The kits all curled up in one corner in a big bundle, falling asleep almost instantly. Spotedstar curled up nearby, yawning.

Bloodspill watched the moon, her eyes reflecting the eerie white light. Her fur was touched to silver, and suddenly she looked like a StarClan warrior rather than a living cat.

As the sun rose the be==next moring, pottedstar jumped to his paws, not tired in the least. He mewed, "It's the kits' appreticeships today!"
Thorn walked out of his den and stretched, before making a yowl that called Bristle and some other warriors out of their den. The BloodCla Leader mewed, "Get up, you lazy mouse-brains! I have an announcement to make." Bristle and the other cats regained some enrgy and watched Thorn intently, soon joined by the rest of the cats. Thorn jumped up on a "Highrock," which was really just a large tree-stump, and mewed loudly, "Today is the day of reckoning for a few cats in this Clan!" He turned to Claw and Bloodspill. "Bring that tom here, please," he mewed.
