Fatalis hissed "The Shadowraptors are very personal enemies. they are my old pack, and my worst enemies. as for your "adventure", Goldfang, just be thankful you survived and learned.". Shade spotted a bit of movement nearby, in a bush. he walked up to it, still camouflaged, and used one of the things that Carnotaurs of his type were gifted with: heat sensing organs in his ears, which allowed him slight thermal vision. he saw that the movement behind the bush was a raptor. he thrust his head forward and swung it sideways into the raptor, making it roll out of the bush. he made a rough, gurgling roar at it, and snarled "Fatalis! is this one of the raptors you were after?". Fatalis came up to the raptor, and sure enough, it was a Shadowraptor. not just any Shadowraptor. it was an elderly, dark grey raptor. it had been wounded in the escape from the Lone Wolves. "Altimatus!" snarled Echo in anger. Fatalis looked at him in surprise, and Echo replied "This raptor was one of the ones who forced our father to see you as the enemy!". Fatalis walked up to the raptor, which had a genuine look of fear in it's eyes now. "Why? Why me of all the pack members, why did you want the whole pack to target me when it wasn't my fault?". the Raptor kicked the ground trying to get himself away from Fatalis, whose eyes had an eerily evil sparkle in them now, similar to Midnight's while he was enraged. Fatalis jumped upward, semingly disappearing, before a few leaves dropped onto the Raptor. Fatalis was in a tree right above the raptor. "Why, after me helping the pack whenever i could, did you turn them against me?". the Raptor hissed "P...Pi..Pit" he stuttered. Fatalis just ocntinued to stare at him coldly. he moved closer to the raptor, and put his killer claw on the raptor's neck, and put some pressure. "Pit? what pit?". Altimatus hissed "Pitch..Pitch...". "PitchHide..." Echo continued, snarling in distaste at the name. "He's the one who plotted all this. Altimatus was a simple follower and served as a bodyguard of sorts for Pitch Hide". Fatalis growled "Where'd they go?". "i wont tell you" snarled Altimatus. Fatalis put more pressure on his neck, and growled "Yes, you will". Altimatus issed "North! North!". Fatalis grinned, and hissed "Good Raptor" and lowered his killer claw to Altimatus' leg, and ripped a massive gash in it, causing it to bleed severely. Altimatus howled and snarled in pain, but didn't have any idea that this was only the beginning. Fatalis had spotted a pack of Troodons hiding in a few bushes, keeping away from the predators for the moment. Fatalis hissed "I hope they do it slowly". Altimatus looked at him in confusion and fear, his pupils reduced to thin slits out of fear, and the others just stared at Fatalis in confusion. Fatalis turned and walked away, and the others followed. the gash was enough to completely cripple Altimatus so that he couldn't go anywhere. Altimatus looked around, wondering what was going on, and why he was being left alone. for a slight moment, he felt relief, until he spotted the pack of over 40 Troodons walking slowly up to him. "No...no no no no no no no NOO!!!!" he shrieked as the Troodons charged at him, jumped at him and started eating him alive. Echo flinched. Fatalis was even more ruthless than he thought. this sort of behaviour wasn't even done by Reaper and Midnight. Fatalis was apparently more coldhearted than either of them...
Crusher arrived at the a clearing, where he saw Hunter. the smell of Spino still lingered in the air. "What happened?" growled Crusher. Hunter growled "A Spinosaur attempted to attack me for no obvious reason. it was a really strange one. pure white, with a bit of blood splattered on it's chest. it'll probably be back to normal by the time it leaves a river". "Did it have a name?" Snarled Crusher. "Bloodlust" grunted Hunter. "The bloody lizard threatened to show me the reason behind his name. i had him on the ground after he hit me on the head with his tail. he charged off after i let him live and attacked something later on, from what i could make out by the sounds. what happened to you?". Crusher looked at his son in confusion, until Hunter growled "Blood on your head. slashes". Crusher growled "A rather unusually agressive Therizinosaur. attacked a friend of mine, and when i came in to stop the fight and hopefully make it leave him alone, it attacked me too. a death threat was enough to stop the fight though". Hunter nodded. Crusher growled "What was the source of that scent, Hunter?". Hunter grunted "Largefang had caught himself a buck Brachiosaur, and then decided to kill 30 more herbivores to hide it's scent so that nothing would come and eat it". Crusher growled "Foolish mistake...he could've had every predator on the island lured right there. we'll be facing attacks for a few weeks. from now on, i want you to do a daily patrol of the territory. just for this week. i'll bet that Spinosaur was lured here because of the scent as well". the sound of Largefang's roar echoed through the trees. Crusher growled "Here we go again. more of them. come on, let's go". Crusher then started walking towards the source. Hunter followed. luckily, the Spinosaur he had just told to run had gone off in a different direction. as long as it had not changed course, they wouldn't face it...
"Ah yes, organised chaos. the sign of a clever but ever-busy mind. To the perpetrator, a carefully woven web of belongings and intrigue, but to the bystander? Madness!"
