds than who she knows already, however, it hurt being constantly insulted by strangers. She would porbley get used to it but still felt that she shouldnt have to get over it. Yawning she rolled onto her side and re-laxed.

Goldfang looked through the shrubs to see a small river nearby. Here a young Ouranosaurus was drinking from the river. Goldfang thought this might be quite a challenge for him. Duckbills were normally easy to catch, but they could easily trample a predator. And for most rookies, they were often fended back because a duck-bill would hoot in warning. That had no effect on Goldfang though. He and Norsefang prepared to pounce out onto the lone dinosaur...

Neptune had the scent of Giganotosaur in his nostrils. He ignored it, because they didn't stand any danger to a Sauroposeidon.
He let out a bellow and headed closer to the place Largefang was hiding at. He didn't notice him. He started eating from the trees again.

OoC: I'm just a little confused here how you knew where Largefang was hiding and how you know his name. And yet you said you didn't notice him. I'm just confused is all, I'm not modding or anything so you know, just confused. Plus Largefang is at least a km away from the Sauroposeidons.

Largefang and the other gigas snapped at the Argentinosaur eventually one of the Gigas made a bit on its neck, bringing the herbivore down finally after it had suffered from shock and bloodloss. Largefang then stepped in and roared at the other gigas to back off as it was his kill now. The others backed down and went on after another Argentinosaur...

OoC: LE,
1.I posted that Neptune moved near the Argentionosaurus herd.
2. I never said Neptune even knew Largefang.
3. I don't know where Largefang is hiding. All I said was Neptune moved alittle close to his is all.

IC: Claws and her Herd moved on to the plains. She screeched out to the herd to stay close, Tarbosaurus were around these parts.....

Switchblade was wary of the new raptor who had unexpectedly shown up. She had overheard Silver say he was her brother. The Lili really didn't know much about Silver. She didn't know anything about the raptor's past. She squinted at the midday sun, feeling the heat penetrating her skin, making her wounded arm sting again. She lifted herself off the ground and walked to the river bank, lowering her head for a cooling drink. As she finished her drink, she saw a small shadow dart past her snout. She blinked and another one passed in the other direction. They're tiny fish. She thought. She lowered her snout until it almost touched the water. Another shadow was approaching. As it came near, her neck tensed, ready to strike. The fish came ever closer, closer, then Switchblade's head shot straight into the water. But she didn't expect the water to be so dense, and didn't have enough power to reach the fish. When she tried to pull her head out, she lost her balance and carined headfirst into the river...

Redtooth heard a splash and saw Switchblade fall into the river. He immediately swam forward and gingerly picked the little Lili up and out onto the bank. He hissed, "Are you OK, Switchblade?!"

Switchblade flopped onto the river bank coughing and sputtering. "That..." she spit out a mouthful of water. "was stupid." She continued spluttering for a minute, having breathed in some water, then rolled onto her feet staying in a crouch. "But I think I'll live." She gave a weak smile, just to let Redtooth know she would be okay.

Switchblade grinned and snickered before she stopped herself. "I remember seeing that. I thought it was hilarious." She snickered again but ended up coughing on more water. "Now I know how he felt." she chirped, grinning.
