"I might, I might not," Shadowstar mewed, sitting down. "I suppose it depends on who you're accusing." Streamflower glanced at Spottednose, confused.

Spottednose sighed and meowed, "Lightfrost. But before you say anything, let me say that I'm just saying that because he's been pestering Streamflower and I since we've been mates."

[Hopeflower]

"So that's why he hasn't been keeping up with his tasks..." Shadowstar meowed thoughtfully. "I'll have to ask him about that...and Icestorm as well."

[dinoman666]

Spottednose growled, "And the little pile of fox dung tried to make me hate Streamflower too! I swear, if he's guilty, I'm gonna..." He didn't bother finishing his sentnece, and instead began growling angrily.

[Hopeflower]

"Oh?" Shadowstar mewed, looking at Spottednose. "How so?"

Spottednose hissed, "He said Streamflower was related to a killer. She said it was true, but I didn't care. I loved her anyway."

[Hopeflower]

"Ah..." Shadowstar meowed. "Lightningbolt...Streamflower's father...a traitor...now a warrior of RiverClan." Streamflower cringed, nodding slowly.

Loneclaw woke up in the middle of some sort of dirt path. Confused, he looked around. The last thing he remebered was being chased by a bear. "Is....Loneclaw.....dead?" He looked to his left fore arm and swiped his claws, leaveing 3 pain full deep wounds. He hissed and growled "Loneclaw is not dead...." A voice behind him said "Loneclaw, your not dead, you went bed bye when bear chase you. He looked at you and moved on..guess he wanted to kill fresh kill and not just scavenge eh?" The strange voice made a hoarse, hissing laugh. Loneclaw turned around, suprised by who he saw. It was a white cat, yellow eyes, black striped tail. He was male. "Snowclaw?" Loneclaw asked. "Brother!" Snowclaw replied.

Spottednose shrugged. He mewed, "But Streamflower is nothing like him, as far as I know.She's my mate, and I've known her since we were kits. I 've never heard a traitorous thought come out of her before."

[Hopeflower]

Shadowstar meowed, "True." Streamflower looked relieved as she stared at her leader. "You are going to speak to Lightfrost now?" Shadowstar nodded. "Yes. I must ask him why he is behaving this way."

"I thought you were killed when two leg left strange things in the forest..cousin Deepscratch did..." Loneclaw said,with mixed feelings. Happy to meet his brother after so many months....sad at the loss of his family. "Did you join a clan?" Snowstripe asked. "No, Loneclaw lived alone, wandering from place to place. I learned how heal my self over the months. You need that to survive" Loneclaw replied. "You?"He asked. "No...i live here...around the thunderpath....i'm safe here. Hardlly anythreat comes here except for the monsters." Snowstripe replied. "Thunderpath? Doesn't it get alittle lonely?" Loneclaw asked, intriuged about his brothers life so far. "No...not when your entire family is thought to be completely wiped out." Snowstripe replied

Spottednose nodded and growled, "You teach that useless deputy a lesson!" He coughed a little more, his throat becoming irritated from the fight and yelling. He mewed, "As for me, I'm taking a nap. Care to jon me, Streamflower? Or do you want to watch Shadowstar chastise Lightfrost?" He yawned, waiting for Streamflower's answer.

[Hopeflower]

Streamflower laughed. "I have a feeling we'll hear her either way. I'll stay here." Shadowstar nodded and got to her paws, determined to speak to her deputy about this.

Violet had leapt down the other side of the slope and landed in snow that was as high as her neck. The dark tabby snorted in irritation and bounded forward, heading for the rocky peaks just ahead...mountains.

Spottednose nodded, stretched, and curled up as best he could without hurting his paw further.

[Hopeflower]

Stremflower stretched out beside Spottednose, watching as Shadowstar left and called to Lightfrost.

Lightfrost aproached his leader cautiously. She didn't look like she was in one of her better moods. "Why did you tell Spottednose Streamflower was related to Lightningbolt?" Shadowstar demanded. "I wanted Streamflower to...to be my mate instead of his," Lightfrost muttered. "She deserves better than him." Shadowstar growled, "Stop acting like a kit! She can't help who she falls in love with." The gray tom glared at his leader. "But I love her!" he protested. "As much as I care about Icestorm...Streamflower was my first love." Shadowstar glared back with twice as much intensity, making her deputy look away. "That does not make up for your behaviour towards Spottednose or Streamflower," Shadowstar mewed. "Now you'd better watch your step, or you might find someone else holding the position of deputy." With that, Shadowstar flicked her tail and padded away, her paws making soft crunches with every step on the snow.

Spottednose nuzzled Streamflower lovingly and quickly fell asleep.

"Yes....I suppose so." Loneclaw said. His eyes widened in happiness. "If your still alive...maybe, more of our family is still alive!"

[Hopeflower]

Streamflower yawned, curling up beside Spottednose tiredly. Maybe a nap was a good idea right now...after all, she was supporting more than just herself lately.

Violet reached the mountains and stood, looking up at the peaks that towered above the clouds. More snow on the way, she thought grimly, starting to head into the mountains. From there, she could go anywhere.

Spottednose woke up after awhile. He coughed a cuople times and groaned. Not only was he wounded, but he didn't really feel so good either. He growled, "OK, so maybe I froze a litle bit... Great, I'm never going to get to sleep now." He looked down at Streamflower, who was fast asleep. He mewed, "Well at least I can stay here with her I guess."

[Hopeflower]

Storm heard Spottednose's coughs and guessed the dappled warrior had come down with whitecough. Quickly picking up some tansy, the medicine cat padded towards Spottednose. He chewed the herbs into a poultice and pushed it towards Spottednose. "take this," Stormtail mewed. "it will get rid of your cough."
