orange sail heard the raptor tell him it's name. he looked at the raptor and saw it was starting to back away from him. orange sail growled to the raptor:"i'm not going to eat you, razor edge. i normally see velociraptors travelling in packs. tell me, do you have a pack or any friends?" orange sail could perhaps form an allience with this raptor. he wasn't going to harm this raptor when he could eat fish and herbivores.

I lived with a pack once but i was kicked out." RazorEdge growled to the massive spinosaurus. "Who are you?" He asked, relaxed now that he knew the spinosaurus wasn't going to harm him in any way, at least not eating him or biting him. He waited for a response, keeping eye contact with the spino...

orange sail growled to the raptor:"i am orange sail. why did your pack kick you out?" a raptor being kicked out of it's pack was a suprise to him. however, orange sail didn't know anything of raptor pack life because he wasn't a raptor. he normally solitary, but he could let this raptor live with him and protect it from harm. he listined for anything that might be planning to attack razor edge. there was no sound except for hte noise of insects and birds in the jungle, unseen by him.

"Because I didn't trust the leader." RazorEdge snarled. Not wanting to talk about the matter, he walked over to a nearby tree and layed down in the shade, shielding himself from the sun. He kept a watchful eye for preadators. RazorEdge was starting to think Orange Sail would be his friend.

Diablo was still laying by the lake, in deep sleep. He almost completly forgot he was in Crusher's territory. But then again, he formed an alliance, He was pretty sure Crusher wouldn't get angry if he spent a few minutes off the job. Diablo rolled over trying to get comfortable.

orange sail watched as razor edge went to the shade of a tree. he decided to ask razor edge if he would be his ally and possibly his friend. orange sail approached razor edge and growled to him:"would you like to be my ally, razor edge?" if razor edge decided to be his ally, orange sail would protect this raptor from harm.

RazorEdge froze at this. Only been asked to be an ally by GreenEye who RazorEdge still thinks is alive. He slowly growled to Orange Sail "Yes..."He trailed off, staring at the sky for a few moments then shaking his head. He waited for a response from Orange Sail.

orange sail growled to razor edge:"are you feeling hungry, razor edge?" since razor edge was now his ally, he would need to protect the raptor from predators that would try to eat razor edge. orange sail would hunt for his own hunger latter. the lake he had been swimming in was filled with fish and many of them were large.

Upon hearing Orange Sail asking him if he was hungry RazorEdge walked over to the lake and studied the water carefully. Fish darted in all directions as RazorEdge darted his head into the water and snapped a large fish in his jaws. He walked back to the tree where he was lying before and started to rip the flesh off the fish which was wriggling helplessly.

Killer and Redclaw's pack had came to a lake with a Spinosaurus and a lone raptor. They were really thirsty, Might as well risk it...
Thwy stopped near the edge of the lake and drank.

RazorEdge continued to eat at the fish until it was skeletonised. He got up and surveyed the area. Only seeing a pack of carnivores at the other side of the lake. He ignored it and walked to the waters edge and lapped it up, raising his head every few moments to look at the pack in the distance. He became so sidetracked in watching he lost his footing and fallen in! With a splash he landed in the water, scaring the fish away and cursing to himself.

orange sail had been suprised when he saw razor edge catch a fish on his own. he hadn't expected a raptor to manage to catch a fish on its first try. orange sail looked up and and saw various birds perched in trees on the south side of the lake. this lake would be able to satisfy his and razor edge's thirst and there were enough fish for the two to eat. he saw razor edge was drinking when the raptor suddenly fell into the lake. orange sail went to where he saw razor edge slip and helped the raptor back up. orange sail looked up and saw a pack of nanotyrannus on the south side of the lake. he ignored the pack sice they wouldn't be much of a threat to him. if they came too close to razor edge and began threatining him, orange sail would make sure the nanos left this area.

Shadow leaf was worried again. She was pacing the clearing. Sandstorm had gone hunting awhile ago. He should be back by the time Steeltalon and Darkness showed up. Seeing Switchblade get distressed she walked over and crouched down growling "Don't worry, they are on their way back now. They are ok." She stood back up and looked around worridly.

Softfoot nodded in agreement at Blackstorms words. She sighed and rested her head on the ground. She hissed softly "So how long have ye been staying here?"

