SaberClaw lay still anxious for the day to be over. He was alerted by a hissing from Darkstorm, a few feet away. He turned to see a thunder Clan cat approaching them looking angry.

SaberClaw gave quite growled, silenceing Darkstorm. They were out numbered and he wouldn't risk a fight. The Shadow Clan deputy stood up glareing at this thunder clan cat and he hissed "And how would you know anything of our plans and how would those plans be affected by the survival of your leader?" There was something odd about this cat....

Darkstorm growled softly, but otherwise remained silent as she backed up, her pelt brushing Saberclaw's.

Spottednose woke up and stretched, unable to get to sleep. He rolled on his back, trying to get back to sleep.

Streamflower was woken by the milky light of dawn. She yawned, stretched, and noticed immediately that Shadowstar, Lightfrost, Violet, Darkflower and Cloverwind were back from their search. The gray and black leader nodded to Streamflower, but remained silent.

Frostkit started mewling, waking her siblings. Streamflower nudged the kits closer to her with her hindpaws, yawning as she did so.

SaberClaw glanced at Darkstorm before turning back to the Thunder Clan cat. The cat was treading on thin ice right now and Saberclaw was considering pushing it off the mountain himself.

Snowclaw snarled "Why else would you laugh at our clan leader's misfortune?" He narrowed his eyes to slits. "Just be wary....I'm on to your plans...." Snowclaw walked back to the log that would probably the new nursery.

SaberClaw watched in confusion as the cat left. He mewed to Darkstorm "what the hell was up with him? All of us laughed at it. River Clan and Wind Clan looked like they didn't really care. So he singles me out to question" He shook his head and lay back down.

Snowclaw snarled at the comment, tempted to turn around and put the cat in it's place for having the nerve to call him a kit. He just kept looking straight, keeping his calm. He continued looking for a nursery, investigating the log.

Shadowstar stretched, her claws digging into the ground. "There's no hurry," she told Snowclaw. "There are plenty of possible camps around the lake. One of them is a stone hollow that I think would suit ThunderClan well."