Diablo was satisfied with his rest, and rose to his feet. He let out a yawn, his legs needed a stretch, so he darted off running as fast as he could, jumping into the treeline. he soon found himself on the trail he follows while guarding the territory. Diablo sighed, realiseing this was the place he was attacked. For some reason, instead of heading to his territory, Diablo layed down, right there, by all the blood stained rocks, he layed. His smell was imprinted in the sand. Diablo sighed. As he breathed out the specks of dust flew away, landing a few inches further, Diablo looked around, he didn't understand why he was acting like this, but he just did. Diablo tought a bit, in reflection. "Wow, I really pulled a number here." he growled to himself. "How foolish, takeing on that giant animal. I almost died. And then those raptors, how... why did they help? I'm just another dinosaur, I think most raptors would rather use me as a food source." Diablo currently was reflecting the events, but his thoughts changed to life. "Is this what I'm going to be doing all the time? Running into trouble, failing, and then haveing Crusher save me. I liked my old self better, I used to need no one. I wasn't feered, like that Darkness character, but I could do alot. What am I going to do, in this short time we call life, will I get a mate? I-I don't understand." Diablo remembered what little he knew of his family, before he rushed into learning knew things and eventually lost them. "Mabye... Mabye I just came a long way, for nothing..." Diablo sat there still, not moveing, just sitting there. He let out another sigh, and then got up, and left.

Switchblade stared up at the spinosaur, wide eyed. "I hope you're right." She flicked her tail nervously, still watching the forest intently. Then she muttered, "Something's wrong Redtooth. I don't know why, but I feel... I don't know, wierd." she took a breath, trying to stay calm. "I think one of our friends is in trouble. Something bad is happening..."

Blackstorm hissed "About a week. we needed a place to stay for the eggs and for the youngsters to grow up. it's too dangerous to keep roaming while the hatchlings are so small"...

a dry, deep growl came as the massive beast opened his turqoise eye, now looking very odd as it was bloodshot. he saw his son, Hunter, watching over him worriedly, Lightning, Hunter's mate, being even more worried. his son and grand daughter looked at him, chirping curiously and nudging him, wanting to know if he was really awake, if he knew they were there. if he was ok. he growled "W....where's Rampage? where's your mother....Hunter?". his growl was dry and weak. "She's doing a patrol". a growl came from the edge of the nest. "Not anymore". Rampage walked in, and walked over to Crusher, and nuzzled him, and growled "You've been sleeping for 3 days". Crusher looked at her, and growled "I need food. i need something to eat". Rampage bit down onto the tail of a dead Gallimimus, and dragged it in front of Crusher. he got up onto his feet, still crouched, and bit down on the gallimimus, and ate it whole. he growled "That'll be enough for now. i need something to drink". he got up, and, with Rampage and the rest of his family with him, walked towards a lake nearby to drink. they spotted Diablo resting at a lake not too far away, and Crusher gulped down the water thirstily. after a while of waiting, the family watched as Crusher plunged his head under the water, and waved it from side to side. the water around his head started to go read, and a small scale of dry, burnt blood floated to the surface above his right eye. he lifted his head from the water, a releaved growling sigh coming from him as he finally could open his right eye. it seemed that, even with what had happened, his right eye was perfectly fine. a relief to him. he growled "Now...i need something to eat". Rampage nodded, and the group then went, under Rampage's lead, to the hunting grounds...

Silver and Darkness helped Steeltalon back to the clearing, the older female still not able to walk without help. The raptor group continued to the clearing, Silver and Darkness laying Steeltalon down near the nest. Darkness nooded at Silver, running over to the para carcass and ripping a chunk of meat off, laying it next to his mate. Silver gathered some moss and dunked it into the stream before setting it down by her foster mother. Steeltalon moved froward, ripping off a strip of meat, shallowing it. Darkness sighed, wanting to remain by his mate's side. Silver returned to Rawclaw, still watching Steeltalon. Raven, not wanting to be in the way, climbed a nearby tree, looking at the creatures below. Darkness gave him a menacing glance, but again turned back to Steeltalon, laying down beside her.

Shadow leaf rushed over to Steeltalon and Darkness, she wanted them questions, find out what had happened, but she knew that they were in no shape for her prying. She hissed quitely "Sandstorm is off hunting, he will be back soon. Is there anything I can do to help?...."

Softfoot nodded. Having nothing to say she laid her head in the grass, contemplating life.
